Ford recall - the parts took a long time to receive from Ford. But once received Midtown completed the work and submitted recall paperwork. The staff is always courteous and keeps you up to date with this lengthy process.

Very professional front desk staff. Technicians seem to kn ow their stuff. Overall I m very happy with Mid-Town auto. I like how they text you when your vehicle is ready and have a detail explanation of the bill.

You should really be ashamed of yourselves with the way you rip people off. Your markup on parts is absolutely ridiculous. 60-100%? Probably more since you get a discount from the parts stores.

They made the repair that they said they were going to do on my truck, and it was fine. Super expensive... But fine.When my wife went there, they charged her $400+ to "check on her car" and said nothing is wrong. So I had an independent mechanic look and he found major oil leaks that somehow were draining into the spark plugs. How on earth do you miss that?

I had a rock in my roter and it was making the worst sound. I called and thankfully they had a no show as I was able to bring the car right over. When they looked at the roters they couldn't find the rock, so there was no charge. I figure it fell out when they were taking it apart, but they test drove the car and double checked everything. Very friendly on the phone and in person.

They kept calling back with story after story. First they would call and say it would be done thw next day... Then the guy wasnt there so he couldmt do it that day. That it would be the day after that. So the next day we call and they say that yes we can pick it up but they still have to do some more work on it. They are closed over the weekend so after talking it through with my boyfriend we called and decided to pick it up and return it for them to finish the other work oncethe part got in the following week. When we called again they said they cant give it to us because they havent put the truck back together yet. Even thought just an hour before they said we could take it. That was a friday... So now we have to wait all the way til monday to pick it up... I wonder what excise they will have then...

Update:Got car serviced quick and professionally.New signs stating Saterday hours posted.Came for an oil change on a Saturday morning and the shop was closed.

They really don't care what the customers think they have enough business they just don't care.lost your appointment, don't care, went to Alaska brake and tire vary professional there.
