Mary with the Nissan Pathfinder here: Wow!!! My first time bringing my car in for a 200,000 mile check, and tire/oil change.Michael at the reception and the technician E. Vincent were super knowledgeable and just personable in explaining the mechanics of my car. They did not try to push anything extra and actually said how they would watch for certain things and not panic about them. They were very prudent in their advisements.Very clean environment and great coffee!!!Thank you Knik Auto for an awesome experience! You have a new loyal customer!

I Love Knik tire and auto!! The place is best hands down!! I needed what turned out to be a variety of repairs on a Toyota Sequoia I recently bought. I called around, and Knik T&A beat prices in my area by far, on what I thought I was gonna need to get it operational. It did turn out I needed more, but the prices on everything were considerably less than any other shop in the area. They were friendly, helpful and the repairs were done correctly the first time. I can't say thank you enough..! 5 stars + 5 more added if that's OK lol..! They have earned a lifelong customer for sure..

I couldn't find anyone to balance my 37's on beadlocks, but they took it on and knocked it out of the park! Great service, beautiful facility, and very reasonable prices.

My truck sounded off and so I wanted to get it in to have it checked out. Unfortunately it wouldn t be for a few weeks as they were busy. The following day though it sounded even more wrong and then my braking was no longer working properly followed shortly by an inability to turn well. I called them up and was able to have it towed there and they were able to squeeze me in and had it repaired and back to me that evening! They have always been super helpful and honest as well as fair priced. I am very glad I found them and have been using them for multiple vehicles for awhile now. I will definitely be continuing to use them in the future as well.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The worst customer service, the front desk woman Jessica is very rude! First she was annoyed to have to speak to me over the phone about my car, kept asking for my husband, LOL, how sexist! Then explained that the mechanic doesn't know what's wrong with it. He changed out a MAF sensor and the wiring harness and it seems to run better but he's stumped so come get your car it's almost $450. When I asked for an explanation of why it's so expensive? Jessica got a major attitude and started spitting out this repair that repair...which I did not authorize a repair! I asked for a diagnosis on my hard start. The mechanic changed out the MAF sensor which I had JUST replaced and had a warranty on, if the part was defective then just say so I would go replace it, I don't need a shop charging me $250 dollars for the same part I JUST bought for $70. They did not repair my door lock actuator which I specifically asked for and stated they would not deal with my warranty. If there was an issue with using my warranty wish they would have said so up front.In the end it looks like my wiring harness was bad and I got a faulty out-of-the box new MAF. But wiring harness is covered under my warranty so is the diagnostic as long as the defective part is.They ran out of patience after 3 days and tossed my car back at me. Didn't want to do their job and didn't care. If you have any issue with anything here this is definitely how they will handle it. I guess this is what I get for trying to support a local business next time I will take my car to the dealership.

Friendly and communicate well. They are busy, so there is a wait to get your car in. We asked for a general inspection on our first visit because our car had made the trip from Ohio. Knock on wood 2 weeks later, there is a horrible squeak on the front end. A couple parts on the front end were very worn out, which makes sense with the miles, but was this overlooked on the inspection earlier?Update: after they fixed parts on the front end, the squeak never went away. Also pretty sure it was never test driven before or after per our car tracking. Gave them a chance going back but will not anymore.

These guys are awesome, not sure why I haven t tried em all these years. They fixed a big problem caused by BigBlack Rubber and were extraordinarily fare with the fee$ even though the tech spent a lot of time on it. Thanks to Jeff and his great staff!

I'm very thankful that they take appointments and seem to stick by them. I was able to get in and out within an hour for winter tire swap. The lobby is very clean and comfortable. Good prices. I appreciate the coffee/snack bar and pretty plants in the lobby. Staff are prompt and friendly.

Best mechanics around. You may find cheaper, or possibly even more skilled, but they are fast and friendly. Once my van broke down in the parking lot next to there's. They not only helped me push the van to the shop, they also let me drive off the lot after repairs same day without a penny down. You can't get that level of trust anymore from anywhere. Will always take my vehicles here.

I made an appointment for 8am so I could get in an out on my day off.4 other customers checked in after me - they were all gone and my car is still sitting outside after 2 hours.I always admired this shop.They have a beautiful new shop.I guess they don't need my business.Good luckI'm sure your response will be that you're sorry.

Going to be my go to place to get things done. Great 1st experience and felt extremely welcoming while me and my little girls waited for the service to be completed. Even they received a snack also. Definitely recommend

This place is GREAT, LOVED IT!!! Got me in and out, I was expecting to have to pay for a new Valve Stem for a tire... They changed the valve stem core, and that was it!!! THANK YOU for such fast, friendly, service, I will definitely be coming back again!!! YOU'RE ALL AWESOME

I called in a pinch to get my daughters car fixed. She had been told 3 months wait for a wheel speed sensor on her car from several other shops in the valley and Knik Tire & Auto squeezed her in just a few weeks. Not only did they help this dad get his Jeep from his daughter back and stop driving the gas guzzling extra truck, they got my daughters car fixed and back on the road with no hassle. Super friendly, polite and very affordable. All just a few days before the move to the new building. I will definitely be using them again. I needed my brakes replaced on my 2007 Dodge caravan and I am so happy that I chose to go to Knik Tire and Auto. They are honest, punctual, and they actually know their stuff when it comes auto repairs and tire jobs. We will be loyal customers for life to this place. I recently purchased four new truck tires and asked them to check out and air my spare. A+ experience from start to finish, including the initial call to check prices and arrange an appt. I had been taking my truck to a different local shop for years, all tire related needs taken care of there, but balked when quoted me an absurdly overpriced rate for 4 new tires. This led to the calls to other shops and Knik Tire & Auto won my trust. This 5-star review was earned by them not only for reasonably priced brand new tires and quick appt availability, but also a 1st class service approach, no hassle whatsoever, and no surprises. The shop will get our business for all of our vehicles from now on.Service: Auto tire replacement

This was from last week.I was not impressed!Unfortunately. The receptionist wasn't there when I arrived. I arrived 10 minutes early....They open at 8 AM, but in my defense... the door was unlocked!There was 3 guys sitting there. I saif "Morning", And when I walked up to the counter. I was not greeted what so ever. Finally one of the mechanics, got up and rolled his eyes, while he looked at the clock!He was very rude! And honestly, I should of taken my business elsewhere, right then and there!After the receptionist came in. She was very nice and helpful! I wish she was my first impression.The price wasn't bad though.Needless to say, I will not be going back there!Good Luck! * Update : we took the truck somewhere else and got a totally different opinion. We saved 1/2 the money! I would not go in here if you're a woman. They will try to rip up off! *

I've been going to Knik Tire and Auto for about 3 years now. Their auto shop is awesome its super quick and they exceed your expectations. I trust them to do an amazing job for my car. I will definitely be going to them for any automotive issues I've got. Thank-you Knik Tire and Auto! You guys are awesome!

Super understanding when I was explaining why I needed a diagnostic, update on the vehicle was swift and super helpful, and repair was awesome. Got us in & out in one day and before the thanksgiving weekend. I appreciate their customer service, and the quality of their work. Had my tires switched out here, no issues. Sitting area is nice with Keurig coffee bar. My appointment started on time and the job was done in a quick time frame. Employees were friendly, prices good. Will definitely be back this next spring and fall. Do remember to make an appointment in advance during tire season!

You know it s quality when the owner is always there making sure that everything gets done in a professional and timely manner! Highly recommend it! Me and my brother Nick from Eagle Eye Storage have been bringing our vehicles for oil changes and tire needs. The owners have always taken great care of our vehicle needs. Highly recommend it!
