I have used them 3 times now for one of our vehicles and all 3 times it has been so easy and fast and very affordable. Will continue to use them and recommend them

It was nice the workers were very helpful and informative of how the auction went an explained everything clearly, it's too bad I did not have the money I needed for the vehicle or vehicles I wanted to bid on yet it is okay , service was great

If I could leave no stars would be better. They had my vehicle in their wasilla yard and when I picked it up it had a big dent and busted tail light lens. They then charged me 263 dollars for the tow which was 1 mile away literally across the street. Worst company ever.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Fast, easy, and the driver was super nice! They towed my car from Palmer (Butte) to Eagle River and made me feel comfortable with the whole process of making it happen. Highly recommend!!!!! Been dealing with these folks a long time and have nothing but good to say about them, they have rules and guidelines just like any business has to have because of peoples BS now a days but their down to earth and fair. If your straight up and honest with em they show that respect back. Good Folks,been in the valley a long time.

Today I got a flat tire(and have no spare), so I called and was given a 45min wait time due to lots of calls, but the driver James called me not even 30mins later! He quickly, swooped me and my vehicle off to my repair facility. Made my not amazing day a little better because I was not sitting on the side of the road for an hour!! Great customer service!!! Thank you!!

They didn't want to help get our work truck out of the snow cause of fears of "Gettin' my big truck stuck." So I was unable to use their business.

If you have something that needs towed or moved, definitely reach out to Matanuska Towing and Recovery. We were able to call and have our classic car moved the same day. Within the hour, they showed up and were the most professional towing company we have ever used. The pricing is amazing and the expertise is unmatched. We will definitely be using them for any needs we may have in the future.

My husbands tire blew on the highway headed into wasilla, of course in the middle of rush hour traffic. We called and had a tow truck driver show up to help us within about 30 minutes! Great service! Prices aren't as bad as I thought they would be either! I never had to have a vehicle towed before, but from here on out, I'll be using this company. Thank you!!!

They charged me $125 to tow a late 60's dodge about 6 miles which believe it or not is actually rather reasonable. Anyways they were quick, prompt and the dispatcher was pretty straightforward.

Mat-su towing and recovery is a great business. We were stuck on the side of the road and they came in a timely manner. The driver looked at my car and was able to make a suggestion that allowed me to drive my own car home. Their staff is very knowledgeable and honest.Thank you Mat-su towing!!!!

I needed a tow from the side of Palmer wasilla highway I called they said it would be about 30 minutes and they had a driver there In 28 exact ! The guy truck driver #15 was awesome and did a amazing job, and the prices are very reasonable, highly recommend mtr !

A true professional outfit,my friends car broke down ,my driveway was blocked by my truck,because we lost our keys while I frantically tore up my bedroom I found them .the driver was patient and skilled!good auctions too@

Was told an hour, got here in 30 minutes, took 7 minutes to get me out ( I looked at the clock) longest part was waiting for a neighbors truck move, and paper work. Very profesdional staff!

Super helpful, was very polite on the phone and when I showed up in person to give the keys to have my vehicle towed they gave me the same price as quoted, very friendly and fast service will be a forever customer for sure

Got my tools out of my impounded rig for a huge fee of over$500. They stole my DeWalt xr impact gun and a battery and replaced it with an old burnt out gun. Theifs.....

Their auction was full of opportunity my buddy picked up a truck for $175.00 runs and drives. Good deal however its always a gamble at the auction house
