If you ever use this company ask for Levi Rapp to help you out. Super friendly and kind in our situation. Offered some candy and was cracking jokes and offering advice the whole time to lighten the mood after our vehicle was completely totaled by a dump truck. Loaded the vehicle with care and made sure we were all okay. Great communication! Called us when he was on his way and after the vehicle had arrived at the lot. Awesome service, thank you!!

Levi helped my Aunt recover her vehicle and got it towed back to her house safely and expeditiously. He had a few challenges with her ability to recall where it was but he was patient with her and kept his cool. We'll be recommending this company in the future! Thank you, Elete towing! Give Levi a raise!

The day me and two friends decided to push the limits of our machines, Elite Towing was able to rescue us in a time of need! We were frame deep stuck in the mud bog, and everything we tried to do made the situation worse. With no service, and hours of rain and misery, we managed to send a call off to Elite Towing and got Brian out and on the way! Once Brian was out there, he put in the absolute most effort, and assured us that he isn t leaving until the job is finished! Not only did Brian do his best, but the whole family of Elite Towing was on our side. Once they didn t hear from any of us for several hours due to no service, they ended up sending out their personal helicopter, and had Fort Richardson prepare a Blackhawk Helicopter in the event we needed saving! Thankfully, we got out of the mud, Brian helped escort us off the mountain, and got us back to our vehicles safely! After this experience, Elite Towing has been saved in my phone, and will always be my first call if I ever need help! Thank you so much to the family of Elite Towing!Service: Special vehicle towing

This company was extremely professional. They came out and helped an hour drive off road up the mountain when we got our 4 wheelers stuck in the mud and we were underprepared without the right equipment. Brian came out and was extremely professional and taught us a few lessons to help in the future. The owner of the company was worried for all of our safety due to the weather conditions and has EMS waiting at the bottom of the trail ready to check us out and make sure we were good to go, due to the rain/hail and extreme winds. They said it was one of the worst of road recovery s they ve had to deal with and on top of that the pricing was still extremely fair. I would highly recommend them in the future. I hopefully won t need to use their services again but they will definitely be my first call next time.

I am and will always be super grateful to everyone Josh, Shantel and Cody. I am Cuban my name is Yadir and I live in Dallas TX, I was visiting Alaska for the first time for work reasons, the engine of my car was damaged and I was 1 hour away from reaching the destination, a person approached me to help (with which I am also very grateful), did the favor of calling (Elite Towing & Recovery) they provided me with excellent service professionally, personally they welcomed me like a family offering their own house to stay indefinitely until I returned to my home in Texas, I think it would take too long to explain all the things that selflessly helped me by making my problems theirs, for which I take pleasant memories of my visit to Wasilla Alaska where I now have a new and beautiful family of which I feel very proud.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Long distance hauling, Local hauling

INTEGRITY!GOOD PEOPLE!I called Elite Towing when I was in a bind. Even though Cody was busy, he listened well to my circumstance. After learning of my car ordeal, he realized I may not need a tow so he referred me to someone else that could help me. Cody saved me A LOT of money, and I'm exceedingly grateful for his guidance and his suggestions.You can bet if I need a tow in the future, Elite Towing & Recovery is the one I will call and will wait for to help me. Excellent towing service. Levi was on point, dialed in, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend, whether an accident, or just broke down in a parking lot (my situation) Levi has the kind of attitude that'll get rid of the stress, and get your rig where it needs to be. Top knotch!

