Don't be afraid to ask questions. I'm an idiot when it comes to mechanics. And I absolutely hate doing it. But they don't make me feel that way. Their knowledge has helped keep me on the road throughout the years. Be prepared to give make, model, year, and any other measurements like engine size for your vehicle.

Kenai, AK store: Turned my whole day around. After an extremely stressful afternoon, my windshield wipers decided they were done with life in the middle of a whiteout. I was on the verge of tears when an employee stopped to help me. Cody went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I could not be more grateful for his assistance. Exhausted tears are now happy tears. This store and their wonderful staff have my loyalty.

Very friendly and helpful manager Michael. I could not get my oil cap off and he not only helped me get it off, also put the oil in for me too! Great customer service!

Would have been five stars, but when I double checked on the correct number on my headlight, the guy(a.m. shift) said it wasn't . I bought the bulb he said was the correct one, but had to return later in the day to return it. The number I had hacked on was the correct one. Oh well.... everyone on staff seemed friendly.

The people here are great. If they don t have what your looking for they will look it up, give you options and order it for you. Orders typically in less than a week.

Samuel is the number one employee there in the kenai o'riley auto parts store he can always fine a way to fix your Mechanical problem and also amazing customer service

Well I went in for some transmission fluid to top off my transmission I ran into the manager and he got me the premium fluid and even offered to check my transmission fluid in my truck to make sure I didn't overfill it come to find out I didn't need any but I still bought because of his help and I have it on hand now in case I need it the price was pretty reasonable in today's times and he did get me the premium transmission fluid at the same price for otherwise regular it was

Great customer service i have dealt with sam multiple times he is fast and gets u the correct parts Soldotna is closer for me but I get a easier experience in kenai has kept me coming back

I had the best service today at the Kenai shop... Stauner (SP) really helped me out with spark plugs and lug nuts.. Really appreciate the help, when I know nothing about cars!!

I visit the auto parts stores fairly regularly. A few of the employees at O'Reilly are always the most helpful and good at thinking up creative solutions so I always come here first.

They had 8 gauge wire in stock for an on board air compressor install for my Jeep Gladiator. Custom length pricing on heavier gauge wire.

Good store with helpful personnel although the prices are a little higher than some of the other stores but they have a good selection of what I was looking for which was Automotive high temperature spray paint

Ordered parts for my car, was called and told they were in, picked them up and went to have them installed, turns out they were the wrong parts (front end instead of rear end), they reordered my parts and i was called and told my parts were in a few days later, turns out the wrong parts were ordered again, im still waiting on my parts, $230 i have paid and three weeks later and i still dont have the right parts, never do business with these people, they cant even order parts right.

Great place for auto parts if you missed out on getting to napa or carquest before they closed. Open later than most auto parts stores. I really wouldnt recommend autozone for those who have preformance vehicles. Napa is always your best choice for quality preformance parts, oreilys is pretty good to but Napa had Daytona and Nascar Sponsors meaning Preformance Proven and Racecar Quality Parts for all your Hotrods needs ;).
