Have taken my car here twice now and they re thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. They got me in right away and did good work. Since Midas moved, it seems like their staff completely changed as did the level of work. Meineke is a very good alternative since Midas just isn t the same.

I came in as a walk-in on a Monday in need of an oil change. Jay was able to get my vehicle taken care of same day in a prompt manner. I've never been there before and he was very welcoming and efficient to enter my car data into the system. Customer service was on point. The mechanic was kind and eager to complete the work order; I genuinely appreciated his work ethic. I'll definitely return here in the future for my next oil change and future car needs. 5 stars all the way.

I called about my headlight being out.. I had taken it to another local business who told me it was working fine.. The next morning it was not working fine. The front desk lady got me in right away first thing in the morning even though they had a busy schedule.. She told me it was probably the filaments in the bulb, and it just needed to be changed. It was, and I was taken care of quickly and professionally. I was shocked that the other place didn't even bother to do a proper diagnosis, but simply told me everything was fine.. So strange. I will definitely use Meineke again.

The Meineke shop in Wasilla has some of the friendliest staff and good mechanics. Not only were they about $60/hr cheaper on labor than the dealership but the parts also cost about half of what the dealer was charging. And they were able to fix my vehicle quickly. Highly recommend this shop for anything from oil changes to major repairs.

The staff here were so helpful regarding my car repair(s). Things got super expensive and they worked out a payment plan that totally saved us during the holidays. Thank you guys for your extreme patience, kindness and understanding through this process!!

They did it, they fixed it. They made it go, better than before. They ll do it again too. Just need your US currency cause they know what they re doing and can t get nothing for free. When your car s warp drive needs a proper engineer, look no further then my Nikki, she knows what s good.

The lady at the front desk was really nice, but they can t patch a tire for nothing. Took it to Midas and they plugged and patched it 15 minutes faster and charged me $5 less. Save your money and time go somewhere else.

Great service! fast, friendly, and helpful. Identified that I needed new breaks during an oil change and were willing to show me without any probably. Only neg feedback is that they didn t go over any of the other points inspected during oil change and they missed that my fog lights were out. The master tech, Cara-/Kara is incredibly community oriented and driven to provide a good experience. I d just like the other components done the first time without needed to reach back out.

I had some bad brake problems on a dually and I took it to a shop. They said it was too much for them so I called Midas and forgot that they had moved so I went to their old store that now has meineke at that location.. Amy knew I made a mistake and offered to help me. The customer service was so good and the workers looked like they were serious, real guys, I asked them to help me. The crew at meineke are heroes. My truck was out the next day and I didn't have to rent a U-Haul to get my loads.. you guys are on my Christmas list

We recently moved back up to the valley area from Colorado. We have had a ton of issues with mechanic shops in the past for various reasons, which left a bad taste in our mouth. That was until we brought our truck into the Meineke in Wasilla! They have restored my faith in not only mechanics but in humanity itself. Cara and Ira did such an amazing job on our vehicle and worked with us to make sure we could make our truck safe for our little baby girl and that the turn around was fast, being that it was our only vehicle. I don t have enough words to say how thankful I am for those two. Their work and service was beyond compare. If you need work done on your vehicle they should be your go to.

Got me in right away! Very friendly and helpful. Showed extreme kindness and respect to an elderly veteran who could only afford two tires they broke up a set of 4 for him that the could have sold to someone else. Gave them too many chances because the location is so convenient. In October during a tire changeover I saw them kicking off my tires. A couple months ago they changed my oil, the underside of my car was so dirty, they didnt even take the skid plate off. Last month my car stopped working after low temperatures and they said it needed a new fuel pump, still didn't work saying it then needed spark plugs, took my car home and the next day the check engine light came on so I took it back in, they said it was the cam phasers which would take about $2,300 more and that my car 'probably still won't work' if done so I took it to a new mechanic who plugged in the computer diagnostic reader and it popped right up that one cam sensor needed to be replaced. A $150 fix after spending over $1,100 with Meineke. The new mechanic even said that my fuel pump didn't need to be replaced for at least another 80,000 or more miles...an expensive lesson learned to never go back to Meineke. They performed work that was not needed, be aware.

This team is great! Very respectful toward me and my car. They had my winter tires on in less time than I would have stood in the line to even check in at other places this time of year. The facility was clean well organized. I will definitely use this shop again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Cost was why to much $ 93 dollars just to let me know it was my battery, then you guys wanted $250 for the battery and other $167 for labor who can afford that now days but they were nice about it

I went in to Meineke to have my windshield wipers replaced and my passengers side head light fixed. The gave me prompt and fast service. They did not charge for labor and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend servicing your vehicle at their garage.

DON'T GO HERE!!!Did a oil change with them and had all my oils topped up and a few months later my Transmission is almost bone dry and more then likely damaged beyond repair. They refuse to take responsibility, calming "I wasn't in charge at the time" and "You have an old Vehicle that's what happens" DONT GO HERE, They will DESTROY your Vehicle.

