Most helpful and professional garage I ve ever been to. They bent over backwards to help me out and get me a tire so I could get back to ANC. This is a woman-owned business and the owner Nikki knows her stuff and gets it done. Super impressive, excellent customer service, fair prices, great mechanics. Other locals I told about my great experience confirmed that yep, No Sweatt the best. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

Needed a quick tire repair during our auto tour of AK. Owner fit us in at the last moment and got us on our way ASAP. Very pleasant, fun to talk with, very professional and cost of repair was surprisingly low. Couldn t ask for better service. Highly recommendService: TiresService: Tires

5 stars for amazing service!On 10/24/2018, I had a flat tire on the front passenger side of a rental car 30 minutes outside of Seward. Changed the flat out with the spare and finished the drive into Seward to look for a tire shop.Had first gone to Terry's, but they didn't have the tire size I needed. I needed to get back to Anchorage the same day. No Sweatt Auto didn't have the tire either, BUT Niki (I think that's her name from looking through the other reviews.. I'm writing this 1.5 months later) offered to help swap my spare in the front with the rear tire to make it safer for me to drive back because the front wheels are for steering. She had it done free of charge and cautioned for me to watch out for ice etc on the way back. Real sweet heart! Thanks Niki!!

We got a screw in our tire this morning as we were heading out of town back to Fairbanks... really put a damper on the end of a great trip but No Sweatt Auto got us in right away at 8am and fixed it up! Could not have asked for nicer people or better service. Thank you so much!

i called, expecting Nikki, got Madison... wanted to buy a full set brand new pick up tires...this girl, implied i couldnt figure out tire size at which point i said, it isnt my truck... i will buy somewhere else... Terry's?!Sorry Nikki, I tried...

Went in for oil change. TWO hours later (3pm) I called them to see when it would be done. They said they had been meaning to call me because there was "sealant" around the plug and they weren't doing the oil change for fear the plug was stripped. On my way to check things out I called my usual shop in MN. They stated the only thing put on the plug would be blue marker to show that they had done an oil change.Upon returning to No Sweatt Auto they show me a picture of this "sealant around the plug". Which consisted of one thumb sized blotch of blue paint around approximately %15 of the plug. It should have been clear to anyone with common sense this wasn't meant to stop a leaking drain plug. Now it became clear what was happening. And the mechanic confirmed my suspicions. Repeatedly saying he's busy and he had other things to do. After I told them everything was fine and to do the oil change, even volunteering to walk to Napa and buy on oversized plug in case he needed it (something he claimed would take over an hour?) he refused to squeeze me in that day saying I could come back in the morning. So in short this shop wasted nearly three hours of my time by not communicating the "problem" then after we found the solution, which took a 30 second phone call, refused to complete a 20-40 minute job that was scheduled 2.5 hours ago, claiming they had no time for me. If I could give them 0 I would. But the lady at the front desk is nice.

I had a screw in the tire of my work van. I live out of town and thought I'd have to wait around all afternoon for them to squeeze me in between jobs. They got it plugged and I was back on the road in less than an hour.

They were so kind and helpful when I got a flat fro anchorage to Seward just after winter. They were so helpful I wish i could find a garage like this in Anchorage! I will use them every time I have a car need in Seward. (Which might be tomorrow )

I was travelling in a rented RV and got a flat tire. They took me almost immediately and did the work quickly. The charge was very fair! THANKS for the great service!!!!!

Don't ever use them or send anyone else.I went there just to have new brake pads put on now I have lots of problems with my vehicle.
