They have best crew! INCREDIBLY NICE!! We had a leak in our tire and needed it fixed the same day. It was late and they still took us in. We were headed back to Glennallen. They got us in and fixed the tire super quick! And even offered my daughter pizza!! highly recommend these guys!

Super easy to talk to and let them know my issue. Was able to let them know ahead of time what my issue was before I was towed to them! When the part wasn't on stock they made sure to order asap and had me done by then end of the day! For a last minute car problem I was very happy to hear it wasn't a full day without my vehicle! They also kept in touch as to what parts they were able to find and which route I'd like to go. Called as soon as my car finished! Thanks for your quick turn over and communication the other day gentleman!

Had tires re-mounted and balanced due to improper practice at a different shop. Balanced perfectly now. Also had oil changed. They photographed everything they touched during oil change and courtesy inspection. I feel like someone was hiring from the pro line up with these guys. Even the younger mechs are skilled. I do wish they had some plastic to put on the seats and doors so the mechs don t have to worry about soiling them so.

Honestly have never felt so taken care of at a shop, and every single time! Communication is clear and solutions are quick! Great warranty deal and amazing costumer service! I've ended up talking to Brandon the last few times and want to give him a shout out for amazing work, and add that anyone I've talked to and the work they put in as a team is top notch Keep blessing Wasilla and God bless you all!!

I made an appointment on the website, we will contact you -30 min - DOES NOT WORK. I called, they asked me to arrive before 3 PM - NOT WORKING, ARRIVED AT 2:45, 5 minutes at the reception was empty, 15 minutes they were looking for my booking. Now it s 4 pm - I m sitting on the couch drinking coffee, the car is on the street (other cars are driving in). The phone at the reception is constantly ringing - the workers nearby are telling funny stories. very cheerful team and delicious coffee - thank you.

I have been please so much over the years with Palmer store but moved to Houston. I had an oil leak bad and the dealership put no worries on it. I took it to Midas in wasilla they got me in immediately and fixed the oil leak in a great time and great price!!!! So very happy

I work in a secured facility so calling from office is not allowed. I have to wait at the end of the set up an appointment for car problems. Midas, given they too have office hours took my call and I was able to squeeze me in for check up on my next day off. When it was time to pickup my car they courteously stayed longer so I can come in and pay my dues and take my ride home. It was one of the rare Christmas gifts of nicety that I was blessed this past holiday. Thank you Midas Wasilla.

Typically I have a great experience here but today was horrible. I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and an engine diagnostic. The appointment was set for 7:30am right at opening. Here I sit 2 hours later and they re just now getting to my oil change. Next time, communicate with your customers. I have now missed another appointment I made. Thank you

Ken, Brandon, and Chris made my Midas experience golden. (Who can resist that pun?) Brandon and Chris were very willing to reschedule my appointment, not only once, but three times as my personal schedule kept changing. Then, when I got my car stuck on the way to the site, Ken was AMAZING and helped to get my car out of the snow so I could get it serviced. I am so impressed with the high level of customer service at this Midas location. Thank you so much for making it easy to schedule and appointment that fit my changing needs and then going the extra mile by freeing my car from entrapment. (Chris, you should give these guys some sort of bonus for going above and beyond. Brandon was the one who enlisted Ken's help to free my car.)

Brought my wife s truck in for a simple oil change. They decided to do a courtesy inspection I did not ask for. I paid got in the truck and noticed center counsel was removed and not put back on properly. Then I noticed a sound coming from the blower that was not present when I dropped it off. Several people came out and looked at it. Then now they are saying a tech is looking at it. This truck is a 2023 still under 20k miles and has no damages or issues till I brought it to get a simple oil change. Would not recommend having any thing done at this location. They can mess us a simple oil change. Then try to tell me it is part of the service

So I took my car there because they could get me in fairly soon and I was short on time. Had a few things I wanted done, checking out my serpentine belt squeak, checking and clearing a code from a previous bad gas purchase, and change the oil since I had oil and a filter on me. So couple hours go by and they call me telling me my car was ready, but there was good news and bad news. Good news is they fixed my belt (slightly loose) and the bad news was they nearly stripped out my oil pan bolt and I needed a new oil pan immediately. I was only in town for the day and couldn t stay overnight so I had to just hope for the best on driving back home. Get to the shop and grab my car, code and check engine lights still there, said they could pull it back into the shop in a couple hours, honestly I was just done with it and took my keys and drove home. Now I ve installed a new oil pan on my own and cleared the codes on my own as well, but it s never good to go into a mechanic shop and leave with more problems than you came into with.The oil pan is a common scam that shops will do to try and squeeze out more money from you. Said the person who did the oil last overtightened it, problem is I changed the oil previously and I tightened the plug down to OEM spec, with a crush washer. So yeah unless you really enjoy dealing with shady repair jobs, go somewhere else.

