Your technician found some leaks while doing my oil change maintenance; and I was so pleased with how quickly I got an appointment to correct the problems. I dropped my car off at 8:15 and it was ready for pick up after 3pm!!! Very happy with the results!!Thank you,Ruby Cubano

Did an excellent job fixing my radiator issues, and timely too, given that few weeks later we have had 20 below to 40 below temps for more than 2 weeks!The heating is working like a charm , my car is warming up quicker and my engine is so far still somehow working when a lot of my friends cars are dying!!This was my 2nd time visiting them, and will be going again when I need some other maintenance done to my car.Only real downside was that they needed a day or two more to fix my radiator issues than what they had said they need, but given the complexities of my car I've had, I wasn't surprised!!

It was very easy to request an appointment online. A member of the staff got back to me within the business day to schedule and I got the time I requested.I was able to get a ride to work, making it very easy to drop off. I was told ahead of time how much it would cost and that price didn t change at pick up.I will definitely use their services again and this time, I won t leave my oil change light on for so long because I know it will be an easy peasy experience!

My car broke down and was towed to University Chevron. I chose them because of their reputation. The car was repaired timely. I was notified of potential cost and procedure. I was pleased with courteousness and humor of the staff and mechanics. I would recommend University Chevron to those who need their services.

Amazing place and amazing people. I had an issue with my power steering pump pulley and they got me in immediately and had the pump replaced and a new pressure line replaced in short order and my son and I were in our way to Anchorage. Five big big stars and would recommend to anyone

Excellent, trustworthy, above-and-beyond service and repair. Outstanding communication re: repair timeline and thorough, very helpful print-out w/results of comprehensive, multi-point inspection after just an oil change! Highly deserved outstanding reputation for reliability, fairness, and reasonable pricing. Sincere, proactive concern and suggestions around customers safety. This is the go to service and repair shop!

My car was dropped off the night before. I filled out the paperwork with my phone number and left it in the slot. Well, I waited all morning the next day for a phone call to let me know when my car would be ready; but they called my husband instead. Oil change went well!

I previously had a great experience here but I honestly feel cheated after taking my car in last time. I had a brake job done on all four tires that was mostly fine. There was a rock stuck in one of the brake rotors but a mechanic came out with a screwdriver to dislodge it when I noticed the loud squealing noise. I had an inspection done on both the coolant system and to determine the cause of my vehicle shaking, and a part was replaced for both. The car shakes more now, and still overheats when I drive it more than 20 minutes. I was charged 2,200 in total and very few of my actual issues got fixed. When I called in to see if they would fix it, I was told to make another appointment and get the same inspections done. If I'm paying for work they were already supposed to do, I'll just take it to a different garage. It really is a shame, I had a lot of confidence in Univ Chevron after they did a great job on my Buick but my Toyota is barely driveable now.

I like the electronic documental notes of inspection. It would even better if I could have electronic copies of receipts to allow me to track the records of the work serviced by Chevron.

Overall, very happy with the service so far. Robert let my car stay in his lot temporarily while I began scrambling to find a way to quickly sell it. He was understanding of my particular situation and so far, everyone else I ve spoken to at University Chevron has been very helpful and understanding. Definitely would consider going there in the future for any other car troubles!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Miserable experience. Sure you waived a fee here while overcharging me ridiculously here and here. I got better prices in Hawaii. Really smug people who gave me a car wash coupon while raking me over the coals with repairs. Mechanics are not to be trusted -- issues should have been communicated much earlier, which could have effectively wrecked my car. DO NOT GO HERE!

These guys are trustworthy and reliable. Im a one car household and theyve been faster than expected with every service. They are very transparent about pricing. I went to get my car winterized (oil pan heater and trickle charger) and it took roughly an hour. While being serviced, I was called with updates on important information along the way. Customer service was for polite and informative all the while being quick and attentive. I left the shop and forgot about some questions I was supposed to ask. I went back and one of the mechanics promptly came out to look at my engine with me and to answer any questions needed!10/10 quick, friendly service with great pricing to boot! These guys know what they're doing.Would recommend to anyone who doesn't know much about cars as they were very patient with me and my many questions.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The guys are always very helpful and accommodating at this station. I mistakenly took my vehicle in an hour before my scheduled appointment for winter tire change to summer tires. Instead of sending me home they worked me into the schedule! Thanks for a great job on my tires and the great customer service!

