I needed a trailer to haul my truck down to the lower 48 (PCSing). Chase walked me threw everything I needed to know on the phone and in person. The quality of customer service is second to none. I called every trailer dealer in wasilla/anchorage and Chase at big Bubba s got my business. I highly recommend Big Bubba s trailers.

Have made several trailer purchases from these folks and can't say enough good things about this place. Chase went above and beyond for us when we were in a bind. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend to anyone looking for a trailer.

Chase and Crew are exceptional folks 4100 miles into our trip the Alaskan Highway did there thing on the Axels of our older TravelTrailer fortunately for us we were just outside of Palmer Ak We checked with a local RV repair shop and were informed that the axels would take 3 weeks to get from the mainland An inside tip from that RV shops Repair Guy sent us to BigBubba s Trailers Chase had the axels in stock and a new tire that was ruined along with the axel their schedule was busy as it was Monday afternoon but arrangements were made for us to be able to stay in the trailer at a nearby camp spot for 2 nights saving us the cost of a Hotel we delivered the trailer at 6:00 am to Robb and picked it up at 4:00 pm the same day 48hrs is a lot less than cutting 3 plus weeks from our trip Chase and the Team were VERY Fair on Pricing Honest and Delivered on Their Word They Saved Our Trip We re back on the Road again!!!These are Great Folks that are Concerned for their Customers Do I Recommend BigBubba s Trailers and Team??? Very friendly service. Helped determine what trailer would best suit me for long term use. Very informative on the trailers and their specs/options and worked with me based off my needs/wants. Never felt rushed into the deal and was confident in what I was purchasing when signing the documents. I highly recommend Big Bubba s trailers/services. When the time comes they ll be first on my list for upgrades.

These guys are awesome! They got my trailer in quickly, had all the parts needed to repair and update my enclosed trailer. Friendly service and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Big Bubba to everyone. Thank you for a great job Chase!

I needed support jacks placed on the back of my trailer which I had just found out I could do. I called Bubbas Trailers and took it down within the hour. A Gladys and a half later the trailer was ready. When I was there I asked them to move my license plate which they riveted to the fender. I also spoke with Chase about other additions for the future. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will always go to Bubbas for anything I need for my trailer.

I recently purchased a car hauler from here, and I was impressed by the outstanding customer service I received. As someone who had never owned a trailer before, I had a lot of questions about maintenance and upkeep. Chase Jones was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He provided me with all the information I needed to take care of my new trailer and ensure that it would last. Also, their prices are the most reasonable I found throughout Anchorage and the Valley area. Overall, I had a great experience with this dealer and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a trailer. When you get there, you have to ask to speak with Big Bubba.

I had been looking for a utility trailer to fit my SxS and ATV and after weeks of trying to find a used one, I went to Big Bubbas as their prices for a new trailer seemed to be the lowest around. Chase and his father were a pleasure to work with and had me on my way in no time. Thanks again!

I went over to Big Bubba s to get an appraisal on a trailer I had purchased. Chase did a great job! He was very quick and reasonably priced for it. They advertised doing an appraisal in 15 minutes, I didn t time it but he was very close to that time! I also like stopping in for anything trailer related. Chase knows trailers and I haven t found him to be wrong! I would recommend everyone to go there for their trailer needs!!

Highly recommend this place, we were in a remote part of Alaska when our trailer frame snapped and called around to a bunch of shops that were not willing to help us out. Big Bubba s staff not only were super kind, but they also did an excellent repair job and had a really quick turn around time, especially considering how busy they are. They even went through our frame and did little repairs on cracks we didn t know were there. Chase was so nice, he and his welder both took the time to explain everything to us and even made a few recommendations for things we could do to keep the trailer frame in good shape in the future. Honestly the price was super reasonable too, we definitely expected it to be much more expensive than it was. These guys truly saved us when we were in a bad situation and we couldn t recommend them more. Thanks again!!

The wife and I were on vacation in Alaska. The spring hanger on our fifth wheel trailer bent and needed to be repaired. We took it to Big Bubbas and the repair was done in a timely manner at a fair price. Kudos to Chase, who runs the company and Rob, the mechanic who made the repair. I would recommend them if you have any trailer issues in the May-Su Valley.

I loved working with Chase at Big Bubba's. He was very kind and always answered my questions. Our trailer was delayed coming in but Chase kept us up to date throughout the entire process. I would go through this company again when ordering a trailer. If you need a trailer I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Chase from Big Bubba s saved the day for us while we were in Alaska. We had a bent axle on our fifth wheel and were stranded. Big Bubba s had what we needed and got us back on the road within a week. We were going to have to wait two weeks for our warrantied axle to be shipped up from the lower 48. Thanks again Chase! You guys are awesome.

Fantastic service and super nice team. I wouldn't trust just anyone with my horse trailer. Diagnosed my wheel issue and didn't try to "upswell" me! They came highly recommended and I'm definitely a new fan!

My experience at Big Bubba's Trailer Sales was extremely positive. I knew what I was looking for in a trailer and they had a great selection. Not only that, their prices were unbeatable. Tom and Chase were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get it licensed on the spot. It was only 35 minutes from the time I pulled into their lot until the time I drove away, and that included all the paperwork. We will definitely pay them a visit for future trailer purchases. We needed new tires, maintenance work, and some wiring done on our trailer for a trip from Alaska to Michigan. Chase hooked us. He spent time with us carefully going over what we wanted done. Chase was able to give us insight about what we needed for our trailer going into canada, that we didn t think of. He was very knowledge and pleasant to work with. He even followed up a few days later to make sure we were satisfied with their work. We were glad we took our trailer to Big Bubba. Chase was also kind enough to answer my non trailer questions about travel through Canada, as they make many trip through Canada bring up trailers.Thanks for all your help, and now we will be pulling our trailer knowing everything is in tip top shape.

I had a great experience. Their website was super easy to navigate, great design. I did a lot of research and their prices were the best. They also did my registration on the spot so I didn t have to worry about it. Chase was super knowledgeable and gave me good honest answers as to what would fit my needs best.

I'm not sure I have ever had a better purchasing experience! Great communication, very helpful, extremely relaxed, not pushy and accommodating. So happy with what we bought and the process from start to finish! Can't say enough good about this company and the professionals in which they handle their business!

Ordered a tilt deck trailer that was shipped up from Lower 48. Trailer arrived early in great shape. Got a better deal with Big Bubba's than anywhere else in Alaska. Friendly and helpful staff. Willing to work with customers and meet their needs rather than sell you something you don't want or need to save the hassle or ordering. Highly recommend if you need a trailer of any kind, this is the place to buy.

Best place in Alaska I have found for trailer tires. They are very attentive you should know what you're looking for when you go, makes things much smoother. Sailun was my tire of choice and was pleasantly pleased to see that they carried them in my requested size. Great community spirit and the available discounts with bulk buy and veterans being recognized was icing on the cake.

Chase was awesome to deal with, especially after calling other trailer dealerships in Anchorage and getting no help whatsoever. He ordered me a custom trailer built to my specs, and got it here incredibly quick. Thank you big bubba's!
