These guys were absolutely amazing to work with! They went above and beyond our expectations with every purchase we ve made with them. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for what we were looking for whether it was a specific vehicle, price or percentage rates. They treated us like family (even bought my hangry kiddos taco bell while I filled out paperwork) and for that we will stay loyal customers!

The guys at Magnum are awesome. It took me a little longer then originally thought ti get the financing completed and they held the vehicle and worked with me on the timing of the purchase. When I went in with my dealer pre-approval letter it took them less than 10 minutes to find the perfect car for me. 10/10 would recommend

Stefan was immensely helpful. I walked in just wanting to inquire about trading in my Chevy Trax for a truck. Immediately got to test drive some great trucks! Super easy paperwork was approved for a loan and trade in.Walked in just curious walked out with an awesome 2017 Ram truck in a matter of hours! Loved that I got to take the truck for an extended 48 hr test drive but was approved for the loan the same day.Amazing customer service! Great employees! Will definitely do future business with them!!

Cory and Jackson at Soldotna magnum motors worked tirelessly with me to help me get a vehicle that would meet my needs. I wouldn t negotiate my sunroof and they still helped me, and after about 15 cars and working with my bank they made it happen for me. I could not be happier and more pleased with how much they worked with me. They re friendly and very personable, I would recommend them if you re looking for a vehicle. They will pull out the stops for you where they can!

Great service and easy to deal withUnfortunately they sold me a 2015 RAM which while on the surface was good but I found out had bad tires. I bought a car as is and that s on me. However I still feel it was a little off.

I cant rave enough about how absolutely wonderful Cole has been since getting my car! Really the whole team, however i have worked with cole and michael the most.Ive definitely been a handful of a customer, my car has had to have work done not long after purchasing, i was kind of picky about the car i drove as the loaner and cole has been dealing with all of it for me and made sure to get me into an amazing loaner car for the time being.Ill definitely be back for my next car purchase!

These guys are amazing (I worked with Michael and Tim) I don t think I ve ever felt more comfortable about buying something so expensive before. I didn t feel pressured at all. Ended up going a little above my price range but totally worth it for how much gas is now! I wish I could go back for all my other purchases!

OMG, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!When I first walked in. I honestly felt like I was with family ! NOT ONCE DID I feel like I was actually dealing with "used car salesmen" !! Smiley. yes, that's his real name and the name matches his personality, he's always smiling He didn't pressure us at all !! Basically, he gave us free reign to look/ drive whatever we wanted ! We found a couple of cars, narrowed it down to two, so Smiley said TAKE ONE HOME !! Well, we all know why lmao, but, it worked !! Next day we did paperwork !Smiley was really awesome to work with and I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM 100%VERY DOWN TO EARTH !!And his sidekick, Timmy, was also wonderful !!They both made us feel right at home.I've been in many dealerships in my life and I have to say, this was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Brandon and Tim were really interested in helping us and were very knowledgeable. I hadn t stepped foot into a car dealer place since 2008. Great experience. Next day, I drove home with my RAM 1500 Bighorn happy as a clam! Thanks Guys!

The staff is very well knowledgeable and work hard to get the vehicle you want and what your comfortable with. What I really enjoy is the no pressure of buying a vehicle and how fast and efficient the paperwork is with them. I even got a better rate with them getting it for me then my own bank! Thanks again for the great Truck!!!

Billy Frazier was so amazing to work with! Easiest buy I ve ever made when purchasing a rig. I voiced my one concern and he helped give a quick and easy solution to my auto remote needs because I can be bratty when it comes to that. Didn t feel pushed or forced to make a buy. He went above and beyond to help get me the rig I wanted and needed. I highly recommend him! Stop in if you are looking for a rig you won t be disappointed one bit. *Soldotna location*

Mukesh the best, he gave me 21 grand for a ram I paid 18 for. Amd he got me a nice chevy with low miles. Only 28000 miles. Don't forget to work with Mike he goes over and beyond

I give it 1 star because of my stupidity as I have experience buying a used car and it was my choice to sign the dotted line. Yeah 1 star-because I am peeved. In my defense: I needed a car as my car lost a muffler aong the many things, it was the last straw.Pro: they brought the car to me to test drive. I appreciated that as driving 100 miles round trip witH a toddler to look for a car. Big convenience. The salesman was nice and not pushy but also would not give an inch.Other: It was a take it or leave it deal. I should have negotiated the orice before they drove down but I did not know that!Cons: the dealership "fixed" the front window but the car still had a noise because something was not sealed right. Now I have to drive there and pay to get the problem taken care of. Lame.Cons: the dealership is not obligated to maintain good brakes on the car; rotors had grooves! and the salesman claimed that the mechanic team did not flag it because the brakes were all right and he would not drive the car if he did not believe it safe. The rotors were scalloped! Stupid buy! What was I thinking! Yeah I have buyers remorse now big time. No price discount on the break issue either. Anyway bottom line is I should not have taken that bad candy from a stranger. I give mysef a 1 star. Maybe it will go better for you.

This is the worst place to go to buy a used vehicle. They are NOT willing to negotiate at all. The most they will take off a car is $300.00. They could have sold me a car TWICE, but their unwillingness to negotiate, lost them a customer forever. If you are looking for a fair deal, DO NOT go here, all of their vehicles are above book value, especially their larger trucks and suvs. But if you want your intellect insulted then this is the perfect place to go.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a car in June of 2020. They promised my second set of keys of which they have NOT produced.If you buy a car and they have one set of keys but promise a second set....refuse to sign until you have all the keys.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is very dishonest and over priced cars. If you run into Cory at the Wasilla store, run he is a liar. I sold cars for many years and this place trys all the sketchiest sales techniques around do not go here.

3 of the nastiest people you'll ever meet in the car business. I purchased a truck from Magnum about 4 weeks ago. They lied about the condition of the truck and neglected to tell me that it would cost about $4000.00 to fix. Although this is what used car salesmen do, I shared my frustration with the sales manager. In retaliation they wont send me the title to the truck I purchased with cash. Not sure how these guys stay in business.

Liars and thieves. Dont buy anything from them. Demand to see the approval letter from the bank and don't buy into the warranty scam. This is the the Shadiest dealership in Alasks. The Soldotna manager has a record from Arkansas to here to prove it. They literally stole $5000 from my wallet so im gonna make sure I cost them 10 times that amount.
