Very nice accommodating and professional, I went into the shop for install of a remote start system that I bought from best buy (they get good deals sometimes but thier "free install" is exactly what you pay for...) he showed me that the kit I bought required giving up a key (damn VW $500+) long story short he saved me money in the long run and worked with us to get in for a very clean install.I'm happy and would 10/10 recommend talking to Troy for your auto install needs.
