I had a very good experience with customer service, I was grateful for Dawn she helped me with kindness and patience. Both ladies that were there did as much as they could to accommodate customers even through challenging times.

What a nightmare...you better have literally all day if you want to get anything done. First, to be super clear it's not the poor person who works there that is the problem. They are doing their best for sure, but there's just one person in the office, it's ridiculous. The state needs to hire and properly train more people to work in the office, it's an embarrassment.

They went above and beyond to get my son driving. We came in on Presidents day to do his road test! She even took the time to teach my son how to parallel park. Thank you so much!

This is the best DMV I have ever been to. What an easy and enjoyful time. I walked in on a Friday afternoon with only one other customer in line. My reason for going was to get a new driver's license. I am from out of state so I had to take a test and some paperwork for the process.With all that said... it took me a total of 35 minutes from walking through the door to printing out my new driver's license.Definetely not your typical DMV that we all are hesitant and intimidated by.Good job Kodiak.

There was one poor guy working and I was about 50th in line. He was doing his best and was at least friendly. It certainly fit the DMV stereotype. If only you could do everything online.

Really great and informative people that work there. Daren really knows the dmv ins and outs. The place is rather crowded though when I went, and I think they would do better with more staff.

Sometimes there is a long line, but the staff is thoughtful, kind and know their stuff which is refreshing being that it is a government entity

While the waiting can be long the service I received was professional and complete. Wait time is the only reason I give this 4 stars.
