Significantly overpriced for what was actually provided; paying for what you don't need as a "premium service" where multiple things are included as a package even when you don't need them/they don't complete it. "Suggested" several things but couldn't give a reasonable or objective explanation why and was unaware of tread wear until brought to their attention. Will definitely not return.

We were in desperate need of two tires while on our road trip. These guys got us right in and taken care of immediately with no wait! Very fair prices, excellent waiting area, and professional service writers! We recommend them highly if you are in that area!

Both my husband and I have purchased vehicle tires at this location. The service recently provided for a bulging tire purchased in Sept of last year was very kind considerate and the company went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely.We choose this location for our vehicle s tires on the Kenai Peninsula, AK!! These guys know what they are doing. They say it ll take an hour and that s what it takes. They don t try to upsell you they just tell you what you could use or even let you know that they can price match what you find. We ve had great service every time we ve come here for our services. Very pleased with how clean the shop is and their good customer service.

I ve been going here for several years. They keep me on track with my Toyota mileage maintenance schedule and have always done an outstanding job. There s no need to go to Anchorage if I don t have to. They have great customer service and the employees have always been super kind and helpful. Honestly, I would not go anywhere else. A couple times I had to swing by for something like air in my tires or squeaky belt and they got it taken care of on the spot. Highly recommend!

Got me in on short notice. A little high priced but pretty typical of the Kenai. Good service. I had an alignment done and they completed the front as requested and showed me what they did while also giving me a rear end assessment. Four stars because they did not recommend or suggest it needed done. Maybe they were just that busy.

I guess I have to put one star as it won't allow me to put Zero. Super "Not Caring at All" about the customer.After saying it would be about 3 hours before they got to looking at it, I hadn't heard anything for 8 1/2 hours. I got myself a motel a couple hours before this point because I figured there was no way it could be done the same day and I live 2 hours away. My motel room at the Quality Inn was right next door and my window faced the service center and I could see my van and the bays. It got to the point where only 2 of the 6 Bays were being used, with 5 mechanics on duty. I then went in to check. When I went in, they didn't greet me or actually say anything at all. They honestly sat there like "doofuses". I don't like to say that about people, but it's the truth here. I said "Yeah I'd like my keys back please". My service writer said one single word and nothing else but a shoulder shrug; "sorry". Well not only now are my brakes not fixed, but I'm out $155 for a motel room that I didn't need, Wow

It was easy to get an appt at Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center. Not only that, when I had to call and leave a voicemail message they called me back! I was very impressed. Very accommodating and helpful. Sent a text appointment reminder, which I appreciated. Got me in on-time for my appointment and out right at the estimated time. The only reason it not five stars is the appearance of the waiting room. It can use some sprucing up.

Made an appointment for 1pm. Waited for 2 1/2 hours until they finally got my car in the garage. Why make an appointment if you re not gonna get the car in at that time? Or explain to the lobby full of customers that they re running behind or something? Do better.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

BEWARE of this place. I took my Nissan Altima for a flat and dropped off and manager called and told me I needed brakes. I told him not to do them but give me an estimate. I get there to pick up car and the estimate was $1100 . I couldn t believe this ridiculous price much less that my car needed brakes. I took car to another place and asked if they could check them out and give me a price and when he lifted car up he proceeded to tell and show me the brakes were in excellent condition and I would be wasting my money but he would do if I wanted. I told the above story to him and he said it wasn t the first time he had heard this. As far as I know this is owned by the ford dealership next door so that could explain all. I should have kept the estimate and reported to the better business bureau but I didn t. So you might want to avoid this place or get a second opinion. Fair warning.Services: Tires, Brakes

