Can t say enough great things about them. Fast, friendly, and very fairly priced. Called them at 6am and they had my car unstuck within 30 minutes. Hopefully don t need to call a tow ever again but if I do they will be my first call.

Was a great company to work with that did not take advantage of someone in need. Not that I call a tow truck every day but I would call them agin if the need ever comes up.They were fair, fast, and friendly!

In the midst of all of this mayhem, Glenn Highway Tow has proven to be an absolute godsend. They are one of only two businesses in the valley that are open on Christmas Eve, and the price that they charged me was one quarter of what their competitors were charging all of the other customers. Additionally, the service that they provided to me was exactly the same as what their competitors would have provided to all of the other customers. Out of 7 towing companies I called Glenn Hwy Towing was ready to tow. He was very polite, patient, and professional throughout the whole service from the call to get the car towed to getting the car and bringing it to my desired destination. I will definitely use this service again and refer to family and friends who needs a towing service. I am very much happy with the customer service and also amazing price. Mark was a very sweet and generous man who went out of his way to stay in contact with my mother and I along the process of picking our car up to be towed. Our car had a blown out tire in between Glenn Allen and Palmer. Mark contacted our insurance company and made sure we didn t have to pay a dime out of pocket and stayed on top of business. Mark was sweet enough to pick us up something to drink because we had been stranded with no food or water from 4:00am to 2:00pm in the afternoon. He also went out of his way to help us find a tire to replace our blown out one out of his pocket which was stellar. Although we did have a tire waiting in town we declined graciously. He also stopped to let us use the restroom and gave amazing conversation along the way. Mark also allowed us to pick a spot to drop our car off with no hesitation. This is an amazing locally owned company ran by two brothers who care about their customers more than any other car towing company. I was completely blown away at the lengths a stranger would go through to help two young ladies. I will definitely be choosing Mark over any other company in anchorage or the Matsu Valley.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling, Local hauling

Marc was kind enough to give my partner, my dog and I a tow from palmer to anchorage after AAA left us high and dry for 9 hours. We had spent the night in the car and were out of water. He brought us water when he picked us up, took us out for coffee and even knocked some money off our bill. Bonified genuine and interesting guy. I would use his services again im a heardbeat.
