Wow great experience and service they rebuilt my starter in 20 mins for under half the cost of a new one and taught me a few things I ll never go to a auto part store again for a starter or alternator

I echo other reviewer's comments about getting the run-around. I wasted 3 weeks with this company trying to get my alternator squeal/noise diagnosed. Finally they admitted they don't have time to help me and suggested I sprayed WD-40 on my serpentine belt as there was nothing physically wrong with my alternator by looking at it............... WD-40. Really? On a belt and pulley system that relies on friction to prevent slippage? Anyways, I pulled the alternator apart myself, found the old sealed bearings inside were rusted. Replaced and fixed myself. YouTube can teach you how to do pretty much anything this shop is capable of fixing for you. Great service, had my starte rebuilt in a matter or hours. Very nice people.,Updated, 08 28 22, had several starters rebuilt since first post, Treated not very nice after. As customer who had spent a good deal of money at the business buying batteries and having had several starters rebuilt the technician could not help me get a replacement selonoid. In discussion with other customers they were treated badly.

They took our motor for our wood mill in for a check out and called before the end of the day to let us know if it was shot thank you so very much for your wonderful customer service and quick and friendly response time. You guys are amazing thank you.

I tried to call the wasilla location on 3 different occasions, nobody ever answers the phone. How they do business is a mystery.

Do not buy a starter from here especially a rebuilt one, bought a marine 350 rebuilt starter, it failed 3 months later take it in and get the run around and finally after contacting a boss was told I have to bring it into Anchorage and wait for them to tear it down and essentially rebuild it again and give it back instead of completely replacing it so I can go about my business it's ridiculous I have to take the 100 miles round trip to get a starter they did not rebuild correctly the first time fixed,
