The staff in this store, and Batteries+ policy is great. In my business I run a lot of computers, and each one needs an UPS unit for backup power just in case. I had one go bad within the warranty window, and I was in an out with a new one in less than five minutes. He tested it, saw it was bad, looked up my business account, saw the unit was in warranty, and sent me out the door with a new one and a high five. Highly recommend Batteries+ for their great customer service.

Never buy a battery from these people they will use whatever means necessary to escape out of a warranty when it's obviously a faulty battery So unless you want to just waste $200 on a battery that shall have a 2 year warranty Do not buy your battery from this company I Purchase my battery in April it is December they did a cold cranking amp load test and the battery does not perform the load test obviously It is a faulty battery Which they are not going to warranty if I could give them 0 stars I would.bought a battery for my car I'm April. winter rolls around and it's not starting my car very well until it just doesn't want to start it even after I charge it. so I take the battery out of my car replace it with a different t car battery . wow noticeable difference. so I take the battery in the be checked. didn't carge it, didn't warm it up figured I'd drop it off they can charge it , let it warm up and perform a load test. battery fails the load test they say so I say alright can you warranty it. they say no because it was below 10 volts @ 8volts and frozen. okay 1st this is alaska its freezing in December 2nd I had just finished trying again to start my car so of course the volts were down. even after explaining they refuse to warranty the battery, wow just blown away. good job batteries plus bulbs you may have scammed this resident out of a couple hundred bucks and sold a faulty battery but I will never spend another penny in your store and I will be sure to mention this at gatherings to try bring local awareness of your shady business practices . just think warranty the bad product send it to Duracell they give you new one you then have provided Excellent customer service. SMH at this company.In response to the owners response Claiming to call the store to speak with the manager that they actually care about customer service. So I did just that today l called and asked to speak to manager. Explained the situation and basically was repeated back the same dodgy solution to not use the warranty on battery so this response from the owner saying please contact the store we care about customer service is a flat out lie. Not only is it a lie but it is additional wasted time and energy from the customer. so not have you only screwed me out of my money and battery but now you are wasting my time Claiming that you care and to resolve something. this is unacceptable on so many levels I will next go to Yelp any other website I can find as well as continue to let people know that battery's plus is a shady store and that Walmart, auto zone, orieleys Is anywhere but Batteries Plus. Get this so I even ask the guy and says she's a manager Hey so you're telling me that had I brought my battery inside my house again let it warm up again charge it up again Is brought the battery in fully charged and then if at that point it failed the load test It would be covered under warranty? He claims yes it would be Unfreaking believable I don't eveno how that would be OK like had I taken the time but it warm up on my own charge it myself and then brought it to you you could warranty it. They also claim that any battery that falls below 12.1 V will freeze just like tap water The b******* I'm going to pick up my battery I'll leave my number for the owner to call me if he would like to resolve this there is still an opportunity to turn it around and actually have this review expressly show the customer service does matter

I ordered a replacement key for my car online. It got to Batteries Plus in Wasilla ahead of time. They called me and programmed it to my car, right away. Everything is working great.

Poor Customer Service. Has Appt to replace cell phone battery . Arrived on time, 2 emplpyees in store. Was told not enough available staff to replace battery. No customer in store at the time. Told its takes 1/2 hour to chg battery.Told employees in no rush, chg battery between arriving customers. They refused.

The prices, location, and store management are impeccable. Will, the Wasilla Store manager, is very intelligent, caring, and has a keen awareness of the entire store. All of the Wasilla store employees operate as one cohesive collective with a customer-oriented perspective. The management style is impressive as all the store employees show a deep respect for each other. I've purchased two batteries at this store for my personal vehicles, as well as two deep-cycle batteries for an electric train engine at a railroad museum I'm at. I've highly recommend Batteries + to friends and employer.

Great service. When I went there looking for a battery for my plow truck they were a bit busy. A guy came from that back that looked to be a manager. He saw that everyone was busy with other customers and was quick to ask me what he could help me with. I told him and he promptly showed me all the different battery options for my needs and gave me some pros and cons on each one and type. Then when I chose a battery he brought it out to my car and grabbed my old battery. Updating my rating to 5 stars which I almost never give because the quality of service was fantastic and about as close to perfect as it gets these days. They also took the time to respond to my original 4 star rating. Thanks guys!

