Horrible experience with my truck was brought in on a wrecker was TOLD TO ONLY IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND NOTIFY ME TO MAKE SURE 1) I HAD THE MONEY TO FIX IT AND 2) THAT IF IT WAS SOMETHING A SHOP DIDN'T HAVE TO DO I COULD DO MYSELF FOR MUCH CHEAPER I CALLED ONCE AFTER 3 DAYS OF IT THERE TO CHECK AN WAS SCREAMED AT TO STOP CALLING THEY WERE BUSY NEXT DAY WAS CALLED AND TOLD I COULD COME PUCK UP MY TRUCK FOR $1450!!! WHEN ASKED WHY THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD CHARGE THAT FOR LOOKING AT IT I WAS TOLD THEY FIXED ISSUE AND MORE!! WAS HUNG UP ON WHEN I SAID THAT WASN'T WHAT I ASKED FOR I SENT MY DAUGHTER TO PICK IT UP (DIDN'T EVEN TELL THEM I EAS SENDING HER AND THEY GAVE HER MY VEHICLE) WHEN SHE ASKED WHAT HAPPENED ROGERS DAUGHTER I BELIEVE SAID THAT IT WASN'T ROAD SAFE SO THEY LEGALLY HAD TO FIX IT MY DAUGHTER SAID IT WASN'T DRIVEN HERE AND COULD HAVE BEEN PUT BACK ON WRECKER TO LEAVE SHE WAS TOLD THAT'S NOT HOW THINGS WORK AROUND HERE SHE ALSO ASKED FOR THE OLD PARTS AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ADDITIONAL $ TO DO THAT AND THAT SOME PARTS HAD CORES AND WERE ALREADY GONE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS 5 AND THEY SAID THEY JUST FINISHED IT LONG STORY SHORT BRAKES WENT OUT NEXT DAY AND ALMOST CAUSED A HORRIBLE WRECK MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED AND IT WAS BRAKES THEY ALLEGEDLY FIXED THERES MORE BUT I'LL SAVE FOR LAWSUIT NEVER EVER TAKE VEHICLE THERE AGAIN

I've been a customer of R&R for years and they have always been good to me and did great work. Never felt taken advantage of. Really hate to see them go! Roger and your crew,Always a team and always helpful! You treated me as If I was a daughter and always took such great care of my old ford Taurus bear bite car. You rescued me when my tires blew out on the escape road, ate my rock hard cookies as a thank you and called them coffee dunkers lol, always a phone call away for help, dare I say faster than triple A! Even when I was broke he helped me. Your memory recall on what you repaired on my car and many, many others is truly phenomenal! My boyfriend's tires were low when I was driving his truck. I was close so I went to R&R. Staff was very kind and the owner of the shop stopped what he was doing to fill and check the tires. He was super kind. My car needs some work so I'll definitely be taking it over to R&R. Kindness goes a long way these days. Thank you guys.

my expierance is based on 2 trucks I bought. a 96 Nissan which I found a receipt from previous owner from r&r 2 days previous to purchase. $700 for 3 injectors. all 3 leaked when I bought it replaced for $189 in my yard in under a half hr. the other receipt was for electrical work for $600. same symptoms occurring. I found they had run a new ground to the fender well with speaker wire. attached with a stripped out self tapping screw. again, I replaced the original ground to the block for $8 and under 5 minutes. I am currently seeking a new part for yet more of their work on an entirely different truck. this ones kinda scary, they cross threaded the bolt to the transmission colum handle. which in turn snapped in process of removal in lue of excessive play while shifting into reverse. I contacted the previous owner who stated this shop again did the work and their key chain is still connected to the key..

Went to R & R because they gave us the best quote. Went in for a $500. wheel bearing change. Was very happy when the guy came out and told us it was just loose lug nuts! He torqued them down and sent us on our way, No Charge! I would highly recommend.

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Every time I have ever needed something Roger has always pulled thru and helped me and my family w/ all our vehicles and needs. Whether it be tires to exhaust, Roger has even helped me purchase a vehicle when I was in need of something reliable and safe to get me and my kids where we needed to go. He has even taken a vehicle from one of my children, given them a ride home because the vehicle was unsafe to drive. All the employees are great, the mechanics will hold your old parts until you ask them to discard them just you have the option of seeing the original parts and wear. I know this company has helped many families, every time I mention who I take my vehicles to, people know who I'm speaking of and agree that he does great customer service and very friendly. Prices are very comparable with all other shops in the area so that has never been an issue.

They did a great job on my truck. They missed a few things I said to fix. But they did a great job on my tune up and ball joints. Customer service is lacking

I want to like this place, because the people are friendly and they mean well. I used them for years, but on several occasions I have regretted it. Oil filters not tightened. Accidentally using the most expensive synthetic. Getting a quote with one price and a bill for another. I can't do it anymore.

Just a group of unemployed tire technicians, related to the owner, making Class A repairs to your vehicle. No ASE certified mechanics on site.. haven't been for a number of years. This shop is waaaaay past its prime, and is currently under liquidization and reorganization. Hours are cut to part time. This is a shop owner who would pay his employees $5/hour, if it were up to him.Services: Electrical, Auto engine tuning
