Went to get an oil change. Found out at checkout that they replaced the air filter and charged me for it. No one consulted me on this service/charge before it was done. Extra 32.99 to my bill. When I expressed my concern, I was told they could "just switch it back." Well it's already done so might as well keep it. Again, no one consulted me on the service before it was done. There's no reason you perform a service and charge a customer before consulting them. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use their services.

Bought tires that have a warranty but had to pay shipping of almost the cost of the warrantied tire because they couldn t order it, said they couldn t cover the shipping cost. What s the point of having a tire warranty if you have to pay to have one shipped for a tire they say they carry? Should have just bought online for half the price and gone somewhere else to have them mounted, would have saved over $600 for a set of four tires that way and got the same service.

Went in for an oil change on a saturday around 2:30 pm but was told that it would have to be next week cause they were swamped and the dude seemed like he was in a rush and wanted me to leave as soon as possible so I came back on a monday around 3:30 and was able to get my oil change done then.The second time the person was very nice and didn't try to rush anything in fact did a good job with the oil change and replenish the fluids just try to avoid this place on a saturday.

Wholesomely recommend! They got me in on a Saturday in short notice, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced how I wanted. 11/10 recommend. The Kenai location has terrific staff. They installed Apex Rapid Precision Valves on my Jeep Gladiator Mojave and a TPMS in the spare tire. Perfect and professional results.

Needed loader tire fixed, just came off rim. Had to Scheduled twice making sure I was still on list. Was here 1 hour, 250 clams.Wish their was some competition, only game in town. Did Road balance some 19.5 earlier this year, fair pricing I thought

Wanted 35 for valve stem replacement, additional 25 to take the tire off and a additional 25 for doing it outside. 85 dollar for a valve stem replacement. Ridiculous

We dropped the car off early in the morning and was quoted it d take about 2 hours to get the oil change which was fine but 2 hours turned to 3hours turned to 4hours and when I asked how much longer my car would take I was told another 15 minutes or so and I was told them it had been almost 4 hours now and the 3 counter guys just stood there and didn t even go check on anything. I will never come to this place again and will never recommend this place to anyone I know.Service: Oil change

When I took my dually in to get all new tires my truck was not broken. After paying $2,200 I left with my truck broken. They told me they would get the part and put it on and then came back and said that it was on order and when it came in they would call me and put it on for me. Being as they broke it. Well months go by they never call so I call them and ask what's going on and reminded them what they told me would happen. Well the guy says "oh no we said that if you got the part we would help you put it on" frikn BS! So I would not recommend taking your vehicle there because I heard from several people about how their stuff was broken too. By Aleyaska Tire. Seriously disappointed after spending couple grand there

It's not about the mistakes made, but how they are handled.I've always had good service at Alyeska, but they recently had a mix up with my order of new tires. After getting the run-around for a few weeks, they finally got the tires here and installed. They salvaged things by going above and beyond to make amends for the issues we had, including recently staying open a few extra minutes one evening to do a very minor fix to a non tire-related issue for no charge, because they remembered me.Mistakes happen, but good customer service will salvage them.

Never had a problem, always tip top. It's nice its first come first serve but always call ahead or be there right when they open if you have tire issues.There certificate of ownership is an added plus. There biggest plus is not only their incredible service but there cheap prices too!

I went in to get my tires changed and the service was good. They have coffee and popcorn while you wait for your car to get out of the shop and a comfy couch to sit on. The only thing is I waited for a while longer than what I was told, other than that experience was great.

I enjoy going here, they have good prices and are conveniently located by IGA so I can get a snack while I wait, it's usually not a very long wait time when I go there either and they will rotate your tires free ever 5,000 miles if you buy from them. I love it! They're always very friendly too!

This was an absolutely horrible experience. I came here hoping to switch my tires and rims with the runs from another set that i had. They said they needed to order specially 24 new lug nuts and it would be ready the next day. I was verbally quoted and estimate of $3 a lug nut. The next day they gave me a bill for double that price per lug nut! If you want to deal with honest people who arent looking to take advantage of you, look elsewhere. These people are liars who only look out for themselves.

Good prices, good service, just sucks u can't make appointments to get service done, it's always first come first serve.. Always tell them u need vehicles back asap or they won't do them till last...

I would give this particular store negative stars if possible. The management is ridiculous and uncaring. My sister is very patient and she won't go there anymore because the manager is unprofessional, irresponsible and has a major attitude problem. He will not accept responsibility for anything that happens to vehicles left in his care and will not help with anything without compensation, even when his own negligence is the cause of the issue.My recommendation is to either go to another alyeska store or a completely different store

Always good customer service. Great turnaround time for a rotation and balance, with attention to detail in a simple service.Waiting area was clean and welcoming, with fresh popcorn, coffee and comfortable seating.

Go here if you like throwing your hard earned money away!! This place is a joke with a bunch of cons running it, I don't know how this place even stays in business....do yourself a favor and take it anywhere else but the alyeska shops..they try and take advantage of people and rip them off...my father just got charged $20.64 a TIRE to get them rotated...so about $85 to do something that took them maybe 5 minutes...I don't know how you people sleep at night!!

Had to come back in wait over 2 1/2 hours for work they didn't do right the first time. I can see first come first serve except when it's their fault you have to go back in. Needless to say we won't be back.

Still won't take a car there except for a simple patch job, but they patch quickly and it hold air.
