Salesman Randy was helpful, polite, and spent time with me before, and during and after purchase.Have issues with having people return calls, 3 times now. Had to stop in to speak to sales about key fob and parts that were to be ordered.Just called again today to see where my parts are that were part of the deal, they took a message and again did not receive a return call. Will stop by there tomorrow, 55 miles away, to personally see someone and ask questions about the parts that should have been here and scheduled to be added to my vehicle according to the sales agreement.I am hoping that this is a rare case but thought I would write about the frustration of lack of communications. "I didn't receive the message to call you."
