Went to get tint done, taken care in a timely manner, after tint was cured every single window had a bubble or some sort of defect, back window was atrociously done ,decided to give them a second chance to honor the warranty, set an appointment for 9 told I wasn t going to be done until 5pm due to them being short staffed Front desk very respectful though. Might give them another opportunity

If you are looking for a good shop to work on your custom car needs, look no further this is the shop to have all your needs taken care of. I have had my window tint done here multiple times and I have been impressed with the customer service and the responsiveness for getting my car in the shop. Best place in town for all your car needs highly recommended thank you vivid for all your great work much appreciated. If I could rate more then 5 stars I would.

Vivid hit this one out of the park. They wrapped my 4 runner and I m totally in love with it. (Original color is silver). They also installed my Toytec Lift. The quality is awesome! They also previously created this graphic and installed it on my Subaru.

Best vinyl/graphic shop in town. Very affordable and quick turn around. They also have Adam s Polishes products in stock and every single product is amazing (I ve tried them all.) Wouldn t take my business anywhere else.

After getting my back window replaced, I quickly realized that my truck had dark windows and the back window was not tinted. I called around looking for a back window tint. Several phone calls later I landed at Vivid Auto, who was nice and squeezed me in the next morning! Talk about fast service. Within a few hours my back window was matched to the rest of the windows and done. It looks so good! I am so happy with it. The price was also phenomenal. After doing some review searching I found out that Megyn and Derek are the owners of this shop! Very well known family in town! They are on point with the customer service, time management, organization & Professionalism.

Vivid Auto Styling did an AMAZING job on my son's goalie helmet! They were both friendly and professional, excellent communication while keeping us up-to-date every step of the way, and had great attention to detail. They wouldn't allow anything less than a perfect design and wrap. My son was so excited/surprised and gets lots of comments from other players about how cool his helmet looks. Highly recommend!

I went here to get my truck detailed. It took roughly 6 hours before I got a call saying it was done. When I did an initial inspection of the vehicle, the engine had been cleaned but the underside of the hood had been missed. I checked a few other places, like the undercarriage, and the cupholders, and they looked good. I paid and drove my car off the lot. On the drive home I noticed that the inside of the windows, all of them, hadn't been cleaned. When I got home it was pointed out by my wife that all the door jambs had been missed as well. The main issue I have is that the detail that I paid for specifically stated that the door jambs would be gotten.When I brought up the underside of the hood, the person working behind the counter told me that the person working on my car was new. There was no QA/QC done for my vehicle, and should have been done if the worker was new.

This company is pretty bad. I would heavily advise against sending your car here to have work done. My car was wrapped by them, and before their "1 year" warranty was up, the vinyl was failing. On top of that. Body and trim panels that were removed were installed incorrectly, clips broken and trim tacked back down with double sided tape. There is hardware (i.e screws) missing entirely. It sucks to find my car in the state that it is. After shipping for parts, there is over $1,000 in repairs that would need to be done to bring my car back to an acceptable level. These people are no professionals, they have zero accreditations, and they have not been to schools for vinyl wrapping cars. Also, they go out of their way to bring a bad name upon other people. This business has a lack of accountability, and they do not enforce trust.

I haven't got my wrap done yet. I get it done in November and I am so excited. So I went to auto trim for a quote and they quoted me an outrageous price. Went and got a quote from vivid and what they quoted me was so much more reasonable. I highly recommend vivid.