Everyone has bad days, everyone has great days and then there are those days where you just need some help. As I m leaving the parking lot, I noticed a young lady trying to unlock her car. After a few minutes of what looked like a struggle, I felt compelled to help. I ve been there.. possible a broken window later, never the less, the young lady still locked out. I decided to call Cody at Elite Towing & Recovery and asked if he could assist this young lady. I told him I would pay the bill and that she just seemed like she needed help. He let me know he would be there in 20 minutes and would call me back once the call was finished, he did. He stated the young lady had been taken care of and told me not to worry about it. I insisted on paying the bill and he still kindly declined.This is not the only interaction we have had with him. A couple years ago our truck slide down our driveway after our blessed icy rain and our truck got high centered on a hill. Our insurance called Cody and he came to assess the situation. We ended up needing an excavator to make sure our truck didn t receive more damage but of course what insurance would want to pay that bill. Cody spoke with them and they finally agreed to go ahead with his plan. We can t thank him enough for helping us out in a bind.If you ever need a car unlocked, vehicle towed or an excavator, he s your guy!!! My ABS system messed up causing my brakes to lock up and my tire to blow. Robert showed up in only 20 minutes and quickly got my truck loaded up. Robert gave me a lift to the shop and was patient with me when it took me a while to get payment information since I had misplaced my wallet. Great experience. Had the chance to have tow truck Jesus take care of my tow. Great customer service, very little wait time, awesome communication. Can't ask for much more when the circumstances needing a tow can be frustrating and those helping can set the tone.

Tow Truck Jesus came today and towed our camper away...the leaf suspension broke on our last camping trip!! The guy was amazing, super nice, and professional! Just a great experience overall and he was chill!!

Elite did a great job towing an rv for me at a rate substantially lower than other companies I called (30-40%). They will be the first company I call if I need another tow as the driver was excellent and experienced. He had no issue pulling the rv with a locked up front wheel out of a shed and maneuvering it to get in front. I was skeptical at first about the size of the truck relative to the RV, but he made me a believer with how easy it was. They also offer a 10% military discount which I appreciate.

Was in an accident and these guys recovered my vehicle. When I called to get my things out of vehicle they stayed late that day to insure I could. They are very professional and accommodating.

I was at a gas station the other day when a young lady came up to me and said she had locked her keys and phone in her car. I called around a few places and they were either expensive or an hour and a half out. A quick search of Google Maps showed that Elite Towing was just down the street. We called them and they rescued her and didn't charge her anything. I would definitely call them anytime I needed a tow just based on that one experience.

I mistakenly posted a negative review which was meant for a different company with the same name, in a different city. This company is obviously very concerned about their rating which is a good sign. I received a very respectful call letting me know my error. I apologize and 5 stars for the way you handled my mistake.

I would steer clear of these guys a driver came out to change my flat tire and rolled my truck off the jack three times the driver was underneath the truck the first two times the third time it came off the jack it caused damage to my truck the company said they would pay to fix it but don t want to honor their word it s a good thing I have a great security system that got it on camera

Elite came to the rescue at the end of a long day for them. We had a flat tire, fortunately in the driveway. I did not know where the tire changing tools were in the truck. The driver located them in a cubby under the back seat of the Tundra. The spare was under the truck, where it had lived undisturbed for nine years. Just to complicate matters more, a full 6x10 trailer was hooked up to the truck. The driver worked hard and quickly. When he called to let me know he was done, I was sure he was going to tell me he couldn't get the spare out. But he was done and the flat tire was in the back of the truck ready to take in for repair. Couldn't have gone any better. I'm sure the driver thought it could have been easier! Thanks to Cody who dispatched the driver at the end of a busy Saturday, and big thanks to Robert, our Elite driver/mechanic.

R.Ving our way through Alaska from Florida.Transmission failed on our pickup truck. Andrew towed truck and R.V back to Wasilla. Dropped truck at repair facility then proceeded to drop off our R.V at a campground .Andrew made sure we were "good to go". He even went the extra mile after work to drop off my R.V shore cord that I forgot in my truck.Elite was prompt, and efficient, and would not hesitate to give them a glowing review...Thx Andrew, your the best.

This company is very professional and responsive. I didn t know exactly where my car broke down and had limited cell service. They figured it out and towed my car quite a distance back. Andrew was very nice, clean and professional. It was especially nice being two young females to feel safe and comfortable in a situation like that.
