The employees here rock they went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and they was very professional I highly recommend this place and definitely will be returning if I need anything else done for my vehicle for the services they provide

UPDATE Jan. 12, 2024 We had an issue with the headlight on the driver side, and true to form, Justin and team stepped up and hit a home run. We were walk-ins, and without hesitation, everyone worked hard to exceed expectations. I can t say enough good things about this business and the crew. Absolutely the cream of the crop! Thanks guys, we re grateful for your professionalism!We recently had the pros at Street Sounds install a light bar and high-intensity lights and fog lamps on our Dodge 2500 Power Wagon, and let me tell you ... these guys, and gals, hit it out of the park. From the initial call into the shop and ordering the parts to installation and follow up with us a week later, the team has been professional, courteous, and efficient. Justin was our advisor, and he went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we needed, and then called a week later to make sure we're happy with the product and their service. KUDOs Street Sounds ... you have earned a repeat customer and we're grateful for your professionalism.

Hands down the best customer service in town. The staff is very friendly, courteous, even took the time to help me disassemble my headlights just to see what would be the best fit for my headlight situation. They went above and beyond, hooked me up with LED lights and fixed my lightbar while they were at it. I am very happy with the outcome and I highly recommend Street Sounds to anyone in the Fairbanks area.

My window tint was AMAZING. However the owner is a dumb A. Sales team extra dumb A. Quality work that they can't or don't know how to sell. Beyond the window tint and wrapping services HARD PASS

These guys are AWESOME!!! I bought a used truck that has a stereo that I couldn't figure out and they took the time to set up the preset stations for me. They showed me how, so I can change them if I want. They also installed an awesome auto start that has some really cool features. My husband was so impressed, he got one in his truck.

They carry viper autostarts and viper supports the stuff they made more than five years ago and you can usually still get a remote for an old viper alarm or autostart so when your kid loses your last clicker you might not have to have a whole new autostart installed unlike the guys that will still be here when the other guys are"GONE" they do the best they can but the companys they get their products from are kinda the come and go type but viper is here to stay and street sounds hopefully is too! Not quite since 86. But long enough for me. 2nd and hopefully last autostart on the old ladys 04 f150. Programmed extra remote I got from seekins outo the secret basket of auto start remotes they have in the sales office

Made an appointment here and they had me in and out in less than 3 hours. They didn't have a designated waiting area but they were able to bring a chair out so I could sit and wait until my car was done. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful, and professional. If there are any other car services that I want in the future I will definitely be back to visit them.

We have been bringing our cars here for over a decade and they have always done excellent work. In addition to the original installation any issues we have ever had, which have all been our fault such as the auto start remote unpairing due to the car battery being disconnected for too long, they have always worked us in quickly to fix the issue. They are friendly and knowledgeable and I feel like they are reasonably priced - especially for how well they continue to stand by their work years after the original installation.

5 stars doesn't justify the care and customer service at street sounds. The crew took their time to listen and understand what I wanted, then professionally recommended products. They took great care of my truck and made sure I understood the system they installed. I'm beyond happy with everything they've done! I will surely be recommending to family and friends. Thanks again Street Sounds Creepy, keep up the great work!!!

Great customer service. My husband and I use them for all our autostart and light bar needs, as well as weather tech mats. They are professional and personable and get the job done quick and efficiently! We ll continue to use them for our car accessory needs !

Just wanted to give a shout out to Harold Stephens @ Street Sounds of Fairbanks Alaska. They went above and beyond in getting the system in my Challenger just the way I envisioned it. A perfect balance between sound quality, imaging, and deafening volume along with the kind of bass that made my rear view mirror fall off more than occasionally and the bolts in my spoiler come loose.I lost my beloved Challenger to fire a week ago and with it obviously the stereo system. One quick message to to the Man quickly netted me a detailed replacement estimate for me to include In my insurance claim!It's the little things that made a business successful or not and Street Sounds is successful because of customer service like this.Thanks Buddy, you are appreciated.

It's pretty legit, I was in and out within an hour to get an additional key for my 20ish-year-old autostart. Even gave me a veteran discount. I will be back when when I need to get more lights and whistles professionally installed into my truck.

