I will never visit this place again. I made an appointment a week ahead and it was obvious they had no intention of doing the work at the time of the appointment. I live 70 miles from there and they were insulting about not giving me a time when the work would be done after scheduling me to be there at 8 am. Their prices were very high and after my truck sat there for 4 hours and they had not even started to work on it, I left! The smarty pants girl behind the counter has no business doing scheduling or bein g in customer service!!

We were visiting Soldotna for a church event when my car started acting funny. I called and they were able to help right away! Fast, easy and kind!! Thank you so much. I'll need repairs when I get home, but at least I'll get home.

Quick and easy oil change, giving 4 starts because they often are out of my oil. And when calling to see if it is in stock they always say yes but then when I get there they don't have it.

I sure wish I could give negative stars!What good is it to have an appointment, have them loose your paperwork, not call even when you call to check on your car and are told you'll get a call right back. Now I have no car, have to get a ride home from work, find a ride to work in the morning and have no idea when I'll get my car back. I was supposed to get a call after diagnostics was done.... my truck is sitting outside and I have no key!Real nice job! Way to make a lady walk to work!

Usually very happy with these guys but they fell way short today. Asked to switch back to regular oil from synthetic and was told can't do that. Further research told me I could with no problems. NOT COOL GUYS!!!!!!

Easy and fast turn around for lube and wash / full detail. Got all the bugs, tar & asphalt off. Worth the service all by itself.

Always very friendly to me when I go in which has been several times now, sometimes even just to ask a question. They don't mind taking time with me and try to get me in as quick as possible. Reasonable prices as well. They are honest and if they can't do a particular service for my car they refer me to the best place who can.( I have never been anywhere else that was honest enough to do that)Ask for Nelson!!

$149 for an oil change of 6 quarts of synthetic oil. Are you kidding me? I was ripped off today. I will never use this scamming repair center again. And I will make it a point to let everybody I talk to you know just as I have with Ellis automotive when they when they cheated me charging two times MSRP on a part. The $150 that you got for me is nothing compared to the thousands of dollars you re going to lose of other peoples business because I let them know that you cheat your customers. $149 for an oil change of synthetic oil is ridiculous. There is no excuse there is no justification for charging that kind of money. The only reason they got two stars instead of one is because the people that actually changed the oil did a good job.Service: Oil change

I wish I could post the picture I took after they detailed my car.I picked my car up after they detailed it the first time and noticed how the vents, cup holders, center consul, doors, steering wheel, carpet and seats haven t even been touched. The manager there asked that I bring it back and he will personally make sure they clean everything. So....I dropped it off again, and when I came back to pick it up I noticed that the only thing they did was shampoo my seats and carpets. Poorly Nothing else was touched. I showed the spots between my seats and everything else to the same manager. He asked that I bring the car back again the 3rd time! I said no and asked that the owner call me. Owner never called me. I called twice trying to get ahold of him. Finally I called the 3rd time and tried to come to an understanding with him. The owner Dave told me that he would not process a refund since they cleaned it twice and that he personally inspected it the 2nd time around and it was clean. I asked that he please give me a refund since the job was not finished. He said no and hung up. Unbelievable

This happened 3 years ago; just kept forgetting to do it because we don't have very limited data in Kenai. These are for 2 separate vehicles: our truck and our daughter's SUV. We were already satisfied with our experience with the truck. A few weeks later, we had to have our daughter's vehicle towed in from Sterling Highway around Skilak Lake area. She was on her way back to Anchorage when her vehicle suddenly stopped and won't start again. Since we were satisfied with our first experience on our Ford truck a few weeks earlier, we decided to have her vehicle towed to Hutchings Auto Spa. When we came to pick up the vehicle, we were surprised to find out that they didn't charge us anything. They did a diagnostic check and didn't find anything wrong (which my daughter suspected it may had just been moisture on the gas as she just filled it up at Fred Meyers on her way back to Anchorage). This place could have easily made up a diagnostic problem and charge us something, but didn't. Now, that's honesty! Highly recommended!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Poor service,I called and scheduled appointment for a block heater and confirmed they had the part before bringing my vehicle in for the install. Dropped the vehicle off as scheduled, at the end of the day I called to see about picking up my vehicle to be informed they didn't have the part needed and that it would be in the next day. So after wasting one whole day of waiting for the install I now had to wait another day because they didn't bother to notify me they didn't have the part they said they did. The second day, I called to verify they had received the part and was told @ noon they had just gotten the part and they vehicle would be done soon and they would call me when it was ready. At 4:30 when I attempted to call to verify if my vehicle was ready since I had never received a call from them no one was answering calls. So after multiple unanswered calls I finally drove over to get my vehicle which was done but no one had bothered to call and notify me of.I asked for a discount since they had cost the use of my vehicle for 2 days when it should have been half a day at best. I was told "we don't do discounts".I will never use this company again.They are rude, poor customer service, and in general have no respect for a customers time.

This was the worst brake line replacement ever. They charged 635.00 for a job that cost 250.00No one should ever go there especially a woman. Plus they had my truck for 3 days and it should have taken 3 hours.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

They are great here, can do certain factory warranty work on your vehicle and not have it void your warranty. Nelson is very nice and completely understanding and they are quick as well

Went in for an oil change, when it came back someone had undeniably gone out of their way to disconnect the vacuum hose for the breaks. HIGHLY do not recommend this business for any service whatsoever.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

A friend recommended this place to me. Today I got an oil change and one of the guys was heaven sent with my 2 yr old. He gave him a balloon and was entertaining. They were fast and, as usual, I didn't even have to get out of my car. Plus free wifi!My kid cried when we left. Thanks Auto Spa :'''/ haha, jk. He did cry though.

Made me wait there until the last minute and said they can't change my oil I wasn't very happy happy they couldn't came out and told me that they couldn't do it instead of sitting there and let me wait in line..

HORRIBLE RIP-OFF. Did not do the owek ordered and charged me. Many phone calls to the manager and he refuses to do the work that I paid for. They refused to return my repalaced parts. Why? Because they couldn't as they NEVER DID THE WORK.

An awful waste of my time They ordered the wrong part; after I picked up my car I discovered they had not even put things back together so I strongly recommend you avoid this organization

Have used the auto spa for years now and never had any problems over 12 years now. They service all our company cars and personal cars.

Needed my tires switched last minute and got right in. Alyeska was hooked for the day by 11:30am! And I got my tires there not that it mattered!
