This is my new favorite car rental company!! We rented one of the Ford Mavericks for a week of fishing on Kodiak and loved it! We had plenty of cab space for lunches, gear, and groceries when we needed it and just stowed our fishing gear and waders in the covered bed. The fuel efficiency was great, and it was a super comfortable ride for getting out along the road system. On top of that, the price was comparable to the cheapest rentals from the other companies without all the extra fees. Definitely will look here first next time I m headed to Kodiak.

Ride Scenic answered the phone, listened to what I needed, sent easy to use EDocs to sign, dropped off the car within 20 minutes, polite and professional, showed me everything I needed to know. Responds well to texts. Vehicle was in pristine condition. I have been bragging in Kodiak about the service. I plan to use them in the future and refer them to all! Thanks again, Ride Scenic!

Working with Stephen and ride scenic was by far the best rental experience I ve ever had. The vehicle was clean and was ready to pick up when we landed. Stephen was super responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this company and will only rent from Ride scenic when I come back to Kodiak.

Our experience with Ride Scenic was fantastic. Steve delivered the car to our hotel. The Ford Maverick was in great shape, clean, and had a full tank. At the end of our rental Steve picked up the rental where we picked it up. So easy to work with.I highly recommend Ride Scenic and Steve is so helpful.Tom G

We had 17 in our crew for a 10 day stay in Kodiak. Stephen was easy to work with, responsive and accommodating. We rented 3 vehicles.We spent a lot of time moving around the island and Ride Scenic was there with us on every mile!Thanks Stephen!

Ride Scenic provided us with the perfect vehicle, a Ford Maverick pickup. A sturdy little truck with all the room and convenience we needed. Plus it was a hybrid with great gas mileage and plenty of power for Kodiak. It was dropped off and picked up at our hotel which was a bonus for us, and all for a reasonable price.

Stephen was great. Easy to make the reservation and easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. The Ford Maverick was a perfect car for our party. Plenty of space for bags and, on the way back to the airport, boxes of fish. We will definitely use Stephen for our next trip.

the rental was brand new (with that new car smell) and extremely comfortable. stephen was exceptionally accommodating with the pick-up and drop-off. would highly recommend Ride Scenic and hope to use them again next year. thank u again stephen!

Paperwork was quick and easily done days before picking up the rental. The Maverick was made available when requested in a location that was convenient. There was no line to wait in or any counter to attend to. Just located the truck and went on my way. The truck was immaculate in appearance and odor (no odor at all). The truck operated well and had great gas mileage. Dropping it off was very simple as well. No line or counter, just went from the truck to the terminal without any fuss.

Stephen was extremely flexible, getting the car to the airport when we arrived and picking it from the floatplane dock when we departed. Super clean, new car and very responsive. The best rental car experience we have had so far,

Excellent condition vehicle, ready and clean when we arrived. Great gas mileage and absolutely no issues during our time. Owner was very easy to work with and prompt on replies to questions. Fully recommend RideScenic!

We rented a new Ford Maverick truck from Steven for a day to explore the far end of the island. He brought the truck to us as well as picked the truck back up at our hotel. Having the truck allowed us to go to Surfer Beach where we saw 20 - 30 whales. We then went on down to Fossil beach where we hunted fossils and explored the tidal pools. Having his truck made this possible. I highly recommend his rental vehicles.

It was such a pleasure to work with ride scenic. Excellent customer service and attention, even to suggesting changes to the original agreement that might fit my schedule better. He provided a well kept up car, perfect for Kodiak. I have rented from the airport companies before but will always go to Ride Scenic for any car needs in the future. We recently rented three vehicles from Ride Scenic when our large group visited Kodiak. The communication with Stephen was great from start to finish. He provided us with quotes in a timely manner and responded to any questions either via phone call, text or e-mail right away. Their prices were the best I found on the Island and I'd much rather support a local business. The vehicles worked out great for hauling all of our gear and getting us around to see many parts of this beautiful Island. Thanks for being so easy to work with Stephen.