I had a puncture my tire shortly before closing time and they squeezed me in happily. Front desk staff super sweet and friendly with myself and my 3 year old, she even gave a tour of the back which totally made my daughter's day! Guys in back knocked it out super quick! I m a 75 year old woman with a minor tire issue that younger people can usually handle on their own. I have a competent granddaughter who generally helps me out but she is in the advanced stages of a complicated pregnancy. I looked all over Wasilla to find someone to assist us to no avail until the minor problem escalated to a dangerous risk. At this point we noticed your shop and I came in and begged for assistance, offering to pay whatever was necessary. Colin and Michael could not have been more gracious and understanding. They had us fixed up in no time. While I was sitting there waiting for the Job to be completed, I had an opportunity to overhear each of them on the phone with other customers. Same friendly service extended to all. They will be my go to in the future.

They deleted my appointment without my knowledge!! They wanted to charge me over $700 to give my car an inspection. They couldn t get me in at a sooner date then I wanted so I went to another place to get an oil change bc I knew I needed one. I called meineke to let them know and the guy on the phone sounded annoyed and told me that messes everything up for them but reconfirmed my appointment with them. I ended up changing my mind bc I had a bad feeling about it so I went back to my appointment link to see if I can cancel on there and it was already deleted. Is this the service women get here? Or is it just me. I m not ignorant when it comes to cars so I already knew something weird was going on.

I was sitting in the lobby. There's a new manager working, he seems genuinely trying to turn things around for this place.. I did over hear him mention the negative reviews on Google, so I went looking. My car was there to get a quote for power steering fluid( Meineke $175). I was definitely quoted more than(Midas$90) . For a flushing& all of this other extra things that my car doesn't need because it's electric power steering and you don't flush electric power steering. I ultimately asked how things looked. They were saying that it was dangerously low that they could just top it off, which is what it would need in the first place. My car requires a specific brand and they were going to just put whatever on top ; I declined. Ultimately went straight to Nissan and just bought the product myself and took care of the problem for 20 bucks. They even told me how to do it. I'm not exactly sure how to rate this review. It just seemed deceptive on the workers part, possibly lack of knowledge which could potentially cause problems for the customers later on. That maybe the manager just has his work cut out for him starting in the shop? Getting experienced mechanics in the shop and someone respectable representing the front desk?

Able to get an appt quickly - thats a plus. I told them my truck was making a noise when I braked. they miss diagnosed problem with my truck said I needed $1300 in break work only to call back after actually looking and saying it was something completely different that they couldn't fix. They charged me $98 to diagnose the problem. I took to another shop which diagnosed and came up with something completely different then they said was the problem, they said that I needed a seal replaced, which they did and turned my truck back over to me with $450 in costs. very disappointed how easy it is to say you need brakes and rotors without even looking and not taking the truck for a test drive before starting to work. Was not happy they could not honor my appointment at the scheduled day and time due to staffing issues for an oil change. I Did not throw a fit but made an appointment for the next day. (We live an hour away and with current gas prices and my time schedule this made me cranky). The service the next day was fine except I asked for an inspection of brakes and belts and fluids. Which they did but I had to back track and go back and ASK for the inspection report. They did not volunteer the info at the time I paid and picked up my vehicleNot the best serviceService: Oil change

Definitely ripped off an active service member by charging for not fixing the original problem when bringing it in for the problem. Having the vehicle for 10 days and just parting it with pieces to see if that would fix the problem. Then, made the active service military member pay over a thousand dollars and vehicle still not fixed. And, when asked for the certified mechanics certification number and was told they don t have certified mechanics with a license. And, that they don t have to have a license. They misrepresented what they could do and charged an active service member an outrageous amount for something they couldn t fix. Pure crooks!! Wouldn t advise anyone to take their car there and I ll be contacting corporate as well. Bryce the mgr was the most rude employee I ve ever dealt with. Told me o well, that s just the way it is. Pay or car pounded. Even tho we couldn t fix it and it ran when it arrived. Fraudulent!!! We will definitely be contacting the State of Alaska and BBB.

Came in for a tire rotation. Price was $10 more than the Dealer ($60 total, ouch), but figured I'd give it a shot as the turn around sounded pretty fast. Job was done in an hour. Checked psi in parking lot and each tire was all over the place. I asked if the TPMS was reset and was told yes. Techs took it back and as I watched one inflate the driver rear tire for 3 minutes straight and two other Techs were scratching their heads around my driver seat. So I went out as I was concerned. One guy just handels me my keys and said it was all good as the tires were all within 10% of manufacturer's psi of 59psi in front and 69psi in rear.I get the truck home and the tires are as follows: 50 and 67 in front, 69 and 58 in rear. TPMS was NOT reset, which is why they were probably struggling. Took 10 minutes to figure out which tire was which on the TPMS display. Maybe two minutes to air each tire to the exact manufacturer specification, how is that so hard?!I won't be going back. For the price I expect a professional job, which this was not. I wouldn't recommend.
