Justen and Tim were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and respectful. Justen immediately knew what we were looking for. They were prompt and accurate with their scheduling. The work was completed quickly and clean! They have emphasized customer service and satisfaction throughout the install process. Absolutely fantabulous. Easy to schedule service, great communication and perfect work. They helped me when I got in over my head on a door lock repair job and I needed help with glass removal. They got me and my customer right in and made the job as painless as possible. Great people, great business to work with.

Incredibly nice staff, and extremely fast high quality work! They worked with my insurance company to get everything done behind the scenes. Then when I went to bring in my Jeep to get the windshield replaced they were done with it the whole day ahead of schedule, I was only without my vehicle for 2 hours It was incredible! I highly recommend using these guys!

These guys are amazing, they got my work van windshield delivered and installed the day after I called, they had it done and ready for pickup in 2 hours after drop off, exactly when they said it would be ready for pickup! You just can t beat their prices ,warranties, timeline, quality service and professionalism! I ll be bringing in the rest of my fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles! Great experience all around!

I brought them a really tough job! After an unfortunate encounter with a moose, I really didn't think it was possible to replace the windshield without some pretty decent body work. They took on an impossible task and nailed it! Above and beyond. Highly recommend. Great communication, great work and definitely highly skilled.

The whole process was excellent, from the first call to the final paying of the bill. Everyone was polite and competent. Justen, who came out to get the measurements and then to install the glass was very personal and thorough. The calls from the main office were professional.

Set up an appointment. They called when they had an opening. Brought my truck in and little over an hour they called me back and were done. Very pleased with the outcome. Told them I would be bringing our other vehicles in when needed.

Justen Gobbi helped us this morning! He did a quick job of removing the broken glass on our boys bedroom window and replacing it. He was has excellent customer service. He doesn't smell like smoke and had good manners as well. He was on time. I've dealt with many contractors lately and he was by far the best. Thanks again!! A+++

I brought my wood stove door into the shop to se if I could have it repaired. The team immediately knew what I needed and they installed not only had the glass in stock they removed the old and installed the new while I was getting a quote for my car windshield. Great service! When I brought my vehicle back for the windshield replacement Jason did it while I waited. He was very fast and professional. Truly a great consumer experience!

Tim and Jason at glass doctor had great costumer service and Quality of work. I had windshield replaced and power window regulator replaced when window failed to roll up on drivers side. Work was quick and Professional. They also put temporary plastic on window un tell part could be ordered. More

Oh my gosh where do I begin. When I first called I was greeted with some of the best customer service I have ever seen by Tim at the front desk (even though I kept accidentally calling him Joseph) he walked me through some common information and got me a quote lightning fast. And shout out to the tech Jason he did an amazing job replacing my windshield in an extremely timely manner while being busy. If I could rate 6 stars I would, they have my business for life.

These guys are a dream to work with especially now that they can replace car windshields AND apply crystal fusion coating for warranty. Booking, drop off, pick up was all a breeze. We ve had them replace a few car windshields in the past for us and have always had 10/10 experience. Highly recommend

Tim was polite and efficient with a quick appointment setup.The shop fellow was also quick with the windshield swap and friendly.They were nice to explain the warranty and allowing enough time for the adhesive to set properly.

we had our large picture glass window replaced today 11/16/2023 by Justen and Tim. we had concerns because of the weather and existing snow on the ground. Justen and Tim were very competent and efficient with the replacement. It took them about an hour to accomplish a very professional task. Thanks for a job well done!

Great service. Shopped around for a windshield replacement on our Chevy Traverse. Glass Doctor of Mat-Su was by far the best choice. They quoted a price that was $200 LESS than any other company in Anchorage or Eagle River. Couple the price savings with a one year replacement warranty if it gets cracked as well as FREE chip repairs on that new windshield.If you don't mind driving to Wasilla to save a lot of money - don't bother looking anywhere else other than Glass Doctor of Mat-Su.

These guys were great! Tim had awesome customer service when it came to initial contact and follow through all the way to pickup. Justen was super nice and explained everything and made sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this company and working with these two gentleman!

My kids window got broken and with winter approaching, I needed it fixed very quickly. I contacted glass doctor and spoke with Sabrina, who scheduled me for a free quote and measurement. Justin and Brice came out and I got the quote within hours. I ordered the glass and was called back within a few days for install. The team came out and I was surprised how fast they were! They took care of the old glass clean up, and had a new window installed within 20 minutes. I really appreciate the service I received from the very beginning of experience. From Sabrina, to Justen and Brice. This company has great customer service, and outstanding professionalism. Thank you all so much!

The overall experience was very good, friendly staff, my only concern was that the replacement panel was double pane not like the original triple pane a slight oversight by the tech on initial assessment the replacement is far better than what was there!Hey Folks! Round 2: just had a windshield replaced on my 21 Silverado, with upgraded tint package, on time, clean job and the price was a show stopper! Way less expensive than brand S with the same warranty! Great job AGAIN! DanT

These guys came over when I called to have 1 window unit that had fogged up.They came when they said the would.They measured.They emailed me a quote like they said they would.The price good.They just came over and replaced the glass just like they said they would.It is amazing what that window looks like without the "fog".I should have had this fixed many years ago.At that point,nobody I called ever came over to check things out.....Like they said they would.I am very glad that Google help find the Glass Doctor.

They were quick to come out for the initial assessment. Once they received the new windows they came out within a few days to replace them. Justen was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.