We discovered Ride Scenic when we booked our whale watching tour with Kodiak Scenic Tours, run by the same company. We had a party of 4, and were looking for a reliable vehicle to transport us around Kodiak. Fortunately, Stephen provided us with an excellent Toyota Tundra that was spacious and quite comfortable.Since Ride Scenic is a small family business, their fleet is not large. The prices were quite reasonable and certainly very competitive to other rental agencies. I recommend this service wholeheartedly as the first choice to anyone renting a vehicle in Kodiak!

Stephen from Ride Scenic was very helpful and friendly to work with. I really appreciate his customer service and his willingness to work with me regarding the rental car. The car was very clean, in good working order, and comfortable to drive. The roads were snowy and icy while I had the vehicle and it handled well in the slippery conditions. If I ever need a rental car again in Kodiak I will definitely contact Ride Scenic for a car.

Great service. Clean car, gassed, ready and waiting. Steve was friendly and responsive and made our trip worry free. He even called to alert us a tire was low and had a pump in the car just encase. Price was competitive for Kodiak prices. Highly recommend and will use him again. Thanks Ride Scenic

Our rental arrangement was so easy. The truck was delivered and picked up readily available for us and our time in Kodiak. It was a nice truck. We had a great time exploring and it got us where we wanted to go.

Great experience renting with Stephen! The corporate rental cars on Kodiak were crazy expensive! Stephen's prices were much more reasonable and he was so flexible and accommodating to our ever-changing plans due to unforeseen weather. Stephen could have definitely tried to price gouge, charging exorbitant late fees, but instead he was kind and fair. Cannot recommend enough! Only wish that we could have also done a whale tour, too -- maybe next time!

This was an excellent truck rental! Stephen was very friendly, helpful and responsive. They had availability and cheaper rates than other places. We were also lucky enough to get a new vehicle, what a treat! We would definitely work with Stephen again for a rental in Kodiak.

We rented a truck from Ride Scenic and it was perfect for all the equipment we had and the places we needed to access. We did have some unexpected trouble with our truck, but Stephen was incredibly responsive and able to find quick solutions that worked well for us. The Service we received was fast, friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a good experience and it did not impede our trip. Thank you for making the best out of what could have been a huge imposition.

Kodiak has limited roads AND limited car rentals. I searched all the available companies and Ride Scenic was the most reasonable and loved the no hassle process.Stephen is an amazing customer service oriented owner and his Ford EcoSport was a great ride and very economical.We would definitely rent from Ride Scenic in the future!

Best rental car experience we ve ever had, bar none. The car was exceptionally clean and very convenient to pick up. Ride Scenic checked in on us to be sure everything was as expected. Very easy to return the car as well. We couldn t have asked for any better than this! We ll definitely be using Ride Scenic again soon. We will highly recommend to anyone we know who s visiting Kodiak in the future.

Stephen is very accommodating, easy to work with and just a pleasant person to deal with in general. We rented a vehicle from Ride Scenic while in Kodiak on business. The pricing was as good or better (after all the fees they add) than Avis. The vehicle was clean and reliable and Stephen let us pick it up and drop it off at the airport. Super convenient. We will definitely be renting from Ride Scenic again the next time we are in Kodiak.

This was the best experience I ve had renting a vehicle. Can t say enough about how helpful Stephen was getting us set up for our trip to Kodiak. The Jeep was perfect for our group of four. Communication was excellent with Stephen and the Jeep was waiting for us with no lines to wait in. Everything went just as smooth as can be. Will definitely be using Ride Scenic again in the future. I rented a Toyota Highlander for several days. That was _the best_ car rental experience I've ever had, and I've had many. Stephen was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The process was extremely convenient, the vehicle was clean and in good working order, and the paperwork was all done in advance. I would absolutely recommend Ride Scenic, and I will use them again.
