Owner is a genuine honest person. And today that goes a long way. Went in for a wash and everything went fine if not a little fast. Came to find the owner outside waiting to direct us back through again free of charge because the one washer we went through wasn't working properly. Second wash went perfect per the norm and we will definitely be back next we need

Went today and paid $15 for nothing. It said the car wash was busy and not one was inside. waited about 10min and tried calling and going to the door. No answer.

The attendants are and have always been helpful. They make things right (refund or rewash) when washbays dont work according to what is purchased. Equipment/maintenance neglected? Undercarriage wash does not spray enough, side spraying is iffy some days. Self wash bays are nice, but they also don't work some times so please look before putting money in. Customer service 5star.... facility 3

The car wash experience was nice. The machines worked slowly and SEEMED thorough. However, my car was still just as dirty when the wash was over. You may as well just spray your car down with a garden hose.

My car was very dirty. So I spent 15.00 on the Mud blaster. It did not clean my car as you can see in the pictures.

They have options for both auto wash and hand wash. Both are inside and well protected from the frigid tundra outside.. Wash bay was clean and everything worked well. Not busy at all this time of year and the price was lower than I expected actually.. Best wash in the area absolutely!

If you want a quality automatic wash, this isnt the place! Vehicle always has a film on it, and rarely an attendant is there to address a poor quality $25 wash. As for the self wash, if you plan on drying your vehicle in the low heated wash bays, plan on leaving the pay timer sprayer running so you aren't harassed by the part time assistant. How about providing a pay for dryer?!

Always a great place to clean off your vehicle in the Winter and then get it ready for Summer! They have where you can wash yourself or have the full auto wash with different prices ranging from $8-$25, and if you save your reciept you'll get a $1 off at the coffee express coffee shop right in the same parking lot

Waiting to see how this turns out. The carwash had no soap at all. They have a camera so they should be able to see there was no soap. This is the second time this happens. The 1st time no one got back to me. I ve left 2 messages so far. This time I will call the bank and have them reverse the charges due to fraud. They ll get red flagged and will not be able to accept any credit cards issued by that credit card issuing banks. It s not ethical to run a business and make a profit by cheating the customer.

paid 25 dollars for the car wash and it didnt clean my car at all. The sides were still completely dirty , the windshield, grill and bumpers were the same as when we went in. wouldnt use again.

The self serve car wash is good, does the job with a few flaws here and there, such as one of the vacuums being connected to a meter in the opposite bay, which was weird. Can get messy at times, but I get it...it s not manned 24 hours a day. It s enclosed and heated which is great for winter washing. It does the trick and isn t too expensive. You definitely get more bang for your buck if you choose the self serve over the automatic wash. The auto wash is honestly a waste of time if you ask me. The only thing I use it for sometimes is a pre-wash before I go over to the self serve side.The gentleman that works most of the time during the day is real nice and polite. The real reason I m giving this 3 stars is because I have been kicked out of the self serve side for taking too long . I was drying my vehicle and no I didn t have the meter rolling, so it was not charging me. I understand getting kicked out when you aren t currently paying...when there is a line of people waiting or it s busy, but there was literally 2 open spots and no one was waiting. I m not going to continue to be charged on my credit card while I m drying my truck, not if it isn t busy. If it s busy, I have no problem continuing to get charged while I dry. It s not like they are losing money by having me in their drying my truck, when no one is waiting. I don t want my dang doors to freeze shut!Oh and the automatic garage doors roll up and down too slowly..Effectiveness: 5/5Cleanliness: during the day 4/5, during the night: 2/5Employee/s: 5/5Location: 4/5Price: 5/5Automatic wash: 2/5

Just got back from Petersville and had a bit of slush/ice/dirt/grime. Used the automatic car wash ($15 mud one). It did a pretty good job. I do wish the blower stayed on a bit longer, especially in the colder months it would be nice to exit the car wash mostly dry

This car wash knocked off an entire car panel and didn t even get my car clean. The only recommendation I would make is to stay far away, or to recommend it to the people you hate.

we used the self clean drive-in part of the business and our car is covered in scratches. one of the brushes did this, we don't know. but if you don't want your paint all scratched up, don't wash your car here.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I bought the $12 wash and it was without a doubt, the worst car wash I have ever had! It left dirt and a residue all over my truck. I parked in the lot of the car wash and worked really hard to wipe it down while there was still a little water left on the vehicle. It's still a mess and I will NEVER go back there again!!!

It is great to have a enclosed self wash day here in Kenai. During the winter it's impossible for me to wash lifted truck at home in the driveway because well it's 0 degrees outside. Being able to go to Auto Wash Express to wash my truck with heated water in a heated Bay allows me to maintain my truck to my high standards even in the coldest of winter. I've only used there autowash three times the first two times doing of the "Mud Blaster" wash. It was a good touchless wash of my Escalade. The third time I used it I picked the "works" wash and I have to say I was disappointed in that wash it left a film of dirt on 70% of the Cadillac. That's the only reason I gave this four stars instead of five. I would highly recommend people who want to take care of their vehicle investment take advantage of this closed Bay hot water self wash car wash or the more expensive options on the automatic wash either way you will enjoy the results.

Paid for a Mudblaster wash and it was the worst carwash I have ever been through. Knocked on doors and even called looking for an attendant...no luck. Left a message on the phone and no one has returned my call.

Missed the bottom foot of my car. Worker said that s how their washer works. They don t wash that low to the ground. Paid $25 for top car wash and I ll have to rewatch when I get home. Wouldn t use it again. Don t recommend it.

$12 for self wash (took me a while to get the bugs off). Easy to wash and lots of settings. Even easier if you have two people running it.

Was able to wash my vehicle but when finished, the reader said $14. Then once I checked my bank account they are wanting to pull out $20.

Does what you need it to, maybe a little TLC could be put in to spruce up some of the worn out signage - but it doesn't affect your ability to get your car clean. Overall decent spot.

It didn't clean my car well and the change dispenses only car wash coins. The scent booster doesn't work either.

Not bad they keep it clean and since it has doors on both ends that closes keeping it warm in the winter inside and allowing you to use it in the winter is a big Plus in Alaska

1st wash bay didn't work. No sign, people kept putting in change till it was full, then they blocked it off. Other than that, great resource to have available...
