Everyone at Chaz is helpful,knowledgeable, and friendly. They had my truck done in less than a week which was before it was promised. The work was amazing. Cannot even tell my truck was in an accident and rhwy even fully detailed it inside and out. Thanks guys. You rock.

My son was involved in an accident and we have no experience when it comes to this (thank goodness). The staff at both the Wasilla shop and 5th Ave shop were very helpful in letting me know which steps to take to getting things resolved in a timely manner and making it way less stressful for me which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone who unfortunately has to go through this process.

The work they did looks great. We'll Starr there. Although they had my truck for 6 weeks, killed the battery, and then called me to go buy a new one. I was greatly annoyed by that. The manager never called me like I was told he would, even after my trying to reach him. Also there is a new mystery dent on my hood. But the part they were asked to fix looks good.

Did some damage to my car during winter/spring on some ice patches. They had done some work for me previously for a door mirror that needed replaced and I chose to use them again. The work needed was more extensive but Chaz kept me updated, they are very professional and great to work with. I would definitely do business with them again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have to admit that working with Chaz unlimited was a Welcome experience. Even during this Fictitious Covid-19 issue, I received the Parts to repair my Car and it was repaired ahead of the scheduled date to be finished. It was washed and cleaned inside and out! They did a great job! I'd have no problem recommending them to anyone!

The crew at Chaz Limited was great! They repaired our new-to-us truck camper after we hit a moose. They spent quite a lot of time researching places to locate the body parts as quickly as possible and got us back on the road for the last weekend of camping in Alaska. They kept us up to date with the progress by twice a week texts and answered all of our questions. Even with the pandemic and living in Alaska, they got the work done sooner than we expected. SO after some initial confusion with getting my Truck into Chaz to get worked on, the team really stepped up and went above and beyond. Chaz Unlimited did an awesome job on my vehicle. A big shout out to Heather ! Her customer service skills are one of a kind. For Christian and the boys for making my car look wonderful as well as drive wonderful again. The job was completed ahead of schedule.The all around service was a huge positive which was a blessing considering all the inconveniences surrounding this accident. Wasilla Chaz Limited is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely courteous and very helpful and knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to make sure that the repairs are going smoothly and keeps you up to date with the process. If you are looking for great shop to take your vehicle to, they are the ones. I highly recommend them to everyone, they are an amazing facility.

Chaz did a great job. I had to do practIcally nothing...except have a fender bender! They were professional and got everything done for me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Chaz for your repair work.

Very friendly and professional. I went in for an estimate on a 2005 Chevy Impala... the damage is so that it could've cost me the same amount to just buy a new car. They were straight up honest from the get go instead of trying to charge me for a repair that is more than the value of the car. I would go to these guys again.

I cannot say enough about Chaz. 6 years ago the Chaz in Anchorage helped me out by making holes for free so I could put cable ties to keep my front bumper on until I could afford to fix it. Recently I came into their Wasilla shop with a vehicle one of my kids had swiped the side mirror off and I had cable ties holding a mirror on and for $20 they secured it much more permanently. They could have gouged me for $100 s but saw what I could afford and helped me!! Thank you!!!

I was not satified with the paint job that they competed on my right front fender and rear spoiler. I advise customers to closely examine any work done on their car at this shop.

I've had bodywork done on a couple vehicles at Chaz. They do great work, for a fair price. If you need bodywork done, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Chaz Limited Collision Express.
