North Star Auto is the best auto shop in Juneau I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a (large) unexpected issue with my car last week and these guys went above and beyond to help me out. This involved rear brakes, wheel bearing, and steering knuckle removal and replacement. They had my 20 year old car inspected and completely fixed within two days. Cody and Aaron are professional mechanics and actually take the time to speak to customers on vehicle maintenance issues. I was astounded at the level of kindness this shop gave me. I can't thank them enough. Customer for life!

Someone advised me to come here when i mentioned I had what appeared to be a leak? I got in right away and as soon as i got off work i was able to pick my van up. Great price, great customer service and so quick. I needed a new radiator. I did not miss any extra time from work. Very pleased. Thank you Cody!

The finest auto center in their area, I often put in, car running on the last cylinder amd in a matter of minutes, they have rods and pistons traded out and I'm back on my way!
