I was in severe need of a wheel hub replacement, because my SUV front passenger side tire sounded akin to loud popping corn in the microwave ~ while my vehicle was in motion. I learned about how the bearings inside the wheel hub were completely shot, causing the grinding & popping sounds I was hearing.Basically this started very midly around March and escalated to a severe concern about April. I visited a few other auto repair garages and nobody else was able to assist me with getting the replacement hub complete, as all of the other garages in the valley were booked out with tire changeover between the seasons.Roger's Garage was the only business willing to help me with the repair. They were very accommodating of my circumstances, plenty reasonable in pricing the replacement, and helped me get back on the road and functioning once again. Thank you to the woman helping me in their office, and to Roger for having done a great job with the repair.I meant to write this review a couple of months ago. They deserve 5 stars in my book!

I ve been a Rogers Garage customer since 2004. The service is beyond excellent and the labor rates are very reasonable. I will continue to bring my vehicles here, for everything from oil changes and above. Thanks Roger and Teresa!

I took my 97 F350 pick up to Rogers Garage because it was running rough, I checked the truck before I brought it in with a diagnostic code reader and had no codes showing so I couldn t understand the misfire. The mechanic also did diagnostic and found no codes. They did compression test and found 2 broken plugs, replaced plugs and truck ran better. When I picked it up they Charged me $345.00. I got less than a mile away and check engine light came on. I called them and they said to bring it back so I did. It then showed EGR code which Is the exhaust gas recirculating valve. It is controlled by vacuum lines and an electrical signal. They told me that it was a coincidence and the only thing they could do was to replace exhaust manifolds and associated parts for $2400. I was very unhappy and wanted them to show me what they had done. Roger came out smelling of alcohol and belligerent. He told me that I would have to go get $345 more in cash before he would release my truck, because I messed with him and he was going to mess with me. I called the troopers and asked them to meet me there, because I was worried it would get ugly with him. He then said they would refund the money to my card. Long story to say that I wouldn t recommend this place.

Don't know how his mechanicing is, but for tire work we give him a 0 star. Had tires mounted , they did not empty the water from the tires so they would not balance correctly and lost all the weights that they put on. Yes these were used tires but a different garage a few days later found over 3 cups of water in the tire and corrected it. Rogers garage was very unprofessional when this was brought up to them.

Love Rogers Garage, have used them for years- Mechanical, oil changes, brakes, and tires. The owners have treated me professionally and are courteous and always try to accomodate my needs, even with short notice.

Always great service. Had my heater go out during this recent cold snap and they were able to help me out and get me back into a warm vehicle in a timely manner. Highly recommend for all future mechanic work. Best shop in the valley!

Rogers garage is great! They fixed my inside fan and my sun roof after others couldn't figure out what was wrong! I highly recommend them!!!

I called over the phone to get an estimate and see if they can work with me with pricing and the lady that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful and said this is not a charity this is not how you treat customers

Made an appointment for June 1 about 2 1/2 weeks ago came in today and they told me 10 days never heard of me I was not on the board leave the car will see if we can get to it very disappointed that they depend on my vehicle to get to work
