I recently visited this car wash that and it has left a lasting impression, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ronan and Dylan. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. The car wash not only left my vehicle spotless but also showcased their dedication to quality work. I highly recommend this establishment for a thorough and professional car cleaning experience. Will be returning in the future!

Really happy with the Sudzy Salmon car wash. Devin was polite and helpful. Truck was cleaned well and the wax is impressive for a drive through wash.

I would give them a five if it were not for their poor communication practices. There have been two separate occurrences in the past two or three years where we had a need to contact their office. Their response time is anything but prompt . Weeks later is not acceptable. Tighten up your office response policies and you will have a 5 star operation. The car wash in Palmer, and all the young folks working there, do a great job!

Devin was very nice and helpful. I appreciated his friendly attitude and knowledge about services provided. The car wash itself was fine, maybe not as clean as I would have hoped but it is an unlimited service and they do have a policy where if they missed a spot you can go through again. Overall a good value for your money.

Wes was extremely nice and super helpful! He helped me save money on the car wash and explained what exactly I was paying for. Definitely give him a raise, he ran back to get the goodie bag and got it to me before I could drive forward to the wash. Definitely a devoted employee.

I was helped by Devin who was very informative and helpful. I like Sudzy Salmon over any other car wash around, primarily because they are the only ones that make it a focus to get the ice and snow out of your tires (living in AK, that is a requirement). Great service every wash.

Come on, it s just a car wash right? Not at all, it s an experience and an atmosphere of fun and physically dedicated young energy. I ve been there many times and it s my pleasure to always see a friendly clan of hard working young people who seem to enjoy their job. It s reflected in their attitude, appearance and the way they have treated and helped me as a customer. I give them professional ratings even for their age because of their good manners and respect. Jayla who works at the Glen Highway store in Palmer is especially a nice addition to the crew. Not only did she explain in a clear detailed way how the (special one month sale) works but she absorbed my decline to accept the offer and turned it around into me accepting the offer without pressure by her simple reintroduction of the same sale in more simple words. It was the mind of a customer service minded young person anticipating the needs of a customer. Thanks Shayla

Always great service! I ve been stopping in since they opened a few years ago and Jayla finally talked me into becoming an unlimited member! If you need your mats sprayed you can take into the staff and they will spray them off, free vacuum with the wash, if your car has lots of hard to get nooks and crannies they have rags to get them, or they will run you through again. Overall helpful staff and well maintained facility.

Overall I enjoy this car wash. The staff is friendly, and they are very efficient at getting cars through fast. The one disadvantage that makes it 3 stars is the vacuums. With the membership price being as expensive as it is, the vacuums should be free. Many car washes that have the same system as this one provide free vacuums for paying customers.

They quit washing your front and back of the car, it seems more like a numbers game vs quality of wash. Always come out with dirty bumpers, and don t have time to go through twice every single time. They have gone downhill pretty quickly, they used to be my favorite.

I always have missed spots on my car every single time. Spend a little more time during winter months pre scrubbing cars. I will say the young man who assisted me at the kiosk was kind and very friendly and helpful.

Just bought a monthly pass to Sudzy car wash. Hunter was very helpful and took care of business quickly. I had other questions about the app and the vacuum services and he answered those, and showed me how to make it all work.

Decided to wash the car at 10F and was impressed at the cheerful demeanor and solid work ethic of an associate named Jayla who emerged from an ice fishing hut near the payment kiosk to assist me with my purchase. I hear some folks complain about today s youth but Sudsy Salmon seems to be ground zero for hard workers like Jayla. Keep on inspiring others and providing great customer service!

I always have a good customer service experience here at Sudzy Salmon! I had a wonderful time today and got a good service from a young lady named Jayla! If anyone wants a well - round experience and good results on their car I would highly recommend Jayla.

Jayla was cool, also considering the quality and location, monthly subscriptions are a must. It's about 40 bucks a month. Good car wash. Just remember to take off magnetic antennas and lights
