Excellent service and excellent communication. Defiantly will keep coming back. My truck has never been so clean, they were able to get a ton of dog fur out of my seats, which is a miracle in itself. Worth every penny and amazing detail. Highly recommend!

My experienced with Jones Auto Detailing has been absolutely amazing. I had to change my appointment at the last minute and everyone was accommodating and kind the entire time. My vehicle came back to me cleaner than when I had purchased it. I m so beyond impressed with my vehicle and the service and the prices! Honestly, I feel like I should have paid more for all the hard work. I highly recommend Jones Auto Detailing to anyone looking for a clean vehicle or shipping out a vehicle due to military obligations (like me).

I had the pleasure of taking my car to Jones Auto Detailing in North Pole yesterday (5-3-2022). The last time I had washed the car (before yesterday) was early summer 2020. So two summers and two winters of grime had changed the color to a grungy white! The crew spent well over 2.5 hours washing, vacuuming, polishing and making my car gleam and glisten like the day I bought her. It was sealed with a lustrous ceramic coating to protect her for this summer and into next winter. I opted for the Diamond package, but they have several levels of service, so if you are on a budget, you can still have them take care of your vehicle. I live in West Fairbanks and I will happily travel there the next time I need my car washed. The vehicle was challenging but the detail had to be redone and we still were not satisfied. I would not recommend this company if you have an overly dirty car.

We ended up rescheduling a couple times because of weather and then they discounted our service when there was an unexpected power outage. Truck was stored in a barn for 3 years while we were overseas and it was nasty. They did a great job especially for the price. I m a veteran so I also appreciate giving my money to veterans and active military. Quick response when messaged about their service and prices on Facebook messenger. Which lead to their website that was very informative and easy to schedule the type of service and date and time. Very convenient way of scheduling. During the week I got several text messages and emails reminding me of my appointment which was impressive.At the time of the appointment I was promptly greeted and told they might actually be able to get the truck done quicker then scheduled. I felt very comfortable leaving my truck in their hands.Out of the blue an hour before I expected to go pick up the truck I received a text saying it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Yep they finished early.Arrived to put the truck up, the truck looked great, again promptly greeted and paid for the service. We ended up talking a little bit which should me they care about their customers and will make time for small talk instead of rushing off to the next job. Overall great customer service. My car was an absolute disaster crumbs everywhere, old plastic forks hanging around, stains on the cloth seats. But the team did a beautiful job! The interior is spotless. You would never know the state it had been in! They were also very gracious about the state of my car, which I appreciated.They didn t have a waiting area, so I waited in the garage while they worked. They were friendly and hard working. The only incident was that someone decided to play about 30 seconds of that awful Mariah Carey Christmas song I will definitely trust them for any detailing needs I have in the future Thanks, guys!Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming
