Helped us out on a holiday when everything else was closed. Diagnosed a bad battery and got us a new one right away, probably 20 minutes overall and we were back on the road. They really saved our bacon, professional and knowledgeable, so glad we stopped here.

The best service available in the Copper River Basin.Knowledge, friendly, reasonable prices, and willing to thoroughly describe what needs to be done and why. Will inform you if you are capable of doing the repair yourself/or suggest other options.Now I don't have to drive to the big city to have work done on my Truck!

Where do I even start? Jeremy and the guys at R&R quite literally saved my bacon when my truck broke down in near Glenallen. Outside temperatures were hovering around -30 F when my water pump gave out. Jeremy went above and beyond to get me back on the road. He even came in on a Saturday to complete diagnosis and repairs to my truck so that I wouldn't miss an important flight the following day. Just an all around great experience.Note: Their new shop is located behind the Bush and Bottle grocery mile 116.5 on the Richardson Hwy. Google doesn't reflect this at the time of my review.

These guys do an excellent job knowing what the problem is, fixing it without trying to gouge you,and doing it in a timely manner. In my eyes there is literally no one else who can do anywhere near good enough job as them. If you have a mechanical issue take it to R&R.
