What an all around great experience! On Friday I was shown a multitude of vehicles and picked out what I thought I might want. My salesman, Javier, went above and beyond texting me information and updates all weekend. On Monday I sat down with Javier and Svea and they whipped up a great deal for me on the truck of my dreams. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and so helpful. 10/10. Will shop there again!

I ve had the best experience buying a vehicle here. The staff is very accommodating and actually listens to what I m looking for and gives me the info I need to feel confident in what I m buying. Javier and Aaron are so great to work with in helping me find the best deal and Svea helped me with the extras I was looking for. Couldn t be happier!

I had such a great sales experience at Juneau Toyota!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It was easy to schedule an appointment for service as well. I really love the new changes!! I am a customer for life

Great experience getting a base RAV4 LE AWD for MSRP (31K and change) with no dealer adjustments or add ons; same or lower price than Kendall Toyota in Anchorage or Roseville Toyota in CA right here in Juneau (plus no ferry or shipping required). Chance and the sales team are really easy to work with for an easy transaction--in and out in an hour or two. And they let me know when the model I was looking for came in on the barge. There is much more inventory under the new owners, and not every model on the lot is fully loaded anymore imho. I would use them again!

Not horrible, sales people are not great. I had an appointment to go see (and most likely buy) a vehicle, and it was sold out from under me with no notification of other interest. If there was another dealer in town, I'd be inclined to try them out.

My partner and I went in looking for a used vehicle. The salesperson lied to us and told us the car we wanted to see had been sold (they kept reposting the exact same car online after our visit and even texted us later that week asking if we wanted to test drive it after again being told it was apparently sold ). We were not allowed to look at any used cars as they had all conveniently been sold right before we got there. Then, we were unsuccessfully pressured into looking at and financing new cars we did not want. The tone was unpleasant and sleazy. It was obvious the guy thought he could take advantage of us. We will not return unless there some major changes and we are treated kinder & less like a business transaction. There are better local businesses in Juneau.

Working with Chance Bennett on finding the right vehicle for us. No luck so far, but not for lack of trying on his part-very personable and helpful, highly recommend giving him a call if you're buying in Juneau.

I have been having a few issues with Mendenhall auto itself before it became juneau auto mall. Then today I had a horrible experience with a service member to which he told me to take my business elsewhere. I took my vehicle in to get the check engine light turned off since the repairs were done. Turn the truck on and it's still on yet I was charged $100 to turn the light off. Went in and said it's still on had the keys tossed on the counter at me and told to take it elsewhere to another shop to fix. Im thousands of dollars in debt for issues that i have had them fix which are still broken. Will never bring my vehicle back there again.

It's really nice to have a quality dealership in town. I have been in multiple times and really enjoy the people that work here. Good atmosphere and gave a really great deal on a new Subaru. Will be back!

I love my Toyota!!! I m glad they were able to speak Spanish. Hector was very helpful. My oil change was lightning fast!!! Greg cared about my car needs and he listened. I will be back.
