Appreciated the warm waiting room for my infant son while we waited for our ride. Dukes called within two hours of dropping off the car with a diagnosis, gave me two options to have the heater fixed and they were very upfront with the costs of each option. It's been 3 weeks and so far the heater works great. I Appreciated the quick and honest service. Good Job Dukes.

They fixed the oil leak in my truck, and rebuilt my front end. Tony was super accommodating, and I'll be bringing my truck back soon for the rest of the work it needs.

I was having four wheel drive problems. I called Duke s and scheduled an appointment. They found that rather than it being the transfer case like I thought, my front brakes were both locked up and shot.When they replaced the brakes, they found my IWE s had cratered. They called to let me know that they put in a conversion kit to give me metal gears instead of plastic ones.I was having problems with my phone where I couldn t receive phone calls. Tony worked with me by texting me updates and letting me know how it went. That felt like above and beyond customer service.The truck was fixed in the same day which I thought was crazy impressive. The dealer would have taken weeks. I thought the cost was plenty fair and the convenience of not having to do the work myself cannot be understated.Duke s is supreme. 10/10 recommend.Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance

Be sure you know exactly what you need done to your vehicle before going there. If your a women or seem like a person that does know much about mechanical issues going on. They will try to squeeze as much money as they can out of you. might of just been my experience, but I sent my girl there to have them fix one thing then they tried to scam her out of more money saying they need to do all these unnecessary work. Might of just been one bad employee but that's still there fault for hiring a thief.

Only honest mechanic I've ever been to. They even accidentally broke a sideview mirror off once, found a way to keep it attached until a new one came in and replaced it for free. I won't go anywhere else for major work.

Duke's did a great job of taking care of my truck. Had one repair shop say they couldn't do it. I would have to take it to the dealership. Dukes not only took care of it but they did a great job. It wasn't even a transmission it was electrical repairs. On top of that I was very impressed with what they charged me. I have been taken advantage of by other local shops. Dukes prices were fair and reasonable. Thanks to them also for dropping me back at my house and picking me up after the repairs. They will have my business in the future!

They take a little longer but only because they want to do things the right way and not have you bring the vehicle back for the same issues. Very honest people to work with.

Wow great people.....had to change my oil on a new truck and didnt have the right tool. Dukes was a long ways out on getting me in but helped me with the correct socket I needed to get it changed. Cant say thank you enough .....would bring them my vehicle over quick lane anyday!