Dropped truck off at opening after calling 2 days ahead of time to schedule it. Showed up. No one had a clue I was coming. Dropped truck off. Truck was there untill closing with no call that it was finished. Showed back up at closing and they hadn't touched the truck and said "the service writer isn't doing their job" so I had to wait another hour for them to do it. Got the truck back and had a flat the next day. So I went to remove my wheel and the lugs where so tight I had to use a breaker bar on all of them. So clearly they just ran the lugs down with the impact and didn't use any torque wrench. Also used over 8oz of wheel weights on one side to balance them. Wheels still shake. Anyone who knows tires knows that's a ridiculous amount of weight. Spent 1300 on tires there and probably won't ever be back. It's simple stuff guys. Balance and rotate should be the easiest task you offer. Also not offering any kind of discount for a balance and rotate for the tires yall sold? Yikes.Service: Tires

I have been to several auto shops in Kenai and Soldotna, and Quick Lane is my go-to. Aaron and Kelly are very friendly, and the shop's prices are reasonable. I am also grateful for the laughs from Aaron and some basics he has taught me about my car.

I realized I had one of my rear blinkers out- obvious hazard when driving on our snowy slick roads this time of year. I called to get a quote of how much to switch out the blinker light. Aaron was incredibly accommodating and professional. He realized the importance of getting this fixed and said come on by, I will get it fixed for you . Spontaneous stop by and got in and out in less than 20 minutes and they did not take advantage of price gouging! I am amaz d and so grateful for the quick service. .Services: Electrical, Oil change

My go to place for tires. Quality name brands at affordable prices, great customer service too. I have recommended to many friends and they all agree Quick lane is the go to place for tires for all vehicle makes and models!

This shop is super helpful! I had a flat tire with a slow leak and was happy to hear that they will patch your tire for FREE. That's right FREE! As long as the damage is repairable they won't charge you a dime. They were able to schedule me in immediately even on a busy day. Stop by for your car maintenance and schedule an appointment!

I went in for a oil change and to have my new battery installed. The work was done right and quick. Todd is the best customer service REP. at this location I've ever dealt with. He has a very professional attitude and answers questions well. I will be a return customer as long as people like him are working there.

This place is hands down one of the best places I have taken my car to. They will repair a fixable flat for FREE! I was shocked!! Aaron went above and beyond to assist me with new tires for my car and was very pleasant. Thank you for your genuine and over the top customer service.

I went into Quick Lane to have my oil changed and requested they review my rear breaks and provide an estimate. They provided an estimate and I returned the following week to have the breaks replaced and new rotors installed. To my surprise the total cost was over $100 of the original estimate. I was disappointed to say the least. The following day I received a voicemail, from Quick Lane, informing me they will credit my account $120.00 for future car repair needs. Well I was blown away. I have never had that happen in all my car repair experience. So I would certainly recommend Quick Lane as this was a great way to keep their customers happy and returning. Thank you Quick Lane!!

Always professional service. I had a muffler break off and needed welded. I brought in the pipe and they welded it for free. Also had a hole in tire they repaired for free. I've been a customer ever since. I prefer this shop over others. They are "quick", professional and do great work.

These guys are outstanding! Great on-site leadership, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and overall a pleasure to do business with, as a matter of fact they make it easy to do business with. Offer's military discount, which frankly without it i would not be able to afford the services that i get on my vehicles. Very much appreciated, and very thankful.

I normally don't post reviews, but I brought a rental car in because of a low tire pressure warning light. We barely waited 5 minutes and they said all four tires were a little low, so they filled them up and sent me on my way at no charge. Great service!

Although I "supposed" got my "oil change!" Come to find out my oil looks dirty and my idle is very high! My radiator tank was super empty and after leaving my tires didnt feel rotated! My oil filter must've not been changed!!! Now my engine light is on of a well taken care car! Apparently "they want you to go back?" I would not suggest this place at all! If it all appears to be like this I wouldn't go back because of the inconvenience work they put into my car. They also explained in the end to me that there was "NOTHING!" Wrong with my car as well!

I like that the front end staff that see the customer are very nice, they work on my car oil change and rotate my tires when they are needed..JOJO
