Great work done to my Audi after a coolant line exploded, little over priced when it comes to the easy stuff though. To order, remove, and replace my coolant line, it totaled to almost $900. They got me in very quick but Edmonds wouldn t be my first choice if it came down to minor stuff. People will say foreign vehicle are expensive, realistically they aren t. Audi s are so over manufactured you can basically say it s American.

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They got my car worked on in a timely manner and were thorough with all diagnosis's. My only complaint is the dealer would've offered me a significantly larger military discount, which may impact where we take the vehicle in the future. Otherwise, super happy with the team and their work!

Quick and easy after hours car drop off. They were able to complete the 100k mile service on my VW Golf Sportswagen in one day. Additionally, the mechanic was able to identify some advisories to keep an eye on during his thorough inspection. Friendly staff and great quality of work.

I bought a car that had a reconstructed title and didn't look very deep into the "fixes" that were supposedly done. I brought the car to Edmonds so they could fix a coolant hose and they discovered other "issues". They took the time to look deeper and tell me what really needed to be done and gave me a fair price for the work required. And they didn't laugh at me for my mistake! I definitely recommend them!

I have taken several cars to Edmonds over the years, and they have always done good, honest work. On my most recent visit, they could have tried to sell me on a more expensive fix, but gave me my options and told me honestly that the more expensive route could lead to more problems. I will continue to use Edmonds Import Auto.

Edmonds Auto was a wonderful experience for a not so wonderful issue on my Jeep. I ve taken previous vehicles here for many years but our service advisor Tracey was friendly, great at communicating with me about the issues they found in my Jeep and the repair costs. Earl was the mechanic that did the repairs and diagnostic and he was very fast and efficient, they even took a video demonstrating how the part was broken so I could totally understand what was needed. I would highly recommend Edmonds Auto.

I was having a terrible time trying to have some basic work/maintenance done and was super stressed, until I called Edmonds! The woman who answered my phone call was very kind and not only kind, but also very knowledgeable! The man who did the work was also kind and understanding, and he did an awesome job! Edmonds consistently exceeds my expectations. We use them for services for my Mercedes and my daughter s BMW plus my husbands dodge truck. We have used them for years without any issues. They are able to work with aftermarket warranties and they have a Mercedes certified tech and can use Mercedes parts and fluids.

A friend had recommended Edmonds and this was my 2nd time there for routine maintenance. They are fast, friendly and don't try to push you into unnecessary services. Definitely a place I will keep coming back to.

I have a 2000 jetta that wouldn't start. I told them I thought it was the fuel pump. They charged almost 400 just for a diagnostic on the alternator, said it needed replacing, another $861, get the car to anchorage for it to not start again. Had it towed to another mechanic to find out the FUEL PUMP was bad. Another grand and it's back on the road. I guess when you go to a place telling them the issue, they have to find reasons to NOT fix what you were sure the issue was because they are mechanics and I'm just a lady. Uuug

I have a 2015 BMW and I love that I don't have to drive to the dealership in Anchorage to have it serviced. Edmonds has superior customer service and gets the job done right. I don't have to wait forever to get an appointment, drive to Anchorage on a Saturday to drop my car off at oh-dark-thirty and then wait all day to get it back. Edmonds schedules an actual appointment time and calls when the vehicle is done, usually within a couple hours of my appointment time. I really like that they are located in Palmer close to my workplace. They always do a courtesy inspection when I have my regular services and quote any suggested maintenance. If you live in the Valley and have an import, this is the place to take it for service!

They were timely with the work I needed done. Any questions I had, they had answers for me When they couldn t answer my question right off the bat, they did a little research and found the answer. Definitely going back to them again.

This is the second bad dealings with Edmunds. The first time they charged me for a new battery and replacement that they didn't do. It was a total lie cause u had replaced the battery day it was dropped off they also inspected the tail ligt/ turn signals charged me for that, there reason being the blinker was fast. The xar had led light installed. You would think since I'm paying for an inspection you would replace the bulbs. No that's not how they work. My Father went back with the receipt for the battery and showed them he got a refund...So he decided to give them a nother chance this time they did a inspection on the suspension 178.00 to tell me every part I had replaced 6 months ago needed to be replaced. 148.00 to take the door panel of to say the broken door handel needed to be replaced. We knew it broken. Why would you charge to inspect a broken handel and not fix it while the door panels off? and it a 40 dollar part. Upon an initial service Edmonds hydro-locked my engine while performing a test. The original estimated cost was to be approximately $1800, as a result the final bill approached $6000. Then the heads and/or gasket they replaced as a result of the original test failure them selves failed. This resulted in antifreeze in the oil which intern totaled my engine. Edmunds was fairly easy to work with while they were of the impression the warranty would fall on the parts supplier. Once NAPA and the other parts suppliers declined to warranty the parts Edmunds instantly changed there toon. It took 5 months to get my truck back. The original fix, while we were of the impression the bill would fall on the parts supplier, was to be a remanufactured engine. Once the parts companies declined the honor the warranty Edmonds quickly back peddled and found a junkyard engine for replacement. Nearly five months later I've got my truck back with a mystery engine that they could never possibly warranty. This shop has no moral values and they do not honor there warranty plan with out a fight. I was forced to consult with a consumer rights attorney for guidance.

I love how I can drop off my vehicle the night before. Edmonds is very transparent about what my vehicle needs and keeps me posted on what needs to be done, things coming up to prepare to be done, costs, as well as when my vehicle is ready for pickup.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I've been taking my truck to Edmonds for four years and they've always been courteous, fair and honest in their communications on what I need. They don't pressure you to do costly optional repairs, and they even seem excited when they find ways to save the customer money. I'll definitely be bringing my truck and any future vehicles I might own here.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes, Auto maintenance

They are honest. They do good work. I have taken vehicles to them that they could have easily upsold me work on. They instead chose to be honest and give me all of the options and what they recommended was not the most expensive option. This has happened multiple times.
