We stopped in for a quick lunch after a hike and never anticipated 30+ minute wait times for a sandwich and chicken strips once we got through the line to order from the only staff member taking orders. The food was average but did come out hot. It became apparent that the deli is currently understaffed. Great facility but the good just didn t match this trip. Prices are pretty steep, even for Alaska, so get the ride and dine to save about $10 per adult if also taking the tram.

We were eating at the deli only and not the bar. Selection is a little limited, but decent choices. Prices are naturally expensive at ski, bike, hike trails at the top of a mountain. Sandwich was OK, but overall kind of a ho-hum experience.

Amazing views and nice tram ride to the deli/bar. They have a ride and done deal for $39 and you get $20 worth of food/drinks at the deli and bar. The food at the deli and bar was pretty expensive but was good.

Stopped by for lunch on a small day trip from Anchorage sightseeing. Everyone was happy with their lunch and pricing was decent for resort location. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend sitting on the patio weather permitting. The views in June were stunning.

Awful place overall 20 minutes just to order and then 40 minutes wait to get a so-so sandwich, Then another 15 minutes to find a table . Place was full of disgruntled customers waiting for food and tables. Giving it one star only for the views. Come for the hike or tram experience, bring your own food and forget about this place! Even if you get a credit from the hotel, your time is Alaska is worth much more !

If you want the best mountain views in Alaska with your favorite beer and food, you'll love this place. It's like a pub/restaraunt that is beautifully built, and a great place to watch the sunset from.

Lots of things on the menu for both meals and snacks as well as drinks. The seating is currently outside but who wouldn t want to sit outside on a beautiful day. The fish and chips are a staple that was done well. There s a small bar inside with fun interior decorations.

Okay, so the food is amazing. I definitely reccomend the 'Black Bean Burger' w fries. It's really good! But recently prices have been flying around, and a basket of fries is 14 dollars and everything will take like a million years to come. But if you're skiing on Alyeska, and you get hungry, it's a wonderful (and the only) place to eat! I should warn you that tables are often taken by the time you get there, haha.

Delicious slope-side food! While it is $20/sandwich, they re all really good and come with fries. Very nice portion sizes.

Have to ride the tram to the top. The restaurant wait for our food order was longer than we expected but hot food was good. We were disappointed they ran out of salads. Great view out the restaurant windows. Gift shop also nearby.

Had to buy a $48 tram ticket to the top. We had an rv, there s no rv parking anywhere. We finally made it to the top! Tram ride was beautiful. The bar is a cool vibe, the have an excellent fresh margarita. Views are amazing everywhere you look. Woman who was working the deli was kind of rude but the bartenders were great. Not many vegetarian options, black bean burger and fried pickles. Would be back for the view and the marg. I can t imagine how cool of a spot this is in the winter

The staff were nice which always make the experience so nice. All the drinks I got were great (mezcalrita, dirty tini)I got cheese fries so you can t really go wrong. Fries were crunch and cheese was melted.Amazing views and drinks so you can t really beat that.

A must do. Will run you about $90 for 2 should include a sander each and ride up and down. Drinks probably extra but they are pretty good. Upscale bar!

Other reviews are right; coming up on close to an hour now waiting on a turkey sandwich and black bean burger. Bartender reassured another person that their food was coming soon, then went back to the bar and mocked that customer to the other bartender for complaining about having to wait 45 minutes for basic deli food. View is incredible but don t waste your time here

This is an absolute when at Alyeska! My husband and I did the Dine & Ride bundle with the tram and it was absolutely worth it! The bison chili in a sourdough bread bowl and Reuben sandwich with fries are incredible! And you can t forget about the fresh draft root beer and cream soda from a local brewery!

Pretty cool place to enjoy a meal! You can chose to either hike up the mountain or take the tram up in the sunmer months and have a tasty meal at the top of a mountain! I wish it hadn't been soo smokey due to recent wildfires, but the view was still pretty cool. I imagine it must be amazing for the skiiers on those clear winter days!

Took the tram up to the top. The views were beautiful, but the service at the deli was incredibly unorganized. We waited over an hour for an order of fries, while people that ordered after us continued to get their food. One person in our party got their order in 20 mins and we waited over an hour and just to end up leaving without the second order.

For over $20 per item on the menu, you d think the food would at least be high quality. The food takes FOREVER to come out, and the staff never seems to know what s going on. They get the orders and numbers confused constantly. They do not have the people nor the infrastructure to support the amount of skiers that visit this lunch spot hoping for a quick bite in between runs. Really hope they get their act together because the views and location is great.

The Bore Tide Deli and Bar is a great stop for a cold drink, cold and hot sandwiches, and a great view of Alyeska and Girdwood. There are plenty of booths and tables, so you should find a place to sit easily. The sandwiches are made from scratch, so you'll have a wait however the food will taste fresh. No matter what you order you'll always enjoy the view out the windows.

Eh, gonna give it 3 for being average. Expensive for this kind of food, but perhaps to be expected. You really come up here for the view. The fish in my fish and chips was quite terrible, not hot enough. My wife's sandwich was decent. The fries were really good. Overall, it's okay for what it is - a quick place to grab lunch at the top of the tram.

Come and relax at the deli or restaurant. The view up here is so amazing and it helps to unwind after a long day

An embarrassment of a restaurant. The staff had absolutely no clue what was going on and pretty much everything on the menu was out of stock. The person in front of me tried to order three separate items with no success and eventually settled for a $4 teabag and hot water. I tried to order a few other items and they were out of stock for everything I tried. Not sure how you re supposed to run a restaurant when you don t have anything for customers to order.

Very pricey for what you are getting. I got the black bean burger which was a pretty big size, and it was very good. The fish and chips were very small and mostly fries for $22. Only 3 little tiny fish sticks on top of alot of fries. Not impressed with that one.