Honestly, started out with my suburban and had them equip subs and replace all stock speakers including the radio. It s been at least 4 months and nothing is wrong. Second just got my GMC Sierra done yesterday and they went above and beyond. Now imagine, that s just the vehicle s. The customer service is another one. The respect for what a customer wants in their vehicle is always there. They will advise you on different solutions but the final word is yours. I am honored to have met Brandon and sad to hear he will be leaving. Everyone there are awesome and outgoing people. When you think oh there just being nice cause they have to no they are grateful to have a opportunity to work with a customer s vehicle and build a relationship just like I have with Brandon. To any one out there scared and don t think it s a good idea, if surgeons specialize in surgery s and dedicate their life to their work. Well these guys specialize in what they do and dedicate delicacy into the work that they love. The price was high for me and I was scared but when they showed me the outcome, they did more then what was required. Get this, it was free of charge. Now I ve only done my audio, but judging by outcome of the audio, I don t think they will be falling short of any other services they offer.

Customer service is the best in town, for any industry. Robert and the girl with the awesome piercings were especially helpful. She was able to replace my remote for my autostart under warranty even though they had installed it over a year ago. Thanks guys

Nice selection of Products with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. I purchased a new stereo system for my daughters birthday. She had inherited an older Subaru from Grandma that had a non-working CD player and speakers that crackled.I went in just to look around. I was greeted with "how are you today and is there anything you have questions about?" No pressure, just friendly staff that genuinely seem to like where they work. Explained what I had and what I was looking for. I was given multiple options with pros and cons for each.The install looks like it came from the factory. My daughter can play music from her phone and receive calls hands free. She delighted by the ease and sound quality. I like the safety of knowing she isn't grabbing her phone every time it rings, and as she is 17 that is quite often.I couldn't be more pleased.

My experience here was awesome. Went in knowing I wanted some subs for my car, 5-10 minutes later were looking through kits. The price was a bit high for what I wanted, changed a few things. 10-15 minutes I found what I wanted, set up an appointment fitting my schedule. Used their key drop system and dropped it off as early as I could in the morning and went home. I did tell them to take all day because it was my weekend so I really don t know exactly how fast they can do an install (I m sure it s quick) but I got a call 5 hours later letting me know everything was ready.They noticed my aux cord was a bit shotty gave me a 50% off cord, let me know how my speakers in my car were performing (driver side is out sadly) and went to show me how everything worked+winter tips so I don t blow everything up. Overall professional staff, clean work and a great product.I do not know if they have a shuttle service! I should have asked. But my guess is yes?? They have more than 2 on staff from what I ve seen. But if not that s the only thing I would recommend. Thanks for everything!

These ppl are super nice love em! Brandon helped me pic the perfect setup and even drew me a wire diagram to install it myself. I would have had them do it but they are booked till December. Brandon is professional and really interested in insuring the customer gets the optimal setup. He even helped me tune my setup. If u want quality service go see him!

Robert and staff all went above and beyond what a person could possibly expect to provide excellent, speedy, professional, and courteous service. The Viper starter system is a gift to my son and he is so extremely happy with it. Thank you, Robert, for helping to make this surprise come to fruition during my stay here so that I am able to witness his happiness in person.Deb

Best car audio place I have ever dealt with hands down. A few years back a had gotten my license back after a 12yr suspension. I explained to the driving was a big deal and wanted my driving experience pleasant. I told them my budget and we went from there. Well last week I bought a new truck and I took it in to them with some of my old equipment. And told them what I thought the old one was lacking and they worked with me yet again on my budget and actually came in under the price quoted. The system way exceeds my expectations. The installers know what the F#$% they're doin. They did an 8 speaker 2 amp install with head unit and it looks factory still. But friggin rocks. The sales staff is off the hook and always eager to answer MORE questions I come up with. The guys are so cool I even bought them all pizza once. I will never deal with another place in town. The place is great and make you feel like family

Great experience here! I had a remote start installed in my Highlander and it works perfectly. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely be back!
