Turned a stove into Chuck to have it converted from LP to Natural Gas and when getting it back home and reinstalling it the broiler and oven wouldn t work. Chuck wouldn t stand behind his work. When trying to discuss the issue, he said you got more than your $100 dollars worth of work, I m done with your stove and done with you , then hung up on me. Would highly recommend not doing business with him.

Excellent service. We have a home on East Mackey Lake. We called to ask for help with our 40 year old refrigerator which had stopped working. We talked to Chuck and explained the problem. He said a serviceman would be out the next day and, indeed, the next day Bobby arrived. He calmly assessed the situation, said the there a defective defrost regulator. He had a replacement in his truck. Within a half an hour the refrigerator was working. The cost of the service and repair was very reasonable. Bobby guaranteed his work. I would recommend Eagle Appliances as your first choice for appliance repairs in Soldotna and vicinity.

My husband and I live out of state but had to purchase a used dryer for our rental home. The owner quoted a price directly to my husband over the phone which inlcuded $85 for delivery (8.26 miles) and agreed to give us a $50 credit on our used dryer which was approx. 8 years old. When the final bill was paid by our property manager we were NOT given the $50 credit on the old dryer. When our property manager made an inquiry on our hehalf, him he said that it wasn't worth it. Not only did he go back on his word but he didn't even have the decency to call us or our property manager....but he did manage to take the old dryer which I have not doubt had parts worth at least this. DO NOT TRUST THE OWNERS WORD!!!

We have bought 4 appliances from this store over the last 6 years. First we bought an upright freezer that is older, but works wonderfully and we are really happy with the purchase (we have had it for 6 years now!) We also have 3 fridges that we bought from him. The first fridge we bought was because we had to replace the old one in our kitchen because our it just sucked power due to the freezer running all the time. We also bought our mud room spare fridge as we have a large family and a small organic farm with lots of extra eggs and milk that needs to be refrigerated. The 3rd fridge we bought from here only gets used 3/4 of the year for our farm help cabin. They are all still working and we could not be more pleased. Over all, we are extremely happy and we will continue shopping here in the future if the needs arises.

The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. He had the part I needed and explained how to install it!
