This was the perfect find on our drive from Delta Junction to Fairbanks. The breakfast selections were plentiful. We settled on Breakfast burritos and some mac and cheese with bacon (it is vacation after all)! Our RV was a little too big to do the drive thru but we just parked and walked up to the window. The portions were large and very flavorful!

We moved to Salcha because it's close to base and I'm so glad they have this place in the Salcha area. Hands down one of the best places I've ever been. We go there frequently for their breakfast burritos and they're AMAZING. The pizza is even better! Can never go wrong with drips cafe!!!!

Omg, got a breakfast burrito, and it was absolutely delicious!!! It was large enough to share with my daughter. Also bought some calzones for later, can't wait to try them, but for now...I'm full. Totally worth the drive from North Pole!!!

This was a jem in the woods what a great surprise. They had amazing Frappachinos, lattes, coffee, wraps, homemade mac and cheese, Texas hots, briskets, and more.

Absolutely some of the best food around. It's a must stop for any traveler. Home made and only from the best ingredients. Just know you are getting quality when you stop at drips. The owners are amazing people and provide and outstanding level of service. Proud supporters of the troops and you may just see a squadron stopped for refreshments from time to time. Stop in and say hi. Try anything on the menu it's all good.

Best coffee shop in the interior of Alaska! Best food too!Rachel is by far the best barista I have ever done business with. She knows what I drink and how I like it. The selection of flavors they have is absolutely crazy!Their food is topnotch. Nothing is ever microwaved, everything is made to order. I wish we had full service restaurants in Fairbanks that made food as delicious as Drips. Every time I stop in I ask when they will be opening up a shop in Fairbanks.I would eat almost every meal at Drips if they were closer.Great now I'm hungry.I don't understand the 2 star review on here???? Must be the competition.

Yesterday on 6 App 19 I went to Drips Cafe with a friend and it was my first time there. We pulled up and the staff from the beginning were so friendly and beyond helpful. Ordered the Thai tea to start, which was so delicious and flavorful. the special of the day was chicken gyro, which is what was ordered. It came with a cucumber, and tomato salad with feta cheese and an Italian pasta salad. when it came out the smells were so good I wanted to rip into right then and there. When I ate it the salads were so fresh and the vegetables were crispy and so delicious. The feta cheese was so good and there was the perfect amount. they pasta salad had great taste and the olives and peppers were a great addition with flavor and texture element. Now the gyro, we will start with the pita. You could tell it was freshly made and it had garlic in it and tasted so delicious, I would order a dozen of just those. Again the vegetables were so fresh and so delicious and really are so much to the gyro. The chicken was so delicious and flavorful. The garlic and the spices really came out and made the chicken pop with flavor. The taziki sauce was so delicious and you could tell it was not store bought. I love that everything is made to order and is made there, it makes a big difference. I will definitely be back and will definitely be recommending this spot to everyone I can.

Drips is a nice little coffee hut about 2 miles south of the knotty shop in North Pole. Overall this is a quant little place to stop for a coffee, smoothie or something to eat.Personally I think the food is better than the coffee, but none of it is bad. Service is always good, but Ravens Brew coffee is not a good coffee IMO. The food is tasty and on Fridays stop by for their brisket.Little pricier than most coffee shops, but it's in the middle of no where and last place for a decent cup of coffee for 15 miles to North Pole and 75 miles before Delta Junction. But food is worth the stop either way.

Absolutely amazing service and food. Everything was made right there on the scene, and you could tell. It didn't taste frozen or partially done. Very large breakfast burritos and DELICIOUS coffee. I stop by here as often as I can.

One of the saddest parts about moving out of Salcha is no longer being down the road from Drips. Excellent food and service. Way better than any of the drive throughs in Fairbanks. Highly recommend anyone passing through the area to stop by.

Drinks are good. But the food is overpriced and gross. I paid 5 for a plain hot dog and 5 for a small batch of inedible mac and cheese. It was completely burnt with a couple of noodles mixed in. Even my dog wouldn't eat it.

Unexpected delight. This is a cute drive up/through place. Breakfast lunch and dinner-limited but acceptable selection. We got drinks and hotdogs for the road.

We tried a couple hot drinks and a couple breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a coffee hut in the interior. I will eat here again for sure.

Pre-ordered breakfast burritos for next day pickup. When we went to pick them up the next they had been given to someone else.(I regards to the "Response from the owner")Thank you for your response. I failed to find the apology in it. You did however point out that you are NOT accountable for your mistake, of not having a better system in place for when someone gives your their business in return for your service. However, I'm not sure how anyone else "patting you on the head" for a "great job" is supposed to remedy my disappointment. Should I be a "Captain", a "Major", or a "Sgt Major" for decent service? Well I am neither nor will I ever be a continuing customer. A simple apology would have sufficed, for me, and MY personal experience. Not your half hearted response to me, as part of YOUR experience.(Cont'd.)I'm glad that you've implemented a new system in place, hopefully it will help to keep experiences like mine and so many others from happening again.Criticism can be a real hard pill to swallow, and I understand that it takes effort to put aside pride and use such criticism in a constructive manner. For future reference an apology is considered sincere when it isn't followed by, "but...".I thank you for your invitation to speak face-to-face although I respectfully declined. That would be asking me for further inconvenience.Good luck to you and your business!
