Great shop! Broke down in a bad way up on Thompson Pass. The team at Marks got us in to diagnose the problem right away and get parts ordered. They were super friendly and helped us with lodging and local recommendations. Service was very professional and reasonably priced. They really helped us make the best of a bummer situation.

We just needed a quick weld repair, and Ryan took care of it on the spot, with no appointment. We were so lucky that he was able to fit us in. He was efficient, and super affordable!

I had a punctured tire from a rock and when I arrived they dropped everything and repaired my tire... quickly, friendly and reasonably priced. Thanks, Dillan for the repair and thanks to all of you for the pleasant experience.

I d booked an oil change 2 weeks ago. I thought it was a wait appt. Had it all day.I blew an exhaust pipe the day before, sadly their welder is on vac. He gave me a suggestion and I found a welder.BUT they did find that the condenser and oil cooler pack came loose from the radiator mount. Sadly they couldn t/ won t fix it. It s part of the truck not Rv. Said take it to Anchorage. To bad we are headed south.They do help lots of people out of Alaskan road disasters so, I d say give them a try.

Ryan, the owner is really knowledgeable and always explains exactly what his guys are going to do. They do great work and thorough work. I have had them work on my Silverado 2500hd several times and I'm never disappointed. We had problems with two tires on our truck the morning we were supposed to leave with our group tour. Marks not only took our truck on arrival but worked on the tires immediately so we could be on our way. Fast friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend them.Service: TiresService: Tires

They replaced two RV tires during our stay in Valdez. There was a communication error on their part that created a delay in getting the tires, but Dodie & Ryan tried to make it right. Once the tires arrived, they were put on & we were very appreciative! They definitely are the go-to shop in Valdez!Service: TiresService: Tires

First ever business review but Mark's Repair was so good as to make a broken down RV on the last day of vacation not feel like a real problem. Came in with a brand new battery that I did not know how to install. The wait time was zero before Ryan got to work. He went out of his way to offer a ride to town once he realized the problem required intervention from the rental company, and then even came back and drove 30 miles up the mountain so the whole day wouldn't be lost, while also allowing the vehicle to stay overnight in the property. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and accommodating. Truly excellent.Service: Battery

I was on a 16,000 mile journey and happened to be in Valdez, AK when I needed an oil change (appropriate, yes?). I called Mark at Mark s repair and he scheduled me right away. They were fantastic! Thanks Mark for taking such good care of this Coloradan!

I was traveling through Valdez and had a puncture in my Ram 2500's tire. Mark's crew dropped everything and took me in immediately, they removed the wheel, then removed the tired, patched it from the inside, and reinstalled it and all for a very reasonable $30. I wish more places treated their customers like Mark's. Thank you.

Its not like there's a ton of options in Valdez, so their prices show that. However, they have yet to mess up anything on my car so far and thats a good sign!

Nice people and they mean well, but be careful who works on your vehicle as my repair was made worse and as a result left on the side of the road.
