I was so impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They told me what things could be improved on my vehicle but it never felt like a sales pitch, just good advice. I ll be back!

I called to see if they could take a look at my brakes which was making a loud noise. They got me an immediately three hours later I had new brakeshoes and rotors I really love the health report of my vehicle. It s great to know where I might be having problems so that I can watch out for them. I appreciate the great job they did.

Fantastic experience! Staff was friendly, and very personable.I orignally had an appointment to get my oil changed, but I realized on my way in that I DESPARATELY needed winter tires. This s op was willing to adjust my appointment and replace my tires last minute at the start of the season. I so appreciated it, as I don't know if I would have made it home safe otherwise. Thank you!

Overalls great! I had paid a deposit to get my tires ordered from Anchorage, and brought my car in a week later to get the tires switched, took maybe an hour and a half, standard. Customer service was truly great, nothing significant happened, but the man I spoke to not only over the phone, but in person were wonderful. Great interactions throughout the whole time and felt very welcoming. Only thing I guess that wasn t the BEST was that my alignment is a bit worse than it was previously, and I had some grease spots on my door side and steering wheel cover which I washed off with no problem so no biggie!! Will definetly come back in the future for my tires in the spring!:)

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change. Came in and they did not have a filter. I specifically asked if they had the oil. The response was yes. The filter would be delivered by 1 pm so I came back and dropped off the car and went to have lunch. Came back from lunch and waited for 45 minutes. I asked the to check on my car. They came back and informed me they were out of the proper oil. My car was empty of oil so I was stuck there. Still waiting after 2 hours

Everyone was very friendly. It s stressful getting your car worked on. I felt very validated and was explained the procedure and diagnostics thoroughly. I had a severe gas leak. Rob who worked on my car was wonderful! He was the one whom I communicated mostly with. He called me as soon as it was diagnosed. And when the part came in it was worked on promptly! 5 stars! I will be coming back when I need service again.

Great experience this time as before, 91 chevy Cheyenne plow truck, pulled hard left, appointment made to check multiple issues, friendly service, knowledgeable, competent mechanics, explained their findings and pointed out my options for repairs , took a little longer than quoted due to business hours, but did not pose a problem.

Great mechanics at Midas they do great mechanic work they installed my new inner an outer tie rods on my car but when I left the shop that didn t resolve the clunking/popping sound in my front end while turning the sound was still there pretty sure it s my cv axle that s bad but wasn t told about it by Midas that s the only disappointment I have about my experience

I've taken all my vehicles to midas anytime I need an oil change new tires fuel pump alternator no matter what it may be rob the manager takes care of it fantastic crew glad to do business with them from kelly in sales to Brian the mechanic it's a real pleasure

We blew a tire the day before, call them up. Explain the situation. They said they were short manpower. I explained again that we were without a major tire. They said come on and bring it in. One other guys jumped on it. He showed us what was wrong. For the quick service and turn around, we decided to bring in some breakfast for the two texts. Would definitely go back there and talk to them. In fact they offered me a job.

The people there are so friendly..they bent over backwards to help me..had some problems that they showed me..and they fixed it!! I wasn't over charged..honest, hard working men and women run that shop..I will definitely be back to purchase tires for my camper..thank you all for helping us out!! The office staff was nice and knowledgeable. The young lady answered my alignment questions acutely and with wisdom of year's in the automotive industry.! The Chief mechanic explained what my truck need to have replaced to correct the wandering of the steering. I told him it might be spring before I can afford to replace the steering gear and have the truck realigned. I will be back. To have future repairs done. I was told at the front desk my appointment would be at 1pm, I stayed and waited and they managed to get me in an hour earlier. The mechanic used a bag to cover my seat before getting in and the front desk were really nice people. Would recommend getting serviced there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I guess it got a 2 rushed to the restroom bump my phone. Not a bad experience gotta spend a bunch on parts and labor for exhaust problems..nothing is cheap or free. I'm sure it will go well after parts are in and car is in the shop not treated bad at all. Everyone there kind professional and politel...

I broke down on the side of the road 30 miles outside of Soldotna on July 3rd. I called and was told to bring my car in and they d take a look right away. They did and found the park needed and stayed late to fix the problem to get me back on the road. Everyone at the shop was kind, happy and extremely helpful. A repair I had done a month prior had failed so they helped me see what went wrong and provided me parts, pictures and descriptions so I could approach the other shop about the issue. I am very thankful for the staff and their great work. I highly recommend this shop. Amazing people.

did not give a proper estimate. they alloud my truck to be there longer i give them that. they are very friendly but did not take the pictures or state what was actually wrong with the truck. did not put initial concerns in estimate and just went right to 7000 transmision without knowing it was tranfercase too nor added vacume lines or take pictures for insurance company. instantly went to most expensive repair withot proper dianosis
