We had Glass Doctor of Fairbanks install two glass shower doors after our remodel. From our initial contact with them, to the hand shake at the end of the installation, all these guys displayed is true professionalism. The work that they did was excellent, and they were in and out within a couple of hours. I can't put into words how happy I am with the work that they did and the quality of the doors that they installed. Would definitely recommend.

The lady behind the desk is super nice. I came in after work and got a chip repaired on a walk in; she came in and said It s 5PM and it s too dang hot to be working, y all are good to go. Work s on the house. Now I just feel bad I didn t pay for their hard work. Next time a rock is catapulted into my windshield, they have my business every time. My biggest regret is I didn t take a before picture to highlight the difference.

This is an excellent glass repair shop! The people are friendly, they re flexible with scheduling, and provide quick service. The warranty that comes with a windshield replacement is also amazing. This is all not to mention that there is an official shop cat who is so friendly and cute!! Definitely come for the cat, stay for the service. 10/10 recommend!

I brought my car in to repair a chip in my windshield so that it wouldn't turn into a crack. When theyre done I go out and get in my car and the windshield is now cracked 1/4 of the way across. As a topper they didn't even bother to tell me I had to go in and ask about it. I gave them my car to fix and they gave it back in worse condition. Any decent business owner would have 1. Told me before I got in my car and 2. should have said something like " I'm sorry mam while WE were fixing the chip, your windshield cracked. We will be ordering you a new one I apologize for the inconvenience. " You were fixing it, not breaking it. I'm betting they still charged my insurance too.

Wow! Yesterday, I experienced the joy of living in Alaska and having a rock jump up and hit my window. As I gasped in horror, not about the rock chip but what follows insurance, questions, and most importantly who to go to and get it fixed in a timely manner before it shot across my windshield and some tears I was referred to Glass Doctor in NP. Boom, just like that Jess called me and still not believing it could happened the next day I called and Rita assured me to come on in to get it fixed. As a teacher it can be hard to just make appts. The kindness, laughter, calm waiting room and professional service, well they have me hooked as a customer. Ladies, thank you! For the young gentleman who fixed it, wowza it s like it never happened! I called up and told them that I was just driving down the road and two rocks flew up and hit my windshield and the person on the phone said come to Glass Doctor and we can get you right in. I happened to show up right when a previous customer was leaving and I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. That cheered me up and I was on my way.

This place provided excellent and caring service from the front office to the glass replacement. They worked with us and allowed a pick up before and after hours, which was immensely helpful. Thank you for fixing my daughter's car. We will always choose you.

Exceptional customer service, took my truck to them for a windshield replacement and the service rendered was out of the ordinary for Fairbanks. Not only was the windshield replaced, they fixed the alignment of the wipers on the windshield, they didn't rest in the correct spot previously, they vacuumed the truck, wiped down the dash even transferred the oil change due sticker from the old windshield to the new. Big plus, they actually answered their phone.

I had a bedroom window replace by Glass Doctor, North Pole, Alaska. Rita Pitka assisted in making sure the process was easy and all our needs were met. She was very positive and helpful in ensuring the right window was installed. Patrick Folger-Semaken did the measurements and installation. He was very pleasant to work with and professional in ensuring the installation of window was done right. It's been a pleasure to work with both of these individuals on both windows we've had replaced in the past three months.

If we ever need glass work or doors we will use them again. They were exactly what you should expect from a professional. We called around for 3 bids and only one other company installed and ordered glass doors in Fairbanks. That other companies quote was nearly twice what the glass dr quoted and for the same product. Kevin responded to any of our questions quickly and delivered on every promise or commitment he made.The only frustration was the online system used for payments and looking a quotes. But once I talked to Kevin he took care of everything.Highly recommend using Glass Dr.

Fast, easy and they work with your insurance! The office is a bit cold temp wise, but they warmed my heart when they went the extra mile and vaccuumed my front cabin area and wiped down my seats/console! Highly reccomend!

These guys are so nice! They were ready when I got there and are very quick and professional. The glass guys seem to love what they do. Everyone was happy and friendly. Very kind folks. They did a great job and have a superior warranty. Definitely worth the short drive from Fairbanks.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I work for a construction company, and we get a lot of broken and cracked windows and these guys will get to them right away. Excellent customer service!! Shout out to Rita!! I will never use another glass repair company as long as Glass Dr. is around. I give them 10 gold stars.
