Very helpful! Informative and easy to talk with. Kenneth was nice, and was able to help solve my issue with my vehicle quickly! I recommend him and all the other staff at that store to anyone with car troubles or for accessories

I had a wonderful experience at the Soldotna autozone. I was helped by Kenneth with removing and putting in a new battery. He put his own time in with helping me fix my battery connectors so the battery can be removed. The employee didn't have time help but he did and I am extremely grateful. This will be the auto store I will return to time and time again because of Kenneth excellent service

Wow! George at Auto Zone Soldotna was so helpful and nice to me. He made a bad day turn out to be great. What a nice man helped install my part for me. Definitely went the extra mile. Will definitely shop here and ask for George again!!@

They're expensive they don't really help their customer service kind of really sucks and God forbid if you walk in and you are a woman female of any kind they will look at you like a lost puppy with their headcock to the side and it's kind of deterring

We needed help installing a battery and they sat outside with us in -12� weather and made sure that we had a new battery for a trip home. Amazing customer service.

Auto zone is the best auto parts store I've been to on the whole kenai peninsula. I only go back there for my truck's parts and needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are always able to help problem solve, and that's needed with me since my truck is problematic and unnecessarily complicated. So thank you Soldotna auto zone for being the best.

They noticed a factory defect in one of their tools and promptly pulled them from further distribution. Shows sign of a responsible, promising company. You have smart and knowledgeable employees. Clyde at the Soldotna, Alaska store is doing a great job!

I completely get all my parts, etc at Auto Zone because the staff are soooo knowledgeable, willing to go that "extra" meaure to meet my needs. I have to drive an hour to get to Auto Zone, rather than a half hour to other auto part stores, but worth it !!

I went in looking for some oil and the big sign that said, "Oil" led me in the right direction. The layout of the store is open and it makes it very easy to find things. The service there was okay. It wasn't spectacular, but it wasn't bad either. Overall a quick and easy stop and I found exactly what I was looking for.

This is THE#1 Vape shop ever! I've never been in another vape shop where the people were so informed about vaping their product and all of their units it's just amazing plus they keep track of how many people they've felt get off of!! Steve is awesome he's the owner and does all of the radio commercials and I haven't seen him hire a bad person yet they're all great and equally as informed as he is!!

the AutoZone service is very good.ashlie hetrick is the best employee there.she helps out more then the rest of the employees do.she knows more then they do.she makes it feel like I wanna keep coming back to the store.she deserves to have more hours.its not right she's not getting the hours to support herself and her daughter.

Best customer service ever! I was there To trouble shoot my car problems. Turned out to be an A/F sensor that went bad. Tyler was a huge help and had a great attitude! So willing to help and far from a lazy worker! I learned a lot too! Great experience! I won't go anywhere else!

I came in during a winter storm the conditions outside were treacherous and Ken came outside and swapped my battery, put new wipers on, and changed my headlight bulb with a smile on his face. Thank you all at Auto Zone in Soldotna for taking care of me.

Was told I could not receive a first responder discount because I was a nurse. (Lpn) only a police officer EMT or firefighter qualify .... OK I will remember that shall I ever see you in need of CPR .. I will wait for a first responder. ;)