Recently bought a car battery from Costco and when you do that you get a 15% coupon for these guys. I needed an alignment so I went to here, and before they could even do the alignment they told me that all 4 ball joints were in need of replacement and that I needed new axle seals. My axle seals were warrantied by another shop in town, so I took them to them to have the seals replaced (for free) and while the other shop was doing so they told me that my ball joints were actually perfectly fineSo not only did I not get an alignment, I paid $72 to have them tell me by ball joints were "bad." Now I didn't think these guys were wrong at first. I drive a jeep, it's a bumpy ride. Maybe these guys used a different inspection method and saw something different? So I called the shop asking for the invoice from their inspection saying my ball joints were bad so I could show the other shop doing my axle seals. The guy on the phone cut me off before I could even ask, and accused me of calling him, and their shop, a liar. I just wanted a copy of my invoice since your printer was down.To top it off, they didn't even accept the coupon I got from Costco.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

University Chevron is my go to mechanic. No one is more thorough and takes the time to go over things with me like they do. If you have any problems with a repair they ve made, they will make it right. I won t take my vehicle anywhere else because I know University Chevron has me covered and will get me back on the road quickly. I always ask for Clayton because he does great work and is honest about what you need to fix NOW and what can wait. I had an appointment for tires, and to investigate a TPMS issue that my Jeep was having. I talked to Clayton who was informative, smart, friendly and professional. I rarely have trust in getting work done on my vehicle, but these guys are absolute professionals, and I had no concerns after talking to them. I did shop around, and their price was competitive. There was a long wait for an appointment (during winterization season), but once I showed up for the appointment, they completed the work very quickly. I have a warranty, but for anything not covered by the warranty these are my new go-to mechanics.Services: Tires, Electrical

University Chevron is awesome. This is a business led by good people with honesty, integrity, and concern for excellent customer service. They have very competent people in their shop, and just a great vibe overall. It's incredibly convenient for me because I drive by it every day on the way to and from my office, but I sometimes go out of my way to get gas there on the weekends, just because I want to give them my business.And thanks to owner Troy and his staff for following up after auto service appointments to check on how things went. Nice touch. You guys rock.Jeff

I highly recommend this business for all your automotive needs. I always depended on them when I lived here 10 years, nice to know I can still depend on them again. The crew is friendly, efficient and I know my vehicle will be taken care of in a timely manner. I had my truck weatherized and it was done in one day. Its greatly appreciated. Thanks guys! I took my vehicle in there a few weeks ago. They were super quick and affordable! They didn t try to up-charge me for any unnecessary repairs (like EVERY OTHER SHOP IN TOWN) I picked up my vehicle the same day I dropped it off and they even had a shuttle option for transportation! University Chevron has a sign above their cash register that says integrity and they definitely run their business with it! I wouldn t take my car any where else!

We have been going to Mike's University Chevron for as long as I can remember and have always been pleased with their professionalism. We have great faith in their recommendations for service.The staff is always polite and attentive, wouldn't go anyplace else.I had the need for a new alternator and they had me in and out in an afternoon! They are the best.

Save your money. Take your vehicle somewhere else. I took my Jeep here to get new brakes (complete) and a new rear control arm. They did they brakes fine. But my car started to shake a week later so I took it back and they said they forgot to torque down the new control arm. But still charged me the 60 bucks to diagnose the problem. Even though I explained that there wouldn t have been a problem in the first place had they don t the job right the first time. They also made the alignment wayyyy worse and wanted to charge me again for a new alignment. I passed on that and took it somewhere else. Also just got a oil change and they didn t actually replace my reverse light even though they charged me for replacing it. I tried to talk to a manger to come to a common ground and they wouldn t budge at all. Troy and the team did an outstanding job on both of our vehicles. I was kept informed throughout the process and the work was completed on time. Our tires were wrapped in plastic and loaded up for his in the back. Everything was done efficiently and Troy followed up to ask about my experience. In a day and age where things can seem impersonal, this business is doing it the right way. They also do great things for our community.Service: Tires

Everyone at the facility was very positive and helping. I will make them my #1 place to go for my 4-wheel babies. Brad and Troy are like long lost friends, and every trip in you get the feeling that they really care about what is going on with your vehicle, and the facility.The techs are awesome, I don't think I have ever been to a place where the techs have been there after 6-months of service to my vehicle. The norm is going back to have your vehicle fixed and seeing a different tech every time. Not here!! They take care of their employees and really show them the respect that they should. The techs are awesome!!!Brad and Troy offer excellent customer service and try to accommodate you and you finances, so each party can walk away from the transaction feeling good about it.I am hooked!! I will only take my vehicles to University Chevron.

We go to University Chevron regularly for our Jeep and Toyota and have always left satisfied. None of their work has ever failed. They're generous with advice, and will make an effort to suggest alternatives to service to help save me on repair costs. Very friendly service - we definitely trust this business to take care of our vehicles.

Recently switched vehicles and thus had to find a new shop. Several long time Alaska friend recommended University Chevron. I've been very pleased with the level of service, friendly staff, and that oh so important clean service station bathroom! Excellent at communicating before, during, and after the work has been done.
