I was desperate I mean desperate for some exhaust work noone would do and theses guys came threw the same day, no appointment, at half the price..not to mention the work didn't look rushed at all!!! Life savers can't wait to do more business!!! Highly recommended!!!!

I was in dire need to get my Jaguar F Pace winterized and after going several places in which one told me they would not recommend me to try anywhere in Fairbanks. I called Simard s and thank God I did because they were able to get me an appointment within a day and winterized my vehicle with no issues. Kent, the shop s manager was phenomenal. He kept me informed on what was being done and he did not try to up charge me for any services performed. I would definitely take my vehicle back to Simard s on Cushman. I am very big on customer service and their shop met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you one again for outstanding customer service.

I have owned my 1994 Toyota Landcruiser for 24 years and typically I take care of any problem by myself. Sometimes, however, I need a professional help, in which case I go to Simard Automotive. They are honest and really caring of their customers. Honest if they can't solve your problem.I brought in my vehicle with a grinding/crunchy noise in the back at high speeds (hard to replicate but recognized twice by two separate mechanics on test rides)Took it in the first time for the full day, charged only $80 as they thought it was being caused by something else. Second appointment first time I forgot about and accidentally ghosted them, then booked another apt with them where they said they couldn't replicate the problem, but charged me nothing. On each of the two trips I was shuttled to and from work.Although they weren't able to solve the issue, I do value the honesty I received here and would recommend them.

Took my 2012 Chevy Silverado in to have a Flowmaster 40 series muffler welded on and they were very friendly, and super helpful. They ordered me the muffler and welded it on no issues. Ran me about 500 bucks, you decide if thats a reasonable price! I'd definitely go back they were awesome.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They did everything right. Friendly and helpful staff, no bad attitudes, took the time to discuss the issues with my truck, got my truck in for repair quickly, provided a free shuttle, were honest, did the repairs quickly (U-joints and driveshaft), and completed the work as promised. Repair costs even came in slightly below what they initially quoted. Now how many places do THAT few if any in my experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great staff! I brought my Subaru in for a running problem and check engine light and thy where very friendly got me In quickly and got me all fixed in short order. We where from out of town but they treated us like family. I wish they hand a shop in my hometown. My exhaust system developed a problem while on a roadtrip around Alaska. Simard was able to accommodate me while I was in Fairbanks for the day and completely resolve the issue. Great time management and fair price for the labor. Thank you so much!

We shipped a 2013 Subaru CrossTrek up to our daughter from California and needed it winterized. We were up in a tight window with no time to spare and the staff at Simard came thru for us. All promises met, time and cost. We could not have asked for anything smoother. We really appreciate all, especially Stacey at the front desk!

Really good service at a fair price. Was having problems with my truck starting and the fixed up the starter and throttle body, while I had it in they did tire rotation. I appreciate the prompt and polite service Simard (Cushman) has given me. They were thorough, honest and communicated well. Most importantly, they gave accurate quotes for the price and the time needed to complete the work. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. By the time they called me after diagnostics, they have already called see if my vehicle was under recall warranty and located parts for me from out of town. I would definitely recommend this place. Great experience. This shop did not upcharge me to align a lifted vehicle. Scheduling got me in less than 24hrs when i called, and the work was what i asked for. I was in Fairbanks in my RV and I d gotten a bad tank of gas at the gas station next to the Chena River KOA on Badger Road. My RV died, fortunately at the campground, and I had to be towed to Simard Automotive, which was recommended to me by a mobile RV repair guy. Simard couldn t guarantee they d be able to repair my RV on Monday but could definitely get to it on Tuesday morning (this happened on a Friday night, of course). But they did get to it around 4 on Monday, figured out what it was, siphoned the water out of my gas, and I was on my way by 5:30 Monday night! I highly recommend this shop. I wish it was in my own hometown!

We have nothing but excellent service from Simard. We recently had an issue crop up after one of our vehicles was in their shop. It ended up being unrelated, but they assumed it could be related, got it back in immediately and diagnosed the problem. Nicole's attitude was concerned and helpful. Great customer service, reasonable pricing, and we will continue using them for future work on our fleet.Services: Auto maintenance, Battery

I went in for a quote for a new exhaust, I was told that they saw another part was broken and needed fixed.They told me the part was super rare and only could get from a salvage yard from the lower 48.The quote they gave me was outrageous.One: the part that was from the salvage yard was way more expensive than one that you could easily find on Amazon/ google search.Second: the labor that they charge for it was also scummy. That same day I took it to a repair shop that I frequent and they were able to show me the amount of time that that part calls for. It would take either 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete. What they quoted me for was worth at least 6 hours of the going shop rate.They didn t even give me the quote I originally went in there for.If your new to the area or military stay away. Find a shop that will take care of you and always research what the job actually calls for.Customer Beware

Very nice. Best Fanta I've ever had. The smell of fabuloso reminds me of my childhood.Excellent front end staff and repairs performed without issue. Had a multitude of work done before driving through canada and had no issues the whole way down.Thanks to Kent and Team!

Took my Nissan Altima here for a damaged flex pipe and possible damage to my catalytic converter. I was very nervous to leave my car in South Cushman... But, the man I spoke to was very reassuring and helpful. He let me know that my car was parked in their lot in direct view of a surveillance cam, and I felt so much better knowing that.Before repairing anything, they called to give me a quote on the work that would need done based on their assessment. I really appreciated that, as this was my first time getting major work done on my car and I was worried about what it would cost. They did not give me any nonsense either. They successfully repaired my flex pipe and my car no longer makes a terrible metallic sound when cold started. Very honest, straight-to-the-point people! Great customer service, and very affordable pricing! Hopefully I don't hit another devastating pothole, but if I do, I'll bring my car back here. :)

I had a death wobble in my 2019 Ford F 350 that nobody could fix. I brought it to Shawn and Nicole at Simard's. I was very satisfied with how they took care of me. My truck is now safe to drive thanks to these folks.I would recommend them to anybody.
