My Niece dropped her truck off and let them know it was still under warranty and asked if they could fix it? They said yes after having the truck for 7 weeks they told her she had to bring it to the dealership. I do not recommend this place of service. Who does that? She has two small children aweful service

Called to get prices to replace my alternator. The lady on the phone was so rude, gave attitude cause I was asking questions on how the turn around time would be cause I needed the car for work. She continued to give attitude so I just said ok right now I just feel like I m just getting attitude from you so I ll call someone else.I don t want not need service from someone rude.But thank you anyway.

Honesty is hard to come by sometimes with mechanics, but I think that this is where 1st Stop Shop excels.My wife s Jeep went in with clutch issues, and at first it was diagnosed with a bad clutch.Once they got in there, they discovered that the culprit was actually a bad slave cylinder. We were called immediately and updated and given options for how we d like to proceed.1st Stop even revised their quote downward when they realized some parts came with a kit that they didn t know would be included.Ultimately her Jeep is back together and better than ever, and the work was conducted in a timely manner once the vehicle was dropped off.This shop will be our first choice for maintenance in the future!

I love this shop! Ben and Trevor are great mechanics who take the time to discuss the options with you and never cut corners on quality. Ben runs an honest shop and his rates are very competitive. You get better service with Ben than you do anywhere else in town. I've referred five people to him over the years and they have been happy with the service he and his staff of qualified mechanics provide. Furthermore, everything they've fixed for me, including my oopsies I've done trying to play amateur mechanic, have never resulted in further repairs.

Wonderful shop, Ben was great , took good care of my wife's car, had some tire problems did not have appointment but he worked her in!! They have been great every time we've needed repairs, fair pricing and excellent service!Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car/truck repairs!!

Don t have the right tools to be a tire shop had to go somewhere else to get tire sensors programmed to the car when I went somewhere else the new sensor I got from them it wouldn t program so I just got a new ew one put on at that place and it was cheaper with better work I wouldn t suggest them to anyone I wasted half my day with themService: Tires

I would recommend Ben's shop over all other shops in town that I've been to. I've lived here a little over year and after looking far and wide for a shop that would do honest work for a good price that had knowledgable mechanics I finally found it here. Ben's shop offers a wide range of services. He got me in for an inspection very quickly and diagnosed the problem quickly. He made sure to physically show me the things he saw wrong (not just a take our word for it so I can make a quick dollar on you to fix things that don't need fixed). He's very honest, very knowledgable, provides quality service with quick turnarounds. Can't recommend this shop enough. I will be back here for any other service needs. Even if you live in Fairbanks it's worth the drive to 1st Stop Shop!

I have been to many shops in many different states all across America. I can honestly, say he is the most professional owner of any shop I've dealt with. I would advise anyone with any automobile problems to use this company. Keep the money at home and use local talent. This place is it. Thanks for the exceptional work.

Exceptional service and great prices. They prove that they are budget worthy and provide the same service as most car dealerships as well as name brand companies. Choose local business over big brands!

Fraud and liar.When you see this sign, only escape is your choice if you do not want to pay money to fraud.We brought our car almost 1 month ago there to Ben to do some repairs.Initially he told us, "your car will be ready in 2 days" but at the we got our car after 11 days bit it is not the mail problem.Infact he did not one thing right, every thing that he must repair was worse than before and for some parts instead of new parts he used rebuilt parts and charges us 3 times of the normal price of the new parts.When I asked him to fix the problems, first he troed tp convince us with some lies to accept that car must be broken with oil leakage normally!!!!!! and when he understand that he can tell lies about his work, he accept to fix the car but he used used exhauset to fix the exhauset system but he used a problematic exhaust and told us "I used exhauset so it has problem and I do not want to fix it".So at the end we have a car with same problems that it had before and debt of 1500 dollar for fraud and lie.ONLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRUAD.

I blew a tire and carried it in. They fixed it really quick. Were super nice and friendly. Even offered to give me a ride because I walked the tire in. Great shop and great experience here.

I had a truck diagnosed by multiple shops saying I needed a new block thousands of dollars ben the owner fixed it in 10 minutes and it was just a coil