Very pleased with the repair of my tire, not only did the repair the one tire, but they serviced the other 3, all 4 looked brand new, and they cleaned every flake of snow off my entire car. EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU!!!. On the other hand, the person waiting on me was horrible, a representative of the company, the first line of defense for the company, I first called (Chris), and asked if I could get in and out quickly, as I needed repair to 1 tire, chris replied yes, and I needed a quote on all 4 of my brakes and 4 tires. When I got to Midas and walked to the counter, a older man did not acknowledge me for a couple of minutes, the younger man had completed 2 transactions, I was still standing there, I asked how long would it take, he replied I don't know, I said I spoke to Chris, it changed to it should not take too long, which it was not long, they pulled the car to the front door (GREAT, cold and windy), a gentleman walked in a gave the older man my keys and receipt, it sat for 5 minutes, older man again did not acknowledge me, I walked to the younger man he immediately said may I help you, I pointed to my folder sitting by the older man's hand, after retrieving it, the older man did not respond, the younger man had me out in 2 minutes NO ESTIMATES on my brakes or tires, when I was almost to the door, the older man screamed out drive safely (I did not respond to hisIGNORANCE), he then said oh that is how it is going to be! Employee (older man) gets a F. Sad ending to an EXCELLENT JOB.

I bought and had put on winter tires, and an oil changed. They worked quickly and efficiently, they kept me informed of the process, they were open to a quick add-on on my part, and the car handles great after their alignment and balance. Highly recommend!

I was able to book a next day appointment, they got me in and out in less than an hour. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and didn t try to sell me unnecessary things. Very clean facility. I ll be using them for all future maintenance.

I should have gone here first. Instead of the other place..... I don't like to slander businesses... I did get ripped off $400 from the other place... This place helped me out so much I really appreciate it. I will be using them again for other needs in the future.. thank you Midas employees.....

This is the first time I've used this Midas shop. They did the first oil change on my 2023 Ram 2500. I was very surprised to receive a text with inspection details, including pictures! Though the service is somewhat pricey for a synthetic oil change on a diesel, I was impressed enough with their attitude and service that I will more than likely return for the 2nd oil change.

I was able to afford brand new studded tires for the first time due to their buy 3 get 1 free. There were issues with me having locking tires I wasn't aware of. I was told over the phone if the vehicle is towed there they can fix it the same day (Thursday). I've called them everyday, now it's Tuesday and they call to tell me they can't fix it or diagnose it. The dealer has to do it. Waste of time and money. They did charge me exorbitantly to replace the battery which wasn't the damn problem because it STILL WONT START. Everyone knows how worthless Lithia is in the valley, maybe it'll get fixed by the end of the month?

Terrible. I requested a FULL inspection, tell me what needed to be done to fix the drivers side window, and fluids change. Over $750 later, I know what needs to be done with the window and fluids changed but not all flushed and no inspection. So now I still have to take the vehicle somewhere else to find out why the check engine light is still on and why the traction control will not engage.We definitely will not be bringing any of our 4 vehicles back and advising anyone we know to do the same.

I called about my heater blower and resistor being out on my truck and was told that if I dropped it off in the morning I could pick it up same day. After dropping it off they informed me they didn t have the parts and then charged me $97 for diagnostics after I had already told them what was wrong before making an appointment. They lied about being able to fix my vehicle to get me in and then charged me for doing no work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service.

My experience with Midas in Wasilla has very pleasant. They explained everything in terms I could understand. And were honest about not being able to repair a problem that needed a fullService shop that could take out the engine to fix the problem. I value HONEST businesses. Not ones that just put a bandage on the problem to make money of me. Thank You Midas

Brought my car in for breaks. Picked it up with burnt out different light bulbs that didn't match. Oil on low and I checked it full before I dropped it off. They cut a lug bolt off because they said it was crossed threaded an the inner bolt was rattling inside and said they can fix it for over $550. Ryan said running your car with only 4 lug bolts on one wheel is Not a safety concern. This Midas store will ruin your car. Bring your car elsewhere.

I went in 30 mins before my appointment with the hope they could get me in. They did. I had oil changed in my suv. Service was quick. Customer service was great and everyone was friendly. I would go back.

Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They got my car in quickly and pointed out that I needed new brake pads without pushing me for them to do it. Definitely will recommend them to family and friends.

Well I will be bringing my car to your garage for repairs going forward. I had a mishap with my car. Midas has great customer service, you had my discontinued tires in stock. Service was prompt. Most of all you stored my car at no charge for several days while I was dealing with jnsurance trying to arrange a tow to get my window replaced. If I could I would provide lunch for the team!
