They litterally ripped me off.Not only did they give me the wrong parts without even so much as an apology-they treated me like an idiot when I called then out for an additional cost even after I brought in a core. I should have received money back but instead I had to pay an additional 10 dollars . The parts i exchanged where the exact same cost so in what world does that math work out?Go to Oriellys not these scam artists.

2 words: amazing service. I was out here on Monday to get a new starter for my truck because it wouldn t start and I immediately go greeted with amazing service. But that s not the highlight of my visit, during my time here, I was trying to put in the new starter to my truck (now, I m not too much of a car person so I was struggling). There was this guy that works here, he was a long haired red head, I later found out his name was Michael. He saw that I was struggling and he took it upon himself to help me out during his breaks. I do not know him at all, but I have seen him working here a few times, but he helped me out. This is the definition of selfless service and should be the face of this store, promote him IMMEDIATELY to manager, make him feel his worth at this company because he is definitely someone that any company would love to have! Hell, I d love to have him as a soldier because he is that hard of a worker and a selfless person. Please promote him immediately to manager or higher!

Twice in a row wrong oil filter. They are more worried about phones and flirting than what I asked for. Cost me twice as much cause wrong filter then wouldn't refund a red cent. Good riddence

I don t think a guy who works there on the clock should be talking to their girlfriend who doesn t work there talking about eating them after work where everyone can hear. No very professional. Very uncomfortable

I got an alternator and volt reg they would bench test the alt I purchased and the volt reg had a damaged box and when I got to my shop it was very obviously installed on the previous customers vehicle and even had short marks on it from it arc out against something during installation with battery cables still connected I've seen it happen multiple times so I borrowed one from my truck and installed the new alt I purchased from auto zone and it put out absolutely nothing my volt ready was the batteries 12.4-12.6 from the intiatal volt check before starting the engine.....I went bk to AutoZone and the tested it told me it passed and refused to returny money...now the manager has left me sitting on hold for 20 minutes

This used to be one of my favorite places to go for Auto parts in Wasilla, until a certain lady that worked there told me that all oil filters do the same job. What got to me was no matter how much details I knew on specific oil filters, she kept telling me I was wrong. I avoid this place as much as I can now.

Terrible customer service!It appears the only way to get service at the Wasilla store is to call.I have been in the store 4 times in the last 3 months and have waited in line for more than 15 minutes while the gentlemen take multiple phone calls. It would seem they prefer the phone over checking customers out. There appeared to be at least 3 employees up front but not at the counter, as soon as the phone rang 1 appeared to answer the phone, then the phone rang again and a second employee came up and answered the phone. By this time there were 6 of us in line. The 2nd employee hung up the phone but instead of checking anyone out answered the phone again now one would think it would be appropriate to say please hold, then check out a customer or 2. Instead we all were treated as if we were invisible. I was baffled as were the other customers. Next the 2 employees started talking to each other saying" wait did you just take my call? The other said I'm not sure did you take mine? I walked out leaving my product on the counter. A note to management..... wouldn't it make sense to assign 1 employee to man the phones for customer service and assign 1 to run the cash registers? Clearly not one employee there today really want to check anyone out. You can have all of the best products fully stocked in your store but the point is to sell it to your customers. Always have what I'm looking for. Always happy to come out from behind the counter to help me when I'm lost. Like their prices. And I get a Veteran discount so by golly it was actually worth killing all those people after all.

They never answer the phone or alternate people and phone calls. Half them barley know how to do their job without the computer in front of the. Commercial dep. is decent though!

Avoid this one. Store #5000 is not a good one. Better choices out there.Placed an online order, received confirmation email. Drove in, waited 30 mins in line, no joy, order not in yet.Following day, another 30 mins standing in online pickup line. Ignored by cashiers in favor of walk in store line.One hour standing in line, two lengthy drives in. So angry at the lack of customer communication I cancelled the order.Avoid this place, there are better options.

STAY FAR AWAY. ORDER ONLINE. I was given an oil cooler line with only one bolt and no E-clips. The employee said that was how it comes. I showed him the description for the part and it included bolts and E-clips. Asked for a manager was told they are changing general manager and none are on site during the day STAY FAR AWAY. Employee then ignored me and handed me the receipt. Employees name was Will. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

When your employees are more interested in having a conversation amongst themselves wether a playstation player can play with a person who is playing on a Xbox is more important than providing customer service to the many customers in the store is s problem. Four employees all on there phones and not paying attention to the customers.

Has the parts I need, but the workers can't seem to correctly pull them off a shelf and hand them to me. Makes you wonder who helps them get dressed in the morning some days. Been getting worse and worse past few months. Plan to return to the store at least three times per part purchased, and don't open any part untill you yourself check the part number, apparently half the employees are dyslexic or just flat can't read.

Place is pretty cool seems to always get what I need, lately seems to be disrespectful, especially in their phone etiquette towards the end of the day. Like whoever answered the phone to me yesterday at 5pm June 4th. Other than the new flow of workers over the passed months I still definitely prefer this place over schucks oreilly or Napa anyday

Wasilla store the staff was very helpful with my purchase and then also, with the return of a purchase. It was nice to see a store in the valley that DOESN'T treat every return like you are a thief. The manager was great and did the right thing. Walmart would have said fu*k off here's a gift card.

Trying to find a lug that was sold out, one person tried to help me by searching it up, wasnt available, they were very friendly and helpful though
