As a Dad who lives 4,000 miles away, Thank You for taking care of my Daughter s vehicle in my absence. Also during your vehicle inspection you found a bad wheel bearing, we know how tragic that can be when it fails. Kudos to your Team and Thank You.

My lil Corolla was a no crank no start. I was worried it was gonna cost a lot of money. I dropped it off with 9lives auto. 2 and a half hours later, they called and said the found the culprit, fixed it, and only charged me for 2 hours of labor. Most places would have charged 3 to 5 hours for it. I'm thankful for 9 Lives Auto and thier integrity, knowledge, and work ethic. They've made a lifetime customer out of me, and I'll never go anywhere else when the problem is beyond my own abilities. Can't recommend them enough!!!!!Service: Electrical

Great customer service over the phone and in person - Easy to make an appt. The drop-off was well organized upon arrival. I appreciate the after-hours drop off they have as well. Super convenient! Thanks 9 Lives!

Great work, and great prices! I have an older, abused Toyota Tundra. I knew I needed to do the timing belt, but there was years of neglect. I felt good taking it to Chris and having a list of must do items. He provided a quote for each item then we proceeded with the work. I had Chris do lower ball joints, rear axle seal, starter, water pump and timing belt.The price was fair and no problems with any of the work now 10,000 miles later. I will bring all my cars to 9 Lives Auto! Definitely worth the drive.

Got my car up and running within the time they said they would, and went out of their way to get me back on the road again. highly recommend! dont go to big corporate service shops, go here!

Chris and his team are super knowledgeable and all around just great at what they do. They were straight forward when explaining what needed to be repaired on my car, kept me informed during the entire process, and got the work done quickly in just one day. My husband messed up changing our back brakes and we couldn't get our codes to clear, called them last minute and they had us come right over, cleared the codes in no time! HUGE HUGE relief to this expecting momma!! There is a reason these men & this shop have a 5 star rating. They earn it.If I could give 10 stars I would...I asked a Facebook group where to take my 3500HD truck to install tie-down anchors for my slide in camper, and the 1st recommendation was 9-Lives Auto.I am very happy I called them as they brought me in, looked at my kits and truck, and took the job the next day. Awesome work. Awesome prices and were very conscientious to me. Give them call or go in. You won't regret it, I'm sure.

Professional, Skilled, personable, flexible and very well priced shop !! Their communication with giving updates is remarkable and I have zero complaints.They did a timing belt on my wife's car and got it done in a timely manner.If you just moved up here like I did and are nervous bout choosing an automotive shop for repairs ! Have no fear!!!!! 9 lives Auto absolutely blew my expectations out of the water.This is who I will bring my vehicles too whenever the task is too large for me to do myself.I will reccomend them to anyone!

Not the pushy rude mechanics I've had the displeasure of speaking to at a few other auto shops in town who obviously wanted to get things that I didn't want done just to squeeze every Penny out of me other then what I needed at the specific time! I found 9lives online and they were absolutely professional. I was able to get a trickle charger for my car battery and an oil pan heater (apparently we need a total of 2) anyway it was all I could get done these guys were not a@@holes explaining needlessly why I needed this more then the other I went in and was out a lot quicker then I imagined. My car is running pretty well for -25! I will be going back for sure for a few other things for my car.These guys are great and I highly recommend them!!!

These guys were awesome! They were able to fit me in the day I called after being told my car was needing to be fixed asap from someone else. They were honest and upfront about everything that might have to be fixed. I will definitely be going back!

Both Derrick and Chris, are great and experienced mechanics! I asked them to do a cab mount chop on my Tacoma and they did an amazing job on it! Highly recommend the two if you want experience, great pricing, and great people!

This is the place on the North Pole end to have your vehicle fixed! Great service, friendly staff and they get it done quick! Reasonable rates. Give it a shot!

Honest, helpful, and competitive! These guys fit me into their schedule and went the extra mile to get it finished the same day. Other shops were too booked, and couldn't fit me in till next week! These guys know their stuff and gave helpful recommendations. Highly recommended, and will likely be returning to finish some other issues. Thanks!

These guy's are awesome! Knowledgeable, nice, fair, and outstanding service. I was so pleased with their work, I immediately brought them my spouses car for service. If you need something done, give them a call. You won't regret it.

This company is run by a Level 5 Owner. I'm proud of my brother for working so hard over the past 10 years to get to this point. He and his business partner do a great job. You won't be disappointed or taken advantage of here. Please help support a local Alaskan to stay in business and stop by to get your vehicle worked on here

I took my Tacoma and trailer to prepare them for a long trip down to Houston. I am very happy and really appreciate the work Chris and Derrick did on them. My vehicles are running like champions.

We have a 90s model Ram truck which is a really good truck to keep because it's 4 wheel drive and it behaves very well in the winter here. Well it got to the point where it wouldn't start and we didn't know what was wrong after we troubleshooted. We took it to nine lives Auto now the truck finally runs great.

I had to get a new engine along with other odds and ends, they gave me a great deal and had it done within a week of receiving the engine. On top of that, they were able to talk to me and explain things without making me feel completely ignorant. All over just great guys!

Very friendly, replaced my starter in my f150 a day early very willing to help me in my time of need told me all the warranty info I needed.you don't expect monster customer service much any more but these two home town boys deliver they will continue to get my service.

1. These guys are awsome and the prices are 2nd to none around the North Pole Area...much more of personal experience than some of the bigger shops will use agin you should to2. Took car here accidently paid 200over when Iwent to get receipt was toldthis and theygave moneyback they didn't have to. REALL SAYS ALOT ABOUT THE PLACE!!!!!
