What a great buying experience! Dan was super quick getting a quote to me. I called and came in the following day to go over a couple other options and ended up purchasing the trailer I initially had quoted. The process was fast and painless. He registered my trailer warranty for me and they even have a DMV in house so I didn t have to deal with the hassle of registration because he took care of all that too. I will be using these guys for all of my future trailer purchasing and service needs. I could not be happier with the service and care I received!

Dan was great to work with. He helped us customize our trailer to our needs for our move. Excellent customer service and support, it was ready when promised and he took his time to go over the details of the trailer braking system with our truck to make sure we would have no trouble driving out.

I 100% recommend this store if you need anything done involving your trailer. I went here to check out a few trailers for my move, and I was met with a very knowledgeable man, Dan. He had an answer for every question and went above and beyond what was expected. The purchase process was seamless and quick. Dan was able to achieve this outstanding customer service, all while training 2 new employees. It really does not get better than that. If you are even slightly considering getting a trailer or parts for one, come to White Spruce Trailer Sales they will not disappoint. Very friendly staff and they make you feel like more than just a customer.

good people. Small local business. I told them what I wanted to do and I feel they gave me an honest opinion of what I needed. Talked in person, through email and on phone and each time I felt I got good customer service every time. Provided a loaner trailer. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a tractor or trailer or parts. Have not had the chance to try out my purchase but if it is half as good as their customer service I will be happy.

Extremely helpful knowledgeable and quick getting us in and out when we purchased a new trailer. Got everything hooked up to my truck for me and showed me how everything works and informed us on different ways to set the hitch up depending on how we load the trailers. 5 star service.

Excellent service at a fair price. I had to have a trailer on short notice. Dale made the process so easy and had the trailer ready for me to pickup when I needed it. He worked on Sunday to make that happen. Strongly recommend this dealer.

Can t say enough great things about White spruce! Dan Swank is the best! Great communication and always looking out for the customer. I did have some warranty issues, which anytime you re buying something can happen, well let me just say they took care of things quickly and made things all good! I will forever be a customer now!

Not only did they have the parts I needed when their competitors where closed, but they also let me park in their lot space and change out the parts right then and their. My grease gun didn t work and they again went above and beyond let me borrow theirs! This is the way a business should take care of its customers. I would stop there again I ever need parts.

I bought a H&H 14' from Dan Swank. Price was fair, service was spot on. I described my needs to Dan, and he showed me a multitude of options. As I am a novice to all things "trailer", his expertise was appreciated. White Spruce just earned a loyal customer. Do yourself right, and shop White Spruce.

There service was second to none. I was late coming from bank and they stayed late and took care of me. Walked me through the trailer and even gave me the fuse I needed. First class. Highly recommended . If you get the chance to work with Dan, you will be set. That man is first class.

Customer service at its finest! This is the best retail business I ever dealt with. White Spruce Trailers has mastered the appreciation for its customers along with top notch service in many ways! If there is anything you need, make sure you go see Dan and Chuck (North Pole location). These are some fine gentlemen that I have had the honor to meet!

Dan listened to what I wanted in a trailer, made very appropriate suggestions which demonstrated that he knew the products and how to apply them to my purchase.He and the crew addressed a complication with a new style of loading ramp and had excellent solutions in mind on how they can solve this situation. These people know their product, understand how the trailers work in Alaska, but most important, they listen to the customer.Jed

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my purchase of an H&H trailer. He made the finance process very easy. I spent less than 1 hour in the shop to choose, finance, and hook up out the door. I highly recommend White Spruce and please look for Dan to get you squared away.

My experience with White Spruce Trailers was much better than I expected! Dan was not only very knowledgeable concerning the trailers and at all times professional, but he was kind, considerate, helpful, and above all straight forward and truthful! No fast talking gimmicks to sell anything! He asked pertinent questions concerning my needs and addressed those needs! Knowing my busy schedule he arranged a time for me to get the trailer after hours! He reminds me how respectful people were treated and business was conducted!!! I had a wonderful experience at White Spruce trailer. We purchased a trailer and it was ready when they said it would be ready, Mr. Kirschner was absolutely incredible with his customer service skills. He anticipated many of our questions, always had the correct answer and bent over backwards to make sure the transaction went smoothly. He is a wonderful asset to your organization. My wife and I have already started telling our neighbors and friends about the wonderful customer service your organization has.
