Was told 3 day job and ended up being a 24 day job. Communication was terrible. Was told my vehicle would be done on the 18th and I hadn t heard from them all day. So I called them at 4:30pm and they said oh yeah it s been done for an hour now. No idea why no one called you. But it was too close to closing that I couldn t drive 30 minutes to go get it or they would be closed by the time I got there. Really the worst part was just the horrible communication. Wouldn t recommend solely for that reasonServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My vehicle had been in a rear-end collision with significant damages this past winter. I took my truck to Hall s Auto Body, and they did a fantastic job on the repair and on time. I called multiple times to get updates, and they were helpful and informative on the progress. I was so satisfied with the repair on my truck that I made another appointment for my wife s vehicle. I highly recommend this facility and staff to anyone needing repairs done on their vehicles.Service: Body & Trim

So after sitting on the phone 3 way with my insurance company and the manager here at halls auto body explains my how I don t have money (this is key) at the time for a deductible for a stolen car claim because there were needles found in the vehicle and they would not inspect car claiming a understanding bio hazard , so I while on three way they agreed State Farm would cover detail since I could afford the deductible so that they figure out if it had been totaled or not and the tows were covered by road side assistance , and then State Farm says they have no clue what we are talking about as far as the detail and the tows and halls auto body is now holding my daughters vehicle and way of getting her kids to daycare and herself to work until I come with 1100 all while knowing I had no money from the beginning and letting me take the car home and fixing the tires myself, on top of that the customer service was rude and disrespectful, I was also told work had been done to car that had not authorized that I owed them money for and when I showed up was told they never said that , I wouldn t recommend this place for insurance and/or personal car care at all!!!

Hall's Autobody replaced my rear bumper through an insurance claim. They had it longer than usual, but the van was returned to me detailed inside. I was able to reach someone for every call and who knew the status of my vehicle well.

We had our car damaged during the wind storm and finally got around to getting it fixed at Hall's Autobody. They made our car look good as new AND detailed it (it was a hot mess inside). Wasn't expecting that!! Would highly recommend them for your car damaged needs!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Ive had Hall's work on my vehicles in the past and the work was always done excellent and promptly I just hit a moose with my 2005 Ford f350 the other night they got it right in the next morning and they're going to do all the work on it they're the only one I'll let touch my trucks for body work.Just got truck back. Tim, Eric and there crew did an excellent job they had it painted already waiting for the parts to come in as soon as the parts came in they had it out 2 days later they went overboard on getting it out for me anyone looking for a good body shop Halls is the place to go.They or highly qualified and experience and just flat know what they're doing.

Communication was absolutely terrible. The bumper they put on our car didn't even match our vehicle style. Took way longer than original estimated time, and then even longer after the next time. However the car did come back clean and they fixed the license plate.

Does good work, low scheduling delay. Only objection is Mr. Hall decided a cracked light lens on top of my truck cab was not related to the object that bounced a 4 inch dent in my hood and cracked the top of my windshield and hit the cab top. Hall arbitrarily rejected the fractured backup lens on top of the cab from my claim without notifying me.

I ve been bringing my vehicles here for years for body work & maintainance. Very professional, detailed & I always get my car back when they say I will. The previous damage is undetectable every time, and the complimentary car wash & detailing makes my car feel new when I pick it up. Truly a quality repair shop.

HALL AUTO BODY just repaired a BB gun hole in my car door! Yep, you heard it right! While driving on Crusey Street between Wasilla Middle School and McDonalds, someone shot at my car. I reported it to the police but they said there had been no other complaints in that area. They promised to patrol that area more.Hall Auto Body was so great to work with! They worked directly with my insurance, did an outstanding job repairing my car, and were timely, polite, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs. While driving on Crusey Street between Wasilla Middle School and McDonalds, some shot a BB gun at my car and pierced a hole in the passenger door. Hall Auto Bosy took the hassle out of it by working directly with my insurance. My car looks great! They were timely, polite, and professional!!!

Halls did 2 repair jobs on my truck and both times the work was top quality and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys for sure

here is the best auto body shop in the valley you're not going to find a better experience they're quick they're convenient and they're not that expensive they're making you pay for what you get and what you get is definitely a quality automobile product afterwards
