Had a great experience with these guys. Needed a windshield replaced on an 2001 F350. Service and communication were fantastic. I had to reschedule and experienced no hassle with that at all. The windshield looks great, the truck was good and clean afterwards, and it was the cheapest in town. Would absolutely recommend

I love speedy glass. I live in North pole and I still make the drive there becuae of their customer service. I had an unfortunate year of multiple cracks and I was always able to get in and out quickly and for a fair price. Just today I came in with a crack. I had a horrible warranty that i bought from the dealer but Justin took care of it anyway. He was awesome and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He was friendly and helped me understand how to best deal with future chips and cracks. I will definely come again.

Driving up from the lower 48, got a massive crack in my windshield. Called Fairbanks speedy glass, told him I ll be in town in a few days. He was able to get me my OEM windshield and a FANTASTIC price!Everyone in the shop was great, I m nosey and like to learn things so I kept popping my head in. They took the time to make me feel welcomed while still completing an awesome job!

Oh my gosh! The team at Speedy Glass took such EXCELLENT care of me! Justin greeted my pleasantly and with lightning speed took care of the chip in my windshield! Tried to get a back window replaced in my pickup. Called the Fairbanks, AK office. Talked to Shannon, she was extremely rude, very short and not helpful at all.Even went as far as to try to get my windshield done as well.Her customer service is lacking in every way and this business lost over 2000.00 in sales over her not willing to work with a customer.

I will never take any vehicle i own or recommend this business after my experience today. Took my older car into get a windshield replaced. I had previously detailed the interior to get ready for winter. First strike: Upon pickup passenger side had debri, what looked like the shipping label trash from the glass on the ground and dirt and small rocks from them climbing in and out and debri on the passenger seat. They showed no care or professionalism in keeping a car clean that was already clean. The 2nd strike was a trim piece was flopping around in my engine bay near the windshield with a missing trim panel push pin they must have lost so it was hitting the wipers. 3rd and worst strike was the wipers were incorrectly installed as it pertains the parked position. The wipers went off the windshield when in use and parked in the middle of it. All of these issues could have easily been avoided with some decent housekeeping and a check of the wipers after the windshield was installed. I just finished fixing the wipers myself as i dont want to go back or trust them to actually fix the issue. To anyone considering them, stay away, speedy and the cheapest wasnt the best in this case.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Though it was later in the day, the technician was able to start the repair very quickly and was done with the two chips in my windshield in about 20 minutes. The spots look like a squashed bug on the windshield now so cosmetically it's not a big difference, but apparently it's supposed to help prevent bigger cracks. On the negative side, I found the customer service representative's personality pretty abrasive and unfriendly and it left a poor enough impression that if I ever need a similar repair I'll check around first.

Made appointment a week in advance to get a small glass replaced and was told to be there at 9am. Showed up and was told it would take roughly 1 to 1.5 hours. Lady at the front desk was rude when I asked when my window would be done at noon and was told that they refused to give a set time. At 4 pm I was told they are just now working on it and to head over, at 4:30 was told nevermind it will be done tomorrow and was finally told at noon the next day that it was finished. If it would be a whenever project, just say so, don't make someone give up their whole day waiting on work you're not going to do, especially after setting an appointment time.

Disappointed in customer service. Glass install was ok. Tools and trash left in car. With as many windshields we go through in Alaska, you'd think they would want and appreciate the business. Got the impression they were doing me a favor to replace my windshield. Won't be back.

Dropped off my car after getting a quote. After dropping off my car The next day I got a call from speedy glass telling me they ordered the wrong glass. Then she tells me I would have to pay for the new glass as well as the wrong glass. I go to pick my car up to find out that they already removed half the old glass and broke two pieces of trim.Price went from 250 to 450 and then she told me that I had to pay for them breaking the trim as well. Terrible customer service. An old school mentality of well to bad where else you going to go. Will never recommend this company ever, even to my enemies.

The only place I will take my car. I work for a car lot and we use speedy Glass on nearly all our cars. these guys know what there doing and work fast. the best part is they actually clean the mess they make when they are done that's why they get 5 stars

Dented the A-Pillar and roof on my FJ Cruiser and I had to have a body shop fix everything including re-installing new glass. They do NOT know how to install windshield glass on a FJ Cruiser. I do not recommend.

Was told 1 3/4 hrs took over 4 hrs yes it was Friday but counter help not very nice has a attitude problem with customers. This will be my last time with them!

Crack and rock chips repair in <30 minutes for a walk in. Waiting room is much cleaner than the other guys on van horn.
