I cannot say enough good things about eagle eye! These guys truly understand what customer service means, I absolutely love dealing with Arty and team, they have truly helped make my experience using there facilities not only easy but also very enjoyable and personable! One of my favorite things about Eagle eye secure storage is that they keep there facilities meticulously clean not only of debris and trash but also from snow and ice making it super convenient to be able to just swing in grab what I need and be on my way! Without a doubt I highly recommend checking these guys out before going anywhere els

Outstanding service. Completed initial rental process online. All tips and instructions were apt and helpful. Contact via a phone call from the business to verify rental, confirm procedures, and answer questions was thorough and the direct customer service was excellent. No stress process. Competitive prices. Move in was a snap. I highly recommend this facility. Big thanks to Daniel.

Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Extremely secure and top of the line from the gate to the inside of your unit.Top it all off with some of the nicest and personable staff around. Arty laid out all of our options, provided a tour, and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is my sons account but name is Amanda. I called several other storage facilities near me before calling Eagle Eye and I was honestly pretty horrified at the lack of security. And the other place even told me how they have people jump their fence and damage R.V s but it s too expensive for them to get cameras (!). What?! Yikes! I didn t think we were going to use a storage at that point.Then I called Eagle Eye Storage. I was originally hesitant to call because they were a bit more cost wise but as soon as I spoke with Artie I immediately knew they were worth every penny! Custom alarms on all units, SECURE gates with alarms, cameras around the property and viewing storage units, on-site snow removal, immediate response to any alarms, and extra Insurance for your items. This is the ONLY place that I would feel comfortable storing my items. They happily answered every question I had and took the time to put my mind at ease. Collin was also great and even went and put my lock onto my unit so I didn t have to pick it up. Truly fantastic Alaskan service! I highly recommend Eagle Eye for storing your items. Great people, great business, and employees who really care about your needs. I am SO glad I found them!

I can't tell you how many storage units I've rented across the United States in my 44 years, but this is by far the very best. So clean, secure, and the people are so nice. I'm very impressed!

East access plenty of space between adjacent units. Good water drainage. To answer the questions from the owner. The reason for when that starts with simply the lack of payment, I have the entire area been paved the same adequate drainage, as well as the lack of exterior lighting, made it a little dimmer, full spread pavement, as well as adequate lighting. We definitely have you five stars. I m sure you ll get there.

Even though I showed up a half hour before they closed to rent a new unit, no one seemed to mind (many businesses do!). I was shown the different units that could be rented as well as how to access the facility. It took some time to discuss the different types, as well as to draw up the necessary paperwork for the rental and Artie was very helpful and professional all the way through no matter that it was well past closing time when we finished. Highly recommend this facility!

Daniel was awesome! We need to store our RV for one month while in Alaska. Facility was secure and easy to access! Only issue came when the answering service gave me the run-around when trying to cancel. A direct call to Daniel got things done.

Daniel Fonov was easy to work with, got me all set up within a matter of minutes. I had called several other storage unit with no response for over 3 days. Eagle Eye was on it and I have a unit in less then 30 minutes from start to finish. Daniel even made sure I had a lock for the unit.

My experience with Vic was absolutely amazing, such a nice guy and the first impression was great. He walked me through everything as far as getting a unit established. He made sure any of the questions I had were answered and double checked with me to be sure all of the questions he was asking me were all valid. Overall I d highly recommend eagle eye storage for your belongings to be kept safe in the right hands of a hard working Alaskan.

We just rented a storage space from Eagle Eye Secure Storage and our person that served us (can't remember his name...so sorry!) was just so helpful and professional, this storage company was highly recommended to us from a couple that rented their storage there for one year.