Used to be a good place for batteries and other electronics, but staff turnover has led to poor service and knowledge. I will shop elsewhere in the future.Reply: I'll be bringing the core return in tomorrow, so he or she can speak with me then. I can provide further details about why I gave the rating I did. I really miss Orion and the other staff you had last year.

stopped in with my old 1965 harley battery. non available till two days later, stop in any time after that. I did. did not ship in due to holiday. even after they said that it would be there. my old battery? gone ship out. theses folks don't have there act together. go to napa or O'Reilly. they are truthful and you'll save the gas driving in on broken promises. Mr. Barry

I ordered wrong battery online, they got me the correct battery and refunded the difference. The two gentleman at the counter were awesome, great attitudes and got me taken care of right away! Highly recommend this store for your battery needs!

These guys know thier stuff. And give you a refurbished car or truck battery for $40 with a warranty! Can't beat it. I run 2 of thier batteries in my truck.

Great place to go for a car battery. The only issue I had was the website let me order one model that they did not have in-stock. They called about an hour later and gave me pretty much the same battery for the same price.

First time I've ever written a five star review for not selling me something, but it was the fact the associate took the time to analyze my issue and show me why I maybe didn't really need a battery right that minute that most impressed me. I was fully ready to buy but he walked me through the issue and showed me why my battery was losing its charge so fast, all the while indicating that while he'd be glad to replace mine, I really didn't need it now if I did some fine tuning of my apps open on the phone. I'll definitely buy that battery from them when I genuinely need one, I might note. Kudos for truth in service.

I was having trouble with my cell phone and the people at the AT&T store were of no help. Batteries Plus Bulbs was able to identify the problem and get the phone working!Another time I thought I was having trouble with my car battery. They checked it out and were able to reassure me that it was working normally. They got no sale but still provided excellent service. Trustworthy.

Bought a jeep battery from them which died in the parking lot less than a year later. Their battery leaked, and I had to get a jump to get to the store. When I got there they refused to change the battery out that THEY warranty. The guy told me the battery had corrosion on it, and he wouldn't touch it with his tools. The corrosion was quite literally what just came out of their battery. I had to get a jump, go back home, pull the battery, and bring it in. They DO NOT stand by their warranty, or at least they didn't for us.

This use to be a good place to get batteries but now it's just full of teenagers that don't know how to work their own computer system. They couldn't update my phone number or tell me which batteries I still had under warranty in my account. They use to handout a booklet with every sale telling you how long your warranty lasted and other info but instead they just waste your time. Just go to an auto parts store and save yourself the headache.

Shayna was awesome. She let us know that if we ordered on line we would get free shipping with in store pick up and get $10 off. She was at the store when we went to pick up the order the next day and had us checked out and on our way in record time. The Wasilla store has great customer service and tries to accommodate your needs and if they can't will refer you where you can get what you need; however, they almost always have what is required.

Battery I had ordered was waiting for me and was perfect for my need.Nice folks in the shop....so nice I bought 2 more batteries (for UPS systems) that I had been thinking about but hadn't been quite ready to buy.Expecially nice that I got an order follow-up call a couple of hours after placing the online order to make sure I'd have the information with me that I'd need for the pickup.Thanks!

The guy did everything I needed and pointed out that I didn't need something that I thought I did and he ended up fixing it for free. I had to get my battery replaced and I was able to drop it off and go to a meeting and come back after an hour and it was finished and I love my new battery! And everything that I got done I didn't have to wait for them to order anything and it cost me $20 less than they originally quoted so that was awesome

Do not let the techs touch your I phone. Went in for screen replacement. They did give me a battery as well, since I had booked on line, it was 50% off. However they broke the sensor camera in the ear piece. I have been back twice and it is still not right. Last time I went in they kept my phone for an hour and did nothing to it, saying they could not find a problem. I showed him what was not working. Voice to text will not work.Pay the extra and take it to a certified mac dealer.
